Hi Everyone and thank you for all the insights here. Please i have a skilled worker Visa in the UK and will like to apply to change visa status for my kids. The issue i have is regarding identification of the kids using the UK immigration app. Please at what stage is this done as i have filled the form up until declaration and i have not seen that option which i was able to do for my spouse.
Kindly help with this information.

It is on the uk website. You have to refill an online form, pay about 154pounds, book and apply and redo your biometric. My friend is in this shoes too. She was waiting for her dependent visa not knowing the law would happen. Very unfortunate.

I have this enquiry for a friend.
He just got his student visa and that of the kids. Is it posible to invite her MIL over to assist with the kids on a visit visa where by the MIL would not stat more than 6 months of the visit visa issuance. Please how can she go about this as having the MIL around her will ease taking care of the kids.
Please advise on best approach legally for this to ensure the MIL is issued her visa.
*NB* She is in school already but the kids are yet to join her though they have their VISA already.

Try choosing different services if you dont mind paying extra... Eg assisted service, if no date mix it with premium lounge if it doesn't work, mix self service with premium lounge.. Etc. Try this and you may even get a very close date.

What do i do to correct this as i have made the IHS and Visa payment for that dependant already. Though i have one more dependant to add to the application.
