For you to do the MSC in econonmics or business realted field, you have to do a PGD in that before you go for an MSC.

Go for strong HD decoder either 4930 or 4940.
But I don't know the exact difference between both. They are HD receivers but 4930 is more expensive.
So if anyone knows the difference between both should please explain to us.

Are you currently employed with a chartered accountant in the organisation?
If yes, he or she can sign for you.

If not go to your former organisation and plead with them to mandate their auditor to help you sign the documents.
The reason the auditor does not want to do that is because he might not know under what condition you left the organisation and he will not want to lose his clients.
Don't be bothered you can get it signed if you go through your organisation.

what he has to do is to sue WAEC for this and get his original result back.
I had faced the same problem in the year 1992 at Aturanse Boys High School Surulere.
After the release of the result in 1994 i had an admission into Federal Polytechnic Ilaro
we where told to go and get our stamped and computer print out from the school we finished
since the WAEC certificate are not yet ready.
on getting to the school, i had the greatest shock of my life then, i was told that WAEC has
cancelled the result of 1992 set of the school. i was devastated i did not know what to do, no where to run
to, coupled with the heat i was facing at home.
i had to do another WAEC in 1994 at Navy Town Secondary School Ojo.

I got interested in the issue and wanted to find out how it was handled especially by the people concerned.
The school was reluctant to sue WAEC but some student had to sue WAEC individually whcih most of them won.
