I want APC, not because i hate Jonathan but because we need another strong opposition party that will stand toe to toe with Pdp and force which ever party in power to perform better. We all know pdp has performed badlly from Obj to yaradua to Jonathan because they don't have any reason to perform well since they will win election anyway due to lack of competition.
So anybody that does not want APC or strong opposition party that can challenge pdp is wicked, selfish and does not want the developent of Nigeria.

Atleast he is a thief in opposition party which give the ruling party excuses to deal with him, but so far so good PDP have not been able to indicte him rather it is u and the likes of james et al that has been sent to prison. If not that u are shamelless and Nigerians use to forget things easilly, u that bought juice 4 board meeting with billions of naira.

Cost of Project: 29 billion Naira.
Average cost per/km: N22.3 Billion/km.

**From the Above, If Lagos Govt is to Construct a 127.6Km Road, the Cost of the Project will be: N3.724 Trillion.

2] Lagos-Ibadan express Road construction was undertaken Federal Government of Nigeria.
The Construction covers 127.6km Long.
Contractors: Julius Berger.
Lagos-Ibadan express Road have about 16 Bridges, excluding footbridges.
Cost of Project: 167 billion Naira.
Average cost per/km: N1.3 Billion/km.

**Savings by the federal govt in the Lagos-Ibadan express Road project in Relation to Lekki - Ikoyi Bridge/Rd construction by Lagos Govt: N2.898 Trillion.

If Lagos build 1.3km suspended bridge at 30billion naira, then we have to say something about Fg that is building 1.8km 2nd niger bridge at 100 billion naira. Also bicotney was contracted to build Lagos-Ibadan expressway @ 90billion naira but oga jona want to construct it at 167billion.
Bottomline,
Corruption is inevitable in ds country but to deliver those infrastructure is what matter most for now.

I have said it b4 dt PPP is d best way to solve our infrastructural problems, let gov give all this important axis to private companies to build and tow them to get their money back, gov should focus on smaller project that corruption can allow them to do. Thank God FG has come to their senses by following Lagos state gov in this PPP infrastructural development and i wish other state gov like Oyo, Rivers, Anambra, Kano, Kaduna, Enugu, Ogun, Edo, Cross Rivers, Delta, Ondo and other state that is economically ripe for it should not be reluctant to follow this step. Instead of borrowing money dt will end in d porket of politicians in d name of infrastructural development.

Anybody that says Nigerian gov is not broke is either blind, lives in d cave or something unmentionable is wrong with him or her. otherwise how will one explain the walking out of all state comisioners of finance on minister of state finance, the inability of fed gov to pay his staff the june salary, rejection of last month alocation by state gov, refusal to release second quater fund for MDA's and so many things dt has been happening. The earlier we accept and find a way forward the better, instead of lies and weaping of sentiment by the blind supporters.

Garri the 1st: It actually felt good saying it. I actually wish I had reasons to say it more often, but the lackluster performance of the PDP-led FG hasn't been up to MY expectation. Anyway, my view about GEJ still remains unchanged.

Lastly, NDDC is a den of pen-robbers. I do not wish to derail thread so I'll desist from sharing my painfully negative experience with them. That said I'll focus on the topic and sheathe my sword for now.

Kudos once more to GEJ and the NDDC board.

Seriously when people see others not praising Gej d way they do, they always think it is out of hatred or sentiment but they don't know that some people are still with their senses that see beyond tribal sentiment and praise singing. If a man do good, let us praise him and if he does d opposite we also do d opposite to him. Truly how i wish we Nigerians find true reasons to praise him all the time like this, not through fake or sentimental praise singing we ve been doing, not throgh doctored report or comflicting statistics that d minister of finance and labour have been reading into our ears, not through promise upon promise of stable power that never manifested.
The true and genuine praise of the president is the best for our nation.
Eastwest road, 2ndNiger bridge, Lagos/ibadan expressway, bokoharam, employment, food, security, stable power supply,improve education, improved health care delivary etc are the genuine reasons to praise oga Jona, not all this sentimental reasons we ve used to.
