I don't think the guy mention any tribe on that thread now, as a matter of fact this is what he wrote and i remember that i quoted him on that thread.

Note he may have edited his post before i quoted him on that thread but to the best of my knowledge he does not refer to any tribe because any tribe in Nigeria can do that. But you peaple just jump to conclution about his statments.

If the church did not break any law i think it is unfair but if they do, I think Jesus the author and finisher of our faith said "give unto cesar what is cesar and give unto God what is God" with that in mind we should know that Lagos has her law which was made to make peaple's living and life to be pleasant and therefore nobody or organisation should delibratly break it in the name of God because good life and pleasurable living is the desire of God in our lives.

No sir i have seen an igboman elected as local government chairman in Lagos before and there have been records of so many comisioner of non-yoruba extract in Lagos, Oyo and kwara in the past. I think what matter most is who will deliver the fruit of good governance in any state. Not who are you, but who you are. If an Hausa man should have chance to rules Oyo state and deliver the goodies of democracy during the tenure of Alao Akala won't wish he had won instead of Akala?

All this arguement up and down can not determine who will win the next gubernitorial election in Lagos, it's the peaple who will and it's not going to be on nairaland.

Even if they sit for 365days in a year and the purpose of their sitting is not for the betterment of Nigerians but to enrich their own pocket, then it has no meaning.

Although the electricity supply in my area (kubwa Abuja) is stable on average of 23h55min per day, but the presido don't need to lie cos peaple can see the diffrience no matter how small it may be.

No wonder!! our political parties lack ideology when many of them do not even know if they are existing. It is high time they came together and form just two opposition parties with simple ideology and fulfilable development manifestos which give peaple choice and create fairly balance opposition.

My friend all this things you mentioned can not be rated as better but have inproved. Although he has done a lot in power, railway, and probably airport but performed below peaple's expectation because majority of Nigerians thought they seen a saviour and many peaple put hope on him only for this hope to be damaged by peaple around him with subsidy and allegations of coruption and recklesness up and down couple. His rating problem with peaple is image not realy perfomance.
ACN is an opposition party and their work is to look at the weakneses of the ruling party for criticism, United State where everything is working close to perfection opposition party still find areas to criticised.

Though i don't know the motive behind his criticism about jonathan administration, but if it is base on genuine love for our dear country(Nigeria) development, i think we should give him kudos for that. it's not easy to condem your own in Nigeria's setting and i think we can all learn from that, irrespective of where our leader is from Yoruba, hausa, igbo, effik, ijaw, idoma nupe etc we should condem together and comend together if they deserve it.

This is good and i hope it yield good fruit, cos we ve turned nairaland to tribaland but i know we can undo it. All my friends are ibos, infact am planning to marry one beautiful ibo girl. I also served in Bauchi precisely gololo village in gamawa local gov 2010/2011 as far as i know seun from ekiti was a doctor and so many peaple who only have simple knowledge of computer, so i wonder how a medical doctor or others that have basic knowledge of computer will be IT consultant. Infact i would have be one of the victims if not for God intervention that day, i wonder what they will say i am. What i know is that God almigthy will surely judge them all, from Jonathan who this peaple sacrificed thier life for only to turn around and became usual politicians to Buhari and all our leaders (political and religious) without leaving anybody that has contributed to the failure of Nigeria

Well try to do the following:
* familiarise your self with the people particularly at the grassroot level, let them know you and do something for them, something small but very useful to them eg borehole, fertilizer or agricultural stuff, community developmental project, religious activities etc
* make political contact and alignment in your area, though the shortest way to make it politicaly in Nigeria is to align with winning side which has encouraged godfatherism in Nigeria, but i will encourage you to align with people that you share same ideology and vission.
*Join a political party, your ideology will determine the people you associate with, this then will determine your political party do not be decieved good and bad peaple are in all the political parties it just depend on your area example pdp is good in akwa-ibom and acn is good in edo state and apga is also good in imo, where as pdp is disaster in osun or delta.
*Work with the God you serve very well, and pray to that God you are serving because politic in Nigeria is not a fair game it is do or die affair to them.
Suggestion:
With my own little expirience i think you can make it easily to the top in your area/state if you are from the core northern states, especialy if you have good education, determined and know how to play ur game.

Sleeping on duty, that is the best of our police.
