Politics › Re: APC Adopts New Name ADC by seunfly: 10:43am On Mar 12, 2013
AnitaMandy: If it's true then I think APC are not fit to lead. They couldn't secure their name how then do they propose to secure the country. So if I decide to go to INEC now and steal this their new name They would change from ADC yet again. Maybe this time they would adopt ALC - African Labour Congress. lol
So u don't like their gentle man nature, u would have prefer it if they do it in pdp way of doing things abi?
Back to topic, i think they ve made a good move, otherwise they would have a serious legal battle involving them, inec and the pdp inposter apc which will seriously drag them backward.
This show how mature they re gonna be.

I know two oil companies on that list practicaly owned by our se brother Orient oil and gass and Afren oil. It is a shame that non of them come to point lt out for correction, because it is about damaging another ethnic group. We all know orient oil is controled by fomer comonwealth secretary general with partnership with chinese company, while Afren oil is controle by enugu born man.

Politics › Re: The Myths About SE As An Oil Producing Region. by seunfly: 9:39pm On Mar 11, 2013
pazienza: Coming to SE, we don't have oil,yet we want out of nigeria, doesn't that tell you that we believe that we can do without oil?
We have some oil in imo and few in abia, with anambra boasting of some quantities too, but there is more to igboland than presence or lack of oil. What makes most nation great is not really natural resources(though natural resources is an added bonus),what make most nations great is the quality of their human resources, this is what we have in abundance in igboland. What we need is a conducive enviroment,(free of the paranoia and fear of domination of other nigerian groups, that breeds the pull him down spirit),to harness the potentials of our rich human resources, under a competent leadership,to build an igbo country we can be proud of.

You should be thinking the same for your ethnic group, and not spending time worrying about igboman's problem.
Though i am not an igbo person but i realy enjoy this response, it is something the Op have to rumenate about and what all of us(Yoruba, Hausa, ibo, edo, ihrobo, ijaw etc) need to think about and utilise ethnoindividual strength in divercity for the common good of the Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Controversy Over Ownership Of APC by seunfly:
Pdp and their childish way of operating i wonder what it takes them to step up their game by performing excellently in government which give peaple no choice but to keep voting for them.
They will not do that rather they will keep on playing crude game of unexpose peaple, may be that is why they manage our economy in a crude ways.
Politics › Re: Have Anyone Noticed The City Wide CCTV Cameras In Lagos?? by seunfly: 3:30pm On Mar 10, 2013
billante: GEJ supporters says its FG project! ACN supporters says its Fashola project.....who we go believe now huh
Don't mind them all, they all follow and support their choice blindly, looking for any cheap point to project that their inferior choice is superior. That is why all of them will be defending what all of us know is not wrong and not defendable, at the same time they will be castigating what we all know is comendable i guess that is the reason why they keep claiming project of each others and celebrate medeocrity in leaders. Sometime if they don't have any cards to play they turn it into ethniciy rivary or religious superiority. Why must we fight over this things, is jonathan not the president with the mandate to make the nation safe or is Fashola not the governor with responsibility of making the state secure.
Sometimes i think that we youth are our own main problem, we have misplace priority instead of us to unite and demand for better life for today and our future through good governance we allow them to penetrate and divide us along intrest, ethnic and religious. For what value? No value, how much will they give us that will compare to good society, prosperous society and secured society through their undiluted marvelous governance.

grafikii: Are you kidding me? The federal government installed cctv in lagos, tell me another lie
Although i am not that sure but i think federal gov installed it infact it was contracted to one chinesse company and was delay due to dispute in the allocation of telecomminication frequency to transmit the signal by NCC both in Lagos and Abuja. Who knows i may be wrong though but i am saying what i think i know which may not be the correct info.
Politics › Re: Tears Of Demolition ‘Fashola Has Finished Us’ by seunfly: 8:34pm On Mar 09, 2013
So what do want him to do, fold his hands and watch peaple bastardise master plan abi, i don't know what is wrong with u peaple u can't criticise sensibly and constructively, u just sit somewhere and criticise good decision because it does not favour public temporarily and u want to bring down that gov but u celebrate medoecrity when u have intrest in it.
I am behind Fashola on this just like i am behind jonathan on mpape issue in Abuja.
If u criticise Fashola on this i wonder how u will defend jonathan on mpape issue in Abuja which was dulay because they are in court.
Politics › Re: And Who Says Lagos Is Not Working: My Personal Observation by seunfly:
Omexonomy: . Exactly what they did to people in ijora badia and epe. They collected trillions of naira from them issuing c of o and gov consent latter came to demolish it. Fashola is working.
What u peaple don't know about those c of o and plan aprovals that many claim to obtain were done fruadulently. Many times when planning authourity made u to understand that u can't build a particular structure some where many will go back and double cross the process by offering bribe to a director for aproval or c of o thinking it will not backfire.
Truly many times it does not but when it does u will hear peaple claiming they have necessary documents ask them to vow or swear they obtain the document legaly without short cut then u will notice that only 1% of them is innocent.
It is not only in Lagos but this is happening in Abuja too especialy in satelite towns, i just shake my head when peaple break planning laws with inpunity and also encourage others to break and they will tell peaple to ignore warning of planning authority.
When buldozer enter their vicinity they will be the first to condem the action make noice in with press.

