This is an advice to seun the owner of Nairaland. Please find a way to help marketers make money when they bring people to place advert on nairaland.

It pained me when I sat down just yesterday, calculated and discovered that I have brought advertisers who have paid close to 350k on nairaland advert just in January and February and I did not even make a dime from these.

I have many clients who keep asking me "on what platform can we advertise this and that" and I keep telling them that nairaland is good. Some even thought i am getting commission for bringing them to advertise. And now I am not encouraged to continue to convince clients to advertise on nairaland anymore.

i think a platform like this should be developed whereby the referrer gets a percentage of the advert fee. I bet you if this is done, there will be little or no free advert space again on nairaland as every space will always be filled up.

More money for seun and his cohort, and more money and jobs for the marketers.

Win win situation.
