That is a common thing here..Some will accommodate you and tell you you can stay for 4-6 weeks.If you arrive in Summer..they can let you stay longer because heating cost is Zero but if you arrive in Winter ...You will see the Anger on the face of your host after 4 weeks if you have not made Alternative accommodation arrangements.
