This article strikes me as an unscientific article. It makes many outrageous claims:

1. By what mechanism?

2. Styrofoam is a type of plastic. Noodles are not made of plastic. Plastics do not absorb water and cannot be cooked or digested.

4. The following foods are also junk if taken alone: rice, yams, bread, honey, amala, eba, fufu.

5. Sodium in food is basically salt. Are noodles more salty than the other foods we eat? I don't think so.

By the way, there us scientific backing that a woman is responsible for determining d sex. A woman's canal could be highly acidic or alkaline. Acidic is not very favourable towards d male sperm as it tends to kill it faster while alkaline is more favourable towards d male sperm. It's vice versa for acidic favouring d female.