Justyaxx: I pray all these people who gave money to agents be caught up in this whole saga. AMEEEN
Justyaxx: Though I got evry connect you can think of, d only few times I used them was to help some less privileged who really DESERVE it. But 4 dos who wont follow d process bt a shortcut (paying an agent), am no hater bt u guys ar all intergral part of 9ja's prob. Fact is d whole bribery thing is 2-way thing -giver and taker where d later exist bcs of d former. Lets join hands & change things for gud folks. Be dat change you wanna see in 9ja.
With those statements of urs, it show that u are a hypocrate.
If you use connection to get favour to for other in other to beat competition is that not corruption and shortcut? So what do u want somebody who does not have connection to do? May be he should be looking at u peaple who are connected to take everything away 4rm him abi? Mr man Look all the problems started 4rm conected peaple like u and unconected also use what they have to survive.
Mr advocate have u even being to federal civil service commision in Abuja b4? The comisioners in that place never have vacancies even though every body knows there are vacancies, it only takes phone calls 4 u to get it yet peaple will queu there every day without result.
Let me tell u, u can only get job under federal gov in Abuja base on 3 conditions.
1) Connections like u peaple, even if that parson graduated with pass he will get the job while first class will be roaming about the street.
2) If you are a lady and u are exstreemly beautiful, then u may be lucky to get connections that will get u that job and u will pay the price 4 it.
3) Money that is the only hope that common man may have and it does work everywhere, it's only where most of this stupid connected peaple does not seem to be intrested in.
Finaly God's help and i pray 4 God to help us all.

Even though i am not happy with the demolition of housing property especialy when we don't have suficient houses in Nigeria, but the attitude of our peaple to illegal building of houses,
1) They bride planning authority to aprove illegal struture hope that it will not backfire.
2) If they are warned not to proceed on development of certain property, they will ignore it and proceed against the warning.
3) They will delibratly build on illegal land and encourage others to do so.
My brother and sisters when it comes to building houses and shop Nigerians like to break laws and rules under the pretences of lack of information.
Many time i shed tears for peaple building house in many satelite towns in Abuja because they are breaking laws intentionaly hoping that nothing will happen but to me in the next 5 to 6 years time something will happen and they will cry foul again.
Politics › Re: Maku Attacks Fashola, Says Lagos Governor Has “something To Hide” By Rejecting “ by seunfly: 4:24am On Mar 02, 2013
teskyg: we knew all this while that Fashola is obsessed with propaganda.
pro01: The highlighted part draws attention to Fashola's (and ACN's) penchant for playing to the gallery. Why did they not raise objections at the NGF when the idea was tabled? Why did they approve the framework? What is the sense in purporting to publicly condemn and ridicule an initiative that you had previously approved in private?

And by the way, Soyinka is beginning to lose credibility. We know he has been shamelessly collecting monthly stipends from Tinubu, and shamelessly lobbied for his son to be appointed commissioner under Amosun's ACN government. It is therefore not surprising that he 'coincidentally' agrees with the ACN's views on every issue.
If the good governance tour team that went to delta, abia and bayelsa state has nothing to say other than praising the governor for excelent and progressive job they have done, how they have provided infracstructures, jobs, roads etc to their peaple, why won't working gorvernors reject it as sensless and propaganda tour. Had akala and oyinlola still be the governor of OYO and OSUN STATE good governace tour team would still have praises 4 them.

Politics › Re: The APC Challenge By Sam Omatseye by seunfly:
This is the repeat of history, but they can avoid similar endplay by doing the following
1) They must make sure their cause is out of patrotism and the good of our beloved nation.
2) They must go about it in a peaceful and matured way.
3)They must carry everybody along, all tribes, religion and group to make it national agenda without leaving any one out.
4) They must not give the incubent president a cloth of devil, other wise he will wear that cloth and behave it.
5) There choice of candidate must be highly acceptable such they will unify the nation than dividing it. Infact the actor may even stay behind and put non actor at d driving seat.
In all, the maturity of both the sitting party and the coalition party in managing the situation will go a long way to determine how succesful it will be.

