Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN)
The professional body that is saddled with the responsibilities of actors welfare nationwide.

It beats my imagination to hear members talk, chant, clamour, quarrel and fight because of AGN. Pls permit me to ask, 'is AGN a cooked pot of soup that almost everyone is hustling to go enjoy?' Or is it not the same AGN that I was VC? It is a pity that people still do not get it, and many may not get it until the end of mortal existence will surface.

Hear me, the organization is not the goal, your career is the goal and that is what should be your focus. Let not AGN matters make you quarrel, fight or rebel. Work on yourself and career, anyone who is career conscious is less conscious of guild matters.

Those who hold guild matters dearly; usually, their careers don't survive, let alone excel. Ask yourself, why are our state AGN chairpersons and their executive members not often successful career wise? They are never on TV! Because guild position does not equate or mean career success.

I am yet to see a person wey carry AGN matter for head wey thrive with their career. Did you know that, it was when star actor O. Mbaka of Enugu state entered guild politics that his career diminished. Put guild matter for ground, uplift your career and run with it, tomorrow you will be respected, while those who were embattling you because of guild issues will become inferior before you.

Just in case someone will copy this post and share it with the national president of AGN, 'pls I am not saying it is wrong to be a member of the guild, I did not say you shouldn't pay your dues or attend meetings and partake in other guild activities. Rather, I am saying, do all that, but don't engage in issues or disputes because of guild.'

When it comes to guild fights, police arrests and factional issues, if late Favor Ogosi of blessed memory was alive, him for advise una more. Leave who wan chop guild to chop guild. Guild no get face to build, na you get face to build. AGN does not have a career, AGN is not looking to become a star someday. Guild will never be a star! It is you that is aiming at stardom, so stop distracting yourself and face your career.

We joined AGN to act, not to fight or to occupy leadership positions. Only those who come to this bitter truth advance is their career surgeon. Acting we are not acting, fighting is what we always resort to. Make we de use our head abeg.

WAIT UPON THE LORD AND BE GRATEFULL:

I am dumfounded! If you can't see what God has done for you, then you must be mentally and visually blind. Let me share with you, I was in Warri few days ago, along the Effurum road, a teenage lay dead. Apparently, the young teenager was about to cross the road when a vehicle hit and killed him/her.

There was fresh blood on the road under that hot afternoon sun, people gathered hovering and dramatizing over the corpse. "Another life has ended here," I said and went my way. Hello dear reader, how old are you? You are still breathing and living, isn't that enough miracle by God for you to appreciate?

A team of 3 or 4 Yoruba men hijacked a plane sometime back in 1993 (under the guise of protest) against bad government and they were prosecuted and jailed. They were released only few days back. You have been enjoying freedom since 1993 until date and you sit there and fault God for low-performance in your life's affairs?

A man grew and rose to the height of deputy Senate president of his nation. He has amassed certificates, awards, recognitions, and littles. He has banked money and posses numerous physical possessions but still fell. He will be prosecuted in the UK on the 5th of April 2023. You are not where you are yet, but you need to recognize God's doing for him to do even more.

When we acknowledge and appreciate him for less, he make(s) more happen so we can appreciate him even more. It is every parent's desire to satisfy the wishes and needs of their wards. BECOME A BENEFICIARY:

In our relationship or walk with God, may he lift us up to the level of testimony, because many of us are still struggling in mere levels of doubt and disbelieve for God and his word. God is real, and his power is the real deal.

It is not easy to testify when you haven't taken delivery of any testimony or enjoy an encounter with the SWEET Spirit of God. I repeat, when you have not gotten an undeniable miracle or interactive fellowship with the Holy Ghost; how can you testify?

But if you have received, not them say o, this one na you say am by yourself. If you personally receive the miracle and you know say na only God fit do the thing way happen, from that moment on, testimony will fill your mouth. Songs of praise! Joy overflow will saturate your heart.

Your days of doubt and disbelieve of the efficacy of God and his word will be bygone. You become a beneficiary of God's miracle and a lifetime testifier like me. I am still expectant of the miracle or rather more miracles, but I have received the touch and my encounter with him is ever refreahing.

Excellence is a combination of all the factors that make the final product exceptionally good (in other words, all the superior qualities of the product). Quality test is a test carried out to ascertain that the final product has all these superior qualities. When developing a coop, if being sturdy and durable is what makes it excellent, and you aim for this in the manufacturing process, then quality test in this case is a test of its sturdiness and durability. In the absence of quality test, you simply can't tell if your product is excellent.

On a lighter note, only a human (or, at least, a physical figure) can be a personification of something. Excellence cannot be quality personified when excellence itself is not a person.
