Only fools will think she had a case, by listening to her story alone shows she does not have any legal stand.
However Nigerians usually operates based on emotions rather than common sense.

There is difference between intimacy and rape, if she had claimed sexual exploitation may be the pastor could have been in trouble because the evidence is everywhere and she might likely see corroborators, but she claimed rape which did not happen, no evidence and her testimony is not consistent enough. Infact her testimony does not look like what u want to use for court purpose, it looks like what u want to use to create scandals. This made it easy for pastor to defeat the case. It was a very easy case to be knocked out.

Any Ilorin based person from 1998 to early 2000s know the pastor and Busola had a fling, if she had came up in that aspect to questions the pastors moral, it would have been understable and we will judge or question the pastor for that. You can't bring in criminality into moral stuff. Court can't condem pastor for having consensual affairs with another women, his congregations are supposed to do that. The pastor was the bubbling guy in Ilorin and every women and teenage girls want to have something with him. Infact till today, girls are always looking for ways to do things with him.
She lost credibility when she changed the story to rape, when their are many people that knows her story. she was just one of those girls who had things with him and only God knows why she chose to bring it up now and in this narrative, many said her husband got to know and she needed a solid story to cover her track just to save her marriage while others said it was a pay back. Which ever way, the truth is in the open, it does not favour either party and both had alot to loose from the truth and non wants people to know the real truth.

For those new generation banks, it is a delibrates attempts not to promote them beyond the trainee, they gives 3years contract and after 3 or so years, only few will be promoted and new trainee will be recruited. It is attempts to keeps the wages at Rock Bottom slave level while they generates huge profit.

The Controller, Federal Ministry of Works in Anambra State, Adeyemo Ajani, has said the second Niger bridge may suffer a serious setback if the government does not intervene urgently in the crisis between the contractors and host communities as well as workers.

Ajani, in an interview with Daily Trust, said work had stopped on the second Niger bridge and if there is no quick intervention, it might affect the scheduled date of completion.

According to him, work stopped at the site because communities are demanding projects worth N500 million, while workers are seeking promotion and increase in allowances.

The controller added that the project did not have any issues in terms of funding, but that the communities were trying to delay its completion.

Some communities from Anambra and Delta states stopped work at the site, alleging that the project manager "has not given them their dues".

Ajani, said, ‘‘Each community is demanding a project worth N50 million and by the time it is calculated, it will amount to N500 million. Where can such money come from?

"Even the Works Tender Board cannot approve that kind of money. It is only the government that can address it and that is why we are seeking its intervention”.

He noted that the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the communities and the contractors had yet to be signed due to the demands.
