That foetus did not beg to be born, it did not choose the circumstance(rape or incest) of its birth, so why kill it?

The foetus has no awareness of what is going on, especially in the first trimester, so it doesn't suffer like an actual thinking person. It doesn't know that it is being aborted. It doesn't know anything. Doctors believe a foetus cannot even feel pain until the third trimester of pregnancy. If there is a concern that the foetus can feel pain, it can be anaesthetised by the doctor prior to evacuation so it won't feel any pain at all.

If a woman is 'irresponsible' then why should we force her to keep a baby that she doesn't want? She'll be a terrible parent. So, let her abort it.
