The former governor of Oyo state, Chief Adebayo Alao-Akala has formally defected to Labour party(LP) from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after several weeks of speculations, Akala moved to Labour party alongside thousands of his supporters yesterday evening, after a meeting at his Bodija residence, Ibadan. He said the decision was made based on the demand by his supporters to quit the PDP after the injustice allegedly meted out on them before the gubernatorial primaries in the state. www.dailytimes.com.ng/article/alao-akala-formally-dumps-pdp-labour-partyHmm, what is your say my wise nairalanders?

I know in life, there must be disparity of views among humanity. I firstly considered your sect or rather religion - Jama'atu Ahlussunnah Lil Da'awati Wal Jihad a product of that disparity among humanity but recently my perspective about your religion has totally taken a new dimension because of your recent activities. I know Western education and working for government are prohibited under your religion. Now I want to know whether the following are still prohibited:
First of all, you recently bombed people at a motor park. I want to know if traveling on a commercial car is prohibited in your religion. If it is prohibited, does it attract a capital punishment?
You also bombed people at ATM queue. I need to know if patronizing ATM Machine is prohibited in your religion. If it is prohibited, does it attract a capital punishment?
You additionally bombed people in a market. I should know if buying and selling or going to market is prohibited under your religion. If it is prohibited, does it attract a capital punishment?
Moreover, you bombed people at a filling station. I need to know if buying and selling or using fuel is prohibited under your religion. If it is prohibited, does it attract a capital punishment?
You killed fishers, farmersand traders. Are fishing, farmingand trading prohibited under your religion? If they are prohibited, do they attract a capital punishment?
The worst is that, you on friday 28/11/2014 bombed innocent people in the Kano Central Mosque. Is going to mosque for observing Jumu'at prayer prohibited under your laws? I said "innocent people" because they are not the ones that criticized you. Sanusi Lamido was the one who castigated you. For what reason did you attack these people on friday? I need to know.
If Sanusi Lamido had committed an offense against you by criticizing or opposing you. Does criticizing or opposing you attract a capital punishment? Does that warrant you to attack poor men of Kano state in a mosque? Does the offense of an Emir affect all the people of his state?
Based on my understanding, you have no any reason whatsoever under any law on earth (even in Islam) to kill or injure somebody for the offense committed by someone.
Truth must be told no matter the consequence, I observe barbarity, brutallity, cruelly in your activities. All what you do currently is not Islamic.
In Northern Nigeria, Shehu Dan-fodiyo had done Jihad (struggle) in the past. Had he killed innocent people in a market, high-way, fishing place, church or mosque. Why do you kill and injure innocent people who are struggling for feeding and survival? What kind of pleasure do you derive by killing innocent souls? What is the wisdom behind that? If opposing your killing and bombing attracts a capital punishment, I oppose you here by calling on the people to rise and deal with you better! (the way Sanusi Lamido said). I call on the people to obliterate you from their environment. You are not worthy of respect or fear. You are less than human beings because you behave like animals. I call on Nigerian youth (especially the Northerners) to always protect themselves from your action because you are barbaric, gormless, reckless, senseless, and feckless. Ultimately, I deserve any kind of punishment that you may decide against me and I am ready to receive it anytime, anywhere because I would rather die today than live for thousands years ahead watching you committing this kind of madness and absurdity. The society must also remember that it is not the action of the bad that destroys a nation but the silence of the good. Thus I have no any reason to remain silent watching you killing and bombing innocent people unreasonably. I have a strong belief that there is no one worthy of fear except God, therefore We shouldn't be afraid of these merciless species who are called Boko-Haram! If we want peace to reign, we must deal with them. Fear shall never take us to anywhere but suffering and predicament.
We should turn out in numbers to deal with them in our communities and everywhere they can be found. Great Nigeria!!! |

Jidefido: 1. My son, if you keep spending on a woman and she never asked you if you’re saving or investing, and she keeps enjoying the attention, don’t marry her.
2. My son, a woman could be a good wife to you, some could be a good mother to your children but if you’ve found a woman like a mother to you, your children and your family, please don’t let her go.
3. My son, don’t confine the position of your wife to the kitchen, where did you get that from? Even in our days, we had farm-lands where they worked every morning... that was our office.
4. My son, if I tell you that you’re the head of the house, don’t look at your pocket; take charge.
5. My son, if you want to have a long life, let your wife be in-charge of your salary, it will be difficult for her to spend it when she’s aware of the home needs and bills to pay but if it’s in your care, she will keep you asking even when all has been spent...
6. My son, don’t ever beat your woman, the pain in her body is nothing to be compared to the wound on her heart and that means you may be in trouble living with a wounded woman.
7. My son, when you marry, if you live a bachelor-life with your wife, you will soon be single again.
8. My son, in our days, we had many wives and many children because of our large farm-lands and many harvests, there are hardly any land for farming anymore, so embrace your woman closely.
9. My son, under the cocoa tree that I did meet your mother could be your eateries and restaurants of nowadays, but remember, the closet thing we did there was to embrace each other.
10. My son, don’t be carried away when you start making more money, instead of spending your money on those tiny leg grlss that never knew how hard you worked to get it, spend it on that woman that stood by you even when there was no money, not those always asking for more.
11. My son, when I threw little stones or whistled at the window of your mum father’s house, to call her out, it was because I missed her so much.
12. My son, whenever your girl changes, if it's because of money, then she wont be a good wife.
13. My son, your mother, rode the bicycle with me before I bought that tortoise car outside there, any woman that won’t endure with you in your little beginning should not enjoy your riches.
14. My son, don’t compare your wife to any woman, make her see reasons to change until u get tired.
15. My son, there is this thing you people call feminism, well, if a woman claim to have equal right with you in the house, divide all the bills into two equal parts, take one part and ask her to start paying the other part.
16. My son, I met your mother a virgin and I took more yams to her father, if you don’t meet your wife a virgin, don’t blame her, what I didn’t tell you is that our women had prestige.
17. My son, I didn’t send your sisters to school because I was foolish like many to think a female child won’t extend my family name, please don’t make that mistake.
18. My son, your mother have once locked up the cloth I was wearing and almost tore it because she was angry, I did not raise my hand to beat her because of a day like this, so that I can be proud to tell you that I never for once beat your mother.
19. My son, in our days, our women had more of natural beauty, though I wouldn’t lie to you, some had minor painting of their appellation mostly on their arms, the ones you people now call tattoo, but don’t forget that they didn’t expose any part of their body like your women of nowadays.
20. My son, your mother and I are not interested in what happens in your marriage, handle your issues.
21. My son, remember I bought your mother’s first sewing machine for her, help your wife achieve her dreams just as you’re pursuing yours.
22. My son, don’t stop taking care of me and your mother, it’s a secret of growing old OMG, U stole my write up and the admin put it on FP, are u happy now?? www.nairaland.com/2019877/words-father-son-marriage |
