Any mechanic can work on Toyota ,for other brands one will have to look for a mechanic that specifies only on that brand.

I'm just corroborating what u said with my personal experience. To be sincere other brands are better in terms of esthetic, ergonomic, design etc but that complexity and over engineering is their major down fall in developing countries like Nigeria. I won't think twice to choose Toyota equivalent if I was presented an options to choose between Toyota and any European car brand except maybe benze.

I'm not saying Toyota is better than Honda but if you have faced mechanic issues with other brands apart of Toyota and Honda, no body will tell you to go for Toyota as your next car.

I use Peugeot and I know what I'm facing, most mechanic can't work on it and the few that claims to be Peugeot specialist don't know anything about it. I alway go to Zuba for any simple thing I could just do around my house, to make the matter worst the car is very complicated, everything is electrical even common seat belt is computer control with airbag. Any small thing can render the car undrivable and good Peugeot electrician is scarce.

In summary Toyota is very simple and basic which makes it easy to maintain, the part and mechanic are readily available. If I'm going somewhere and my car develops fault, I have to call my mechanic or tow the car to him. Few times I tried available mechanic, they added to the problem of the car, the last time I ask a mechanic in my area to do something, I left the place with transmission, airbag and seat belt problems. All this would have been avoided if European cars are not so complex and electronically control which our usual mechanics has not master yet. Right now I v made up my mind to go for Toyota or Lexus as my first choice and Honda as alternative.

I have been using a Tecno L8 plus longer than 3 years now. The battery is not as fantastic as when new but it stills gets me through like 6 days without browsing. The reason is that I serves as a spare phone for my extra SIM, few calls and messages.

The screen is busted and 98% functional so I'm not fixing it. The only repair I have done are charging port replacement, twice, because the first one was poorly built.

The downside of the phone is the slow rate of charge which is understandable because at the time the phone made its debut, fast charging was like a premium feature on Tecno. Most mid-range Infinix phones had it anyway.

My Tecno L8 plus was properly built.

A phone that u repair one or two things twice within three years is not properly built, I v used a phone for 3years without touching anything and the phone I'm using now is a year plus without touching anything.
Like I said that phone is super inferior quality.

The only thing that is arguable is "what is inferior quality to me might not be inferior quality to you" and some things I might notice such as the screen touch quality might not be noticeable by you, it depend on what phone u were using b4 u changed to it. Lastly u said it is ur spare phone which means you did not really use it much to feel the pain of real user.

I had a thought recently about the Nigerian religious space and economy and I feel sad that Nigeria is not exploiting the benefits of christianedom enough.

One can choose to look Churches from two angles as a govt. A charity or special subset of the service sector - in most cases it should be viewed as Charity. In some other cases it can help if viewed as a service. As a charity it should be tax free, as a service it should pay taxes(5% - 10%) and improve economy.

Since Churches seem to have very strong liquidity and cash flow from foreign countries - they can be encouraged to venture into other areas of the economy.

Case study: when govt liberated higher education and allowed new entrants. Winners Chapel obtained a license in 2002 for Covenant and within 20 years overtook Nigeria's first University of Ibadan founded in 1945.

I have a feeling if they ventured into healthcare and other sectors they would equally succeed.

The floor is open for them, health sector is not in exclusive list but you have to know that Nigerian churches will not go into health sector for two reasons.

1) Its negate what they preach, they actually focus on miracle, pentecostal churches have a foundation on miracle which includes healing etc that is what actually attracted people to churches.
2) There will be serious backlash if church starts Hospital because they will not wants to run it has charity but hospitals needs alot of subsidy for it to be affordable by people.

People can decides to ignore Bowen or Covenant university because they can't afford it, but will people avoid missionary hospital because they can't afford it? That is when people will starts questioning why are they paying tithe, offering etc.

People don't just attack today's pastors for nothing, there are deep selfish and business agenda in their thinking.

The people that brought Christianity to us also gave us standard Christian schools for free, standard Christian hospitals for free and they are run from church contribution and tithes but today those contributions are at pastor's liberty to do anything with it.

@ kingEzo, it seems u are not in their plans at all, family of any lady always looking forward for the owner of pregnancy to take responsibility of it and do the right thing by marrying their daughter. If your girl's family does anything contrary to this, it is obvious you are not worth their in laws and they might have somebody ready for the girl.

Not fair you are generalizing, some one close to me ended her marriage this Jan. She is the best woman any one can have, unfortunately she married a man that was raised wrongly.

That scenerio you painted is the major issue, she can't behave very well to the new husband because she has been damaged by the irresponsible ex.

Well I don't tolerates house help in my house, we do everything together to avoid excuse to need house help, besides my wife hates child abuse because she was abused when she was young.
However many family can't cope without househelp especially if their kids are very young and both of them don't have enough spare time like me.

The best thing is that people should fear God in everything they do, funny thing is that those women are the most religious set of people.

I know a friend who has almost become nanny because of house maid issues, every time he gets house maids and his wife's actions keeps sending the house maid away, yet the wife is not ready to do the work of housemaid but somebody had to do it. This is affecting the husband's business seriously because he could not meet up with office obligations.

@bolded, the husband can only do so much, most of the time the husband has talk and talk and he is tired.
Most of the fight btw husband and wife are sometime because of maltreatment of househelp, most women tends to act like this no matter what they say in public or online, their true colour comes out in their private home.
If you talk too much as husband, she starts telling u that you like the house help more than her or you are sleeping with house help or you value house help more than your family and she will start emotional black mail.
The worst thing is that her hatred for the house help will increase if you dare challenge her.

Every country with their corruption style, here we are wishing for impeachment of our own leaders based on corruption but there they want to get their president impeached for trying to investigate corruption of the past vice president.

From your analysis, I can see where Nigeria's circulation problem lies, you can't reserve just 48sqm meters for circulation(road network) with out having issues. In planning minimum of 20% of the planned area must be reserves for circulation landuse, this is not just for road network but sewalines, electricity line, walkways and other road furnitures.

I really don't know the function of town planning offices in each state and their functions if this basic rules can not be enforced.

I'm never a xiaomi user, presently I'm using Huawei and I'm planning to buy Xiaomi or Huawei next week.
Like I said, Xiaomi or any international standard brands will never use old processors because their is a reason for upgrades in those processors but they will use latest midrange or or latest equivalent range proccessor.
No serious company with intension to capture international market will go back 2 or 3 years innovation, even common umidigi and all other phones manufacturers that are not 90% African oriented market tries that.

Some people forgot that p22 is better than snapdragon 439 but if xiaomi use d same snapdragon processor of old, d still praise d phone, if xiaomi use p22 in d future for der budget phones I believe xiaomi warriors will still praise it, , no sense

I'm very sure xaiomi will never use p22 for future phones rather they will use latest low range mediatek series.