Politics › Re: APC: SW And North Ganging Up Against SS? by seunfly: 6:39am On Feb 19, 2013
pazienza: Trash. Why weren't you tribalists saying all these when obj was in power, why wasn't there any centralized yoruba attempt to undermine his second tenure bid,or was he an example of a wise and ideal leader to you bigots?
my friend yoruba never voted OBJ it was PDP usual thing(rigging) that happend, what did u think happend to Bola Ige that time? It was because of his underground talk with then gen buhari's ANPP that lead to his assasination and all other state were rigged except lagos. My peaple are not sentimentals like others that justifies wrong doing because their peaple are in power, during Obj term in office yorubas are his biggest critics u can find out the number of court case filed by gani fawemi, protest from diffrent group in lagos and how western media lambasted him.
Politics › Re: APC: SW And North Ganging Up Against SS? by seunfly: 10:46pm On Feb 18, 2013
When there was protest in the southwest against the yaradua cabals we never hear any one mentioned a gang up by sw with ss against the north, when peaple like falana, wole soyinka, tunde bakare were protesting for gudluck then was not sw/ss against the north infact se remain silent it wz only dora akunyili dt spoke against it. Now that Nigeria is still not the Nigeria of their dream and the same peaple that work 4 him to get dia ar still working toward a better Nigeria, it is sw and nth that gang up against ss. What an irony, i will rather urge u to stop playing victim card with Nigeria politics and stop all this tribal and religious card as well.
If ur peaple show up at the highest level of the that same party that u called ganging up, then it will be saint just as Anpp was saint when harry mashal was the party chairman, chuba okadibo was Vp candidate, Okorocha was the presidential candidate. That is called self holines and the hypocrasy at high level. Some peaple are good in bussines but dt does not mean they will be good at politics, i guess that is what is manifesting right now. In bussines all u think is about ur self and profit no matter what, in politics all u think about is ur intrest without causing problem to enviroment. But i must say that u guyz are gud biz men but bad politician, U treat politics like biz and that is bad 4 u peaple and the enviroments.
Politics › Re: I Foresee Apc Belonging To North/sw While Pdp Goes To Ss/se? by seunfly: 6:49pm On Feb 18, 2013
The only thing i forsee for PDP is that if jonathan is able to secure PDP presidential ticket there may be a big sabotage for pdp in some part of the north.
Any party that is acceptable nationwide will not challenge properly and that is what gave birth to APC i believe PDP will be defeated, but they will rise to fight back.

U are right my friend Aliko, we africans have to start investing in africa especial our leader who steal our money and keep it abroad are doing us no good. Politics › Re: Give Jonathan A Break-governors Are Stealing Us Silly by seunfly: 1:35pm On Feb 18, 2013
We all know that governors are stealing seriously, that is why we need democrasy with healthy compitition that will make any ruling government to step up their game by satisfying the citizenry. This will minimise their excess, abuse and make them more accountable to us knowing that we have strong, credible and competitive alternative.
Politics › Re: Ghana Removes Fuel Subsidy; Price Jumps - Reuters by seunfly: 1:31pm On Feb 18, 2013
Elueme: Ghanaians will be more objective in the analysis and response to the situation unlike Nigeria where the opposition will take a swipe on the situation to shine and misinform our people who are almost frustrated at several years of misrule.
What we do in Nigeria is not subsidy but enrichment of political associate and if we are so objective as u have wished, my brother our leaders will take the food on our table and give it to their political associate to resell it to us.

berem: "Claiming ignorance of the alleged agreement with northern governors, Yakassi said it would be a matter of honour for the president, if he ever entered into such an agreement, for him to honour it."

An agreement is always an agreement!
To me that statement does not say that president did not sign the agreements.
But he is talking about how honourable we Nigerians particulaly our leaders are. Do we do what we say we will do, that is y they will promise us something during campaing and they will forget about their electoral promises when they get that power.
To me we have to start taking all their promises as an agreement which we will use to hold them accountable.
Pls don't get me wrong it is not about jonathan but all our leaders from West to East, North to South.

Rochas Okorocha has always being dealing with the Abokis and the yorubas right 4rm 1999, he understand that to reach certain hieght in Nigerian politics u have to see beyond ur shore. Jonathan deal with Obj(yoruba) and some abokis to get there. Rochas only came back to igbo folks to reintroduced himself which is the normal things to do.
