* window or split AC.
* make use of nice wallpaper
* wall fan
* sweeper , packer. Bibs, powder, oil etc. You can carve out an estimate from the above mentioned...

Toscani said one of his colleagues became furious after learning someone stole his food from the fridge. The victim, however, was given access to security footage to find out who the culprit was.
