As far as what the website owners gain, I'd say they get to grab any software they want for free.

They do not need to share their cracks and patches with the world to make use of them, so that statement doesn't make sense. Am I missing something?

I don't understand point (2) above; but most sites where you can get cracks, key generation software, software serial registration numbers and so on are loaded with spyware, trojans, et cetera. When they infect your system, they make money by stealing your information, using your computer for cyber-terrorism, or showing annoying ads that you can't turn off.

I guess at this point I need to point out that someone above has already answered the original question: apparently, Macromedia Flash sites are W3C complient.

Most women also don't care about "being on top", "being the boss", "being in charge", "being the richest among my colleagues", "putting my spouse in her place", "earning proper respect", "defending my pride" and so many of the things that men are preoccupied with. But the thing is that they are able to get proper support for the things they care about while men are busy pretending not to care or trying to use brute force to get what they want.
