MY THOUGHT: I read a thread about the federal government plan of training graduates, and i said to myself, it's all bullshit! Nigeria can't be among the world power if the federal government still think they can actually provide jobs for everybody, sincerely it's not their duty, but they are obligated to provide an enabling environment for everybody.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE THREAD AND MY THOUGHT?
Ok, If the government would create an enabling environment, personally i would not waste my time and money on tertiary education (That can come later in life) Believe me, most Nigerian are studying because there is virtually nothing to do......... So if Nigeria have a good road network then E-commerce wouldn't be difficult because i know that my goods will be delivered within a very short period of time, so why would i waste my fuel and time in going to the store, when i can actually make a phone call/Place the order on the internet and have my item delivered that same day.... If the road network is ok, I can actually start my own intracountry freight/package delivery business, one of the reason why e-commerce gets difficult is the cost of shipping and insecurity of goods.

If there is light, i won't have to go to the cyber cafe before i can place my order, i would easily access the internet at the comfort of my room, at the security of my debit/credit card will not be an issue. Another Job opportunity for investor is setting up a local internet service provider, MTN or other communication network are not doing so well because internet wasn't part of their mission.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Most e-commerce company do everything by themselve, that's a bad business scheme, Let my company handle your customer service for you (creating jobs) since that is my expertise and you'll have enough time and resources to provide good products for your customers.

I can go on and on with what this country is doing wrong, but the summary of the issue here is that, The government should:
1. Fix light.
2. Fix Road.
3. Create favourable Policies

And this country would stand on her feet economically, because there are numerous graduates out there, that can actually fend for themselve through freelance jobs.

Nobody seems to have imppressed me with their answers on this thread. Those thermostat was installed on those vehicles coz they were built in Very cold regions where the fan does not work especially during snow n it turns on automatically wen the weather becomes hotter! But in Nigeria here where d weather is very hot, the thermostat is as good as useless coz the engine fan must Continue running to cool down the engine and in that case the thermostat just decorates d engine in Nigeria, and anyday the thermostat mallfunctions n refuses to start the engine fan automatically that's wen u get serious over heating, to be on a safer side, dats y d mechanics advice that the thermostats be removed frm the engine !!
