Please don't forget Governor Rocha's Okorochas, Adams Oshiomole, Chris Ingige and Father Mbaka. This are the people who stood by him in a place where he is extremely unpopular in fact it is like a treason to support him in their area yet they stood by him and win more than 25% for him.

Politics › MEND Congratulates Buhari by seunfly(op): 8:10am On Apr 01, 2015
By Emma Amaize
WARRI- THE Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, MEND, has commended the President-elect, General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) on his victory in the 2015 presidential elections, saying Nigerians made the right choice.
The group in a statement by its spokesperson, Jomo Gbomo, said, “The Nigerian people have spoken and elected General Mohammadu Buhari to be the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” adding, “In doing so, we have not only made the right choice of a new leadership, we have also reaffirmed the strength of our democracy.”
“President-elect, General Mohammadu Buhari’s message of hope, freedom and opportunity resonates with our group, as it does with the Nigerian people.
In these difficult times, with the economic crisis and security challenges, we are confident that under your leadership, Nigeria will once again regain its peace and unity,” the group asserted.‎
MEND also lauded President Goodluck Jonathan for his outstanding show of statesmanship “in conceding defeat and setting precedence as the first ever incumbent Nigerian President to be defeated and concede defeat, without any interference.”

Politics › Re: Opinion: Why Did GEJ Lose by seunfly: 12:41am On Apr 01, 2015
Gej's problem started with his first policy and how he managed the consequences of such policy.

All in all he lost due to lack of intelligent input in most of his actions.

You young man are a very sensible Nigerian. I pray may the good Lord increase many like you in Nigeria, so that we may be able to properly tackle the problem. It's not about leaders being corrupt only. The followership is equally yoked in Nepotism and corruption, abuse of power and office etc.
My thought exactly, I was wondering why a jobless graduate will drink garri in the morning and still shout continuity irrespective of the state or party, it is real foolishness. I expect you to change APC where necessary while PDP too should be changed when needed. For me I don't have sentiment I just want the voice of the people and heathy competition that favours the public.

I want us to put all the political parties on their toes and remind them that our PVCs holds their future not their office.

This is my problem with you guys, why didn't you say this earlier? Since APC was created, you have been screaming how Buhari will win the South West MASSIVELY all over the Social media.
You are talking has if Gej won in southwest except Ekiti, for me I'm happy with the result because many of you have been shouting as if we in southwest are slave to somebody or Yoruba people hate Gej It just show that people makes their decision indipendently but you need to prove yourself to them. I assure you that if jona did not postponed the election and did not make some moves such as decisive action against BH and all his last minute performance he would have suffered a lot and if he had performed up to expectation earlier, GMB would not have had any chance.

I know you very well, Irrespective of the result pulled in SW(landslide victory for APC, landlide victory for PDP or shared vote as seen today) you will find a reason to condem it, that is typical you and your kind.

Politics › Re: Ellechrystal I Love You For This Comment On GEJ by seunfly:
Jonathan is the most disappointment to our hope in Nigeria, people put more hope on him, they see him has a saviour and one of their own.
However he forgot the real people, he listen more to the the cabals people fought to bring him into power, listen to sycophants, watch as innocent people are being massacred all in the hope of going political ground, condone the excesses of his wife and his close associates, play religions and tribalism cards just to divide Nigerians and pitch them against each while he goes unchallenged etc.
For me Jonathan is not the worst president we ever had but he is also not the best we ever have because he has not done what people expected him to do.

Bahari will face more embarrassing situation than this if he also failed the people.

Honestly I'm happy to see that has a Yoruba man and I'm waiting patiently for a day a Yoruba man or a Hausa man will win election outside their own state. This will lay precedence for other placeses.

