I had a similar situation and thought it was a problem, but I was wrong. It is just a phase in your body system, I think it comes with age and stops after a while. For some people I know, they eat much when they are worried and think too much. Its a body system change, it will fall back to your usual self later. Just enjoy it while it last. A friend of mine is on medication just to aid eating, lol, that's life.

It work perfectly. My pension admin is Stanbic IBTC and after 4 months of being de-mobbed from my previous job, I was paid my 25% of the total amount pensioned. It helped me to start up a biz until I got another job and again started another pen-savings. I also encouraged others whose company don't pay to start up a private one, they are happy people today.

Its a sure process with IBTC (u don't pay to process the form and u get your alert ASAP), I don't know about other pension administrators .
