Please go to your bank. You probably have filled in a conflicting information as against what they have in your records.

Go to your bank. let them check the update and review it if there's a need for you to cancel everything and re-apply. I'd suggest you reapply though becaue it can stay that way for weeks if you are not proactive about it. Tradesystem doesn't joke with wrong documentation.

Customer care line? Ahaha! If you love your self, don’t just wait for them to email you oo.. UBA will do you dirty if you don’t go there.

My advise, go to their branch first thing in the morning and sit down there!!! Tell them your school has given you a deadline for that day! Worry, act agitated, do what you have to do to get them to escalate the whole issue oo.. hmmm I know what I’m saying. Otherwise they’d keep telling you it’s on a friggin queue!.. Don’t let them mess you up.

I made my form A payment with UBA since 9th of march, still no approval.
I have called customer care tire, it's the same excuse "the list is long".

What can i do at this point to facilitate the process?

Do not make the payment unless the school asks you to. Contact the school and inquire wether you can go ahead with the payment or ask for exemption. But do not make the payment until the school says so

Is the deposit refundable i.e. A student-friendly refund policy? You have nothing to lose if they have a refund policy other than admin charges forth n back (say $300 @ most) should you pay and they insist the deadline

When is the deadline ? If you are ready to make the payment today or tomorrow and the deadline is today or 2 days back, you can risk it knowing that it usually takes days b4 their system can pick up the payment

OR ALTERNATIVELY

Do you have contact of anyone in the accounting section? Mail them explaining your situation with the CBN form A policy (add evidence of your form A application with date showing) and also apply for an extension of days or a week that you are sure won't fail.
If need be, escalate it to other teams like international team, admission team, etc

This policies and deadlines are not cast on stones - they can be waived in some genuine cases

Ahh someone Pls help me!!!! who got a mail from Northampton about closed date for deposit.

What do I do? Has anyone experience this before? Can I still go ahead and make the payment? I’m so sad right now. Pls what do I do

Pls, who has used Globus bank for Form A for school fees recently? At what rate where you charged? Pls I need this information ASAP wanna use them. UBA want to stress me.

I think we need a Northampton group or something because the changes on the school's website can be so sporadic. They updated the May 4th deadline with all places full for June Intake this afternoon.

Finally, my form A has been approved after waiting for almost 3 weeks.

Let me share my experience with you.

I started my application with Access Bank on the 17th Feb, and immediately on the 18th, I got a reply, but then the inflow i was expecting is in GTbank, so I just log in to adjust the dispensing bank to GTbank, and I don't know that was my beginning of my wahala. I waited 5 days, no action, and I have to cancel it and apply to GTbank directly on the 2nd of March, and after one week again, no reply, I called the customer care, visit the bank, send a mail,...All no result.

Just last night, I decided to move the fund to Access Bank, and start all over again, and BEHOLD, i got an approval for disburemsnt within 24hours.

I have cancelled and also have reapplied.

Lol... Just cancel everything, You probably didn’t fill the form correctly. At least a supervisor should have be in charge of your form by now

It’s automatic. Scholarship is given according to your grade.

I chose Northampton over Ulster because

1. The course I wanted.
2. Tuition fee which was quite affordable.
3. Then scholarship given (Which was 30%).
4. Cost of living and accommodation
5. I was inlove with the way they constantly communicated. It's very impressive as they send in information every now and then and constantly keep in touch. You just always feel included..That was cool for me sha. Unlike Ulster.

If you want Ulster, then email them. Copy all necessary people. It worked for me. I copied everyone I could.

So apparently there’s an ‘error’

My tuition deposit is £5000 and after uploading all the documents I proceeded to submit. But when I clicked ‘submit’ I got a response that says ‘unable to submit, try again’ .. So I clicked submit twice and it gave the same response.

I proceeded to try and save my application and submit at a later time thinking it was a network issue.

But on checking my email, I discovered that I had been sent emails thrice with different application numbers. And then on my portal, I got a total of £15,000 to be debited. Ahh! I quickly went to the bank to move money oo(lol..they want to give me high bp! I jump and pass )

I didn’t pay it much mind cos I emailed and was asked to inform the bank to reject the redundant forms. I also went to UBA to do that and it was done immediately. So I don’t know why this delay. Could it be that I need to cancel everything and reapply?? I’m getting restless abeg. Time is running!

Oh you eventually used GLobus bank?.. UBA is not giving me any express answer oo.. its been over a week.

For people having probs with paying deposit, i recommend Globus bank they are very fast and I got my Telex in 2days and you do not need to go to the bank. So its even an advantage for people already in the uk that want to use the form A to pay remaining fees.

There’s a section on the last part of the Form where the Supervisors Write a Note regarding your Application. Check to be sure there’s no issue or request to upload an additional document

Click on the Form after you login into the Portal, Scroll down to the last part of the Page. There should be a Note from the Supervisor. There’s probably an issue with your application and you’re been required to upload a document