Same way you will be shocked to see to that Tinubu doesn't care about u either. He would alway prefer Ben Akabueze over one Mr Segun, who's a nobody. Naija Politrickians don't care about voters! Take a chill pill mehn
I'm very happy if Tinubu cares more about Akabueze to Mr Segun if that will unit Nigeria, you don't know how happy i was when I heard an Igbo man and an ijaw man won election in Lagos and pray quietly for a day a Yoruba man or hausa man will win election outside their own region.

So save me your tribalism and pray Tinubu care more for one Akabueze instead of Mr Segun while you too do your best to advice Mr peter Obi or Rochas to care more for Mr kunle or Mr Adamu than their own man.

With the mess GEJ and cronies did to our economy and military, even causing disunity among ethnic groups and religion line, that's too short to expect drastic changes.

Two years at most, with a proof of exemplary Leadership. Not show of cluelessness by GEJ.
8 months is enough to know if a leader is serious to solve any problem irrespective of the challenges, the policies and body language of the policy makers would have proven their intensions.

Much as I believe GMB wld make a difference I am behind u bro. If he doesn't make an impact or show leadership prowess. Dis same fate awaits him and all other politician until we get the rut person.
Yes, unfortunately that is what many Nigerians can't see, even the so called educated and exposed are blind to it. Their mind has been distorted and blinded with sentiment and predujice, they prefer bad and useless man to continue in government just to satisfy their sentiment even though they are also suffering.

my fellow progressives will i regret buhari or enjoy under his govt?

please vote
I'm not here to regret any government, i'm ready to do Gej style for him if GMB did not show any sign of performance within 8months. I will make sure I campaign against him just like I did to gej.

I ve noticed that African leaders look like fruit you pluck on the tree, you can not judge the sweetness by the outer appearance until you lick and confirm it sweetness. If it is sweet you suck more but if it is not sweet, you trow it away and find another one.

Senate President Had Been Zoned To North Central By APC, Bukola Saraki is the favorite to win it although George Akume might have a shot due to his huge contribution to victory in Benue, on the whole i'm sad my party the PDP lost but congratulations to you guys, hope Buhari and the others do a great job that's democracy
You are the best PDP man of the year, if half of our political players can think like you, we wouldn't ve been in this mess.
In all, GMB did not win, Nigerians won and you and I are part of them irrespective of our political affiliation.

Expect me in action if after 8months I don't see any significant moves to better Nigeria from GMB, I will still campaign against him and work free of charge for next credible parson. I will keep repeating this until we have a good leader who believe in the power of the people instead of the power of office he holds.

Politics › Re: APGA, PDP Supporters Clash In Abia Over Results, APGA Rejects Results. by seunfly:
Ok oooo, I laugh when I saw Enugu result, you don't even need a suitsayer to tell you that result is falsified. I imagine in a whole state a major opposition has just about 14 thausand and no invalid vote or rejected votes. while in the home town of the opposition candidate his opponent got close to 5000. That was when I knew Jonathan is dumb and his supporter/riggers are also dumb.

GEJ would meet 25 percent in all of the se, ss,sw,kogi, fct, benue, plateau, nassarawa, adamawa taraba, either kwara or bauchi thats 25 staes already. GMB woukd also meet 25 percent in two thirds of states plus fct with much ease. Its a close call now for the popular votes with allegations and technical hitches that allow for foul play, Both parties are now inflating, we can only watch and see
We know which party is inflating election result, election result has been declared in most of the strong hold of one contestant while result is still on hold in the other contestant strong hold. Who is fooling who? But we know that it will still fail because nobody can subvert the will of God.

We can see that electing jonathing has been more disastrous than we ever expected, so no amount of disasters can be compared to what we ve experienced in the past 6years.
Boko Harram
Immigration death
Millitants military empowerment
Serious corruption
Lacardaical attitude to poeples plight
Rain of Dollars on some few privilege while the masses are under enormous suffering
Above all tribalism, religious hatred and division if Nigeria along different lines by his aides just to disunit them and force himself on them.

No tell me which disaster is worse than that.
