I will suggest u buy xioami. their phones are very good. Although am using Samsung A71 which is on d high side and above ur budget. Xioami note 9s is a better deal if u can top up ur budget alittle.

A71 price has increased in some places because of covid 19. In PH, some places are 152900k, 145k. I got mine this morning for 142900k. 6GB variant

But between between a50 and redmi note 8,redmi note 8 has better processor while Samsung A50 has super AMOLED display
What you want in a device does matter now
Sunbreeze redmi note 8 has infrared port and miui

But I would advice again get the mi 9t it is a better device to the two and Better bang for your buck

It does lack some basic custom "native" functions like FM Radio, Timer in Camera and voice recorder because it's stock android. However you can download apps that can do all that. It also lacks4G in some places as well.

OK Thanks. It lack so many things then including face ID. All the same, it's a good phone.

So far so good, it looks promising and they did as they said with the fast android updates. i just got an update to Android 8.1 Oreo and battery has been on the high since I had it. 10 Days of standby battery left.

Its an hybrid sim tray, that's one sim with the memcard on the tray or two sims without memcard on the tray per time. I guess that's what not working means lol
