Good morning nairaladers, pls pardon my errors.

I met this girl late last year, she's nice, godly and has most of the qualities i want in a wife. i love her, though her dad is late and her mum should be in her late thirties.

Yesterday we were chatting and she was like her dad didn't do the necessary rites on her mum and hence according to tradition i will have to pay her mum's bride price to her family before i will be allowed to start her own (my babe) marriage rites. I just weak cos have never heard of such. Where i won see the money for double bride price?

Pls nairaladers, have any of you come across such ridiculous tradition or she's making it up herself cos i feel like quiting the whole thing.

1.A man married you and paid your bride price .Put you in his house ,pay the rent and provide everything you need ,what he needs in return is your loyalty and being submissive. 2.a man can't cheat just to please his sexual urges and still remain committed to his family..But when a woman cheats..she gets carried away and can possibly think of eliminating the Husband .Besides it's a man's world...and a man who is bruised when another man chop his pomo.and that's unforgiven.

If you want to travel out..Please do it yourself..Student visa is the best..apply for a masters program and you get 4yrs with eligibility to work.after school you can also get a job .Most of these traveling agents are scammers ....Doing business too...is risky.. Nigeria business environment is filled with HYENAS,wolves and jackals. Best advice ..Look for a land in a school environment and build a hostel..

Go to General hospital and get proper test and treatment.

What is your story ...Those lastma at that Jibowu ,Yaba ,unilag area are organized criminals...I was once held at that same place .and I paid 100k after my car spent 3 days there.theres no sign there and like 5 vehicles took the same road ,before I followed them cause am always careful ..3 of the vehicles escaped , one was a military guy ..they let him go..the rest of us were taken to their office .
