If you are already DQ and married, the best option is to add your spouse after receiving IL. If you do before IL, you will loose your DQ date to the date of addition.

I added my baby after receiving IL and I didn't loose my DQ.

I'm up for EB1-A, post I-140, and I’m planning to marry before the visa interview and want to add my spouse as a derivative.

From what I’ve read, the timing options post I-140 approval are:
• During DS-260 submission: Ask NVC to add spouse.
• After DS-260 but before interview: Ask NVC to add spouse.
• After Interview Letter (IL): Notify consulate directly

My goal: I want a joint interview rather than follow-to-join.

Question: which of the options above is the best based on my scenario.

For 223111, you can assess but experience will only count from after your Masters.

For 22311, that will be barely 2 years and it may not be sufficient.

The relevant ANZSCO codes are 132311 on STSOL and 223111 on ROL.

132311 is to be assessed by IML while 223111 is to be assesses by VETASSESS.

132311 is available on 190 and 491 while 223111 is available on 491 only.

My academic background is in IT, but I've been working in HR and hold certifications such as SHRM-SCP. If your previous evaluation has been completed (or given estimated completion date on your dashboard), you will need to upgrade the report and it will cost C$100. Your upgraded report would contain both credentials.

If your previous evaluation has not been completed or at document/verification submission stage, you need to send a mail to WES for addition of credential. This is free.
