Good day Sir, is AOS the same as IRS federal income tax information? if they are two different documents, which one will be needed for an IR2 interview?

Good afternoon people, l really dont belong to dis forum cos am not processing any NIV, am jst a silent reader and av read alot of good news here, and l kinda av a question dat is not related to NIV at all but l might be lucky enough to find someone who has an idea. My question is, who has an idea about questions dat an IR2 candidate can be asked during his/her interview. Am open to suggestions please, thanks

I log in on nairaland everyday, hopin to find new situations in dis forum but l get disappointed. Its nt as lively and interactive as the formal forum. I guess sum people dnt know about this new immigrant forum while some had left nairaland wen the old thread was closed and l notice the V.O is really tryin his best to answer questions even with his busy schedule. Sorry, I should have been clearer. Yes, we accept attestations from NPC when they can't provide birth certificates and there is no other government-issued option. Hospital certificates are not acceptable.

We do not accept hospital birth certificates -- only birth certificates issued by a goverment office. In the past, we have accepted attestation letters from the NPC.

so attestation of birth from NPC is not allowed anymore?

It is highly unlikely that he will be scheduled in August, and somewhat less unlikely that he'll be scheduled in September. It's also possible that there will be so many cases ready to be scheduled that his appointment date will be after September.

Good morning Ma, Please there are some things that are bothering me about my case Ma. When my dad filled DS_260 for me, we were told to wait for 30 working days but after 30 working days, we didnt get any response, so my dad started calling NVC customer care, they picked up late last month and he was told to provide them with AOS (like u said), photocopy of my passport, birth certificate and police report. He sent it to them last week thursday through express mall. What got me worried is that, on Saurday l got a gmail message from NVC telling me to submit AOS, police report and Photocopy of my passport( which my dad sent on last week) and l heard they send such message when the documents they received are incomplete. My questions are
1) Are my documents not complete? should l tell my dad to send d documents again?
2) They didnt send me this mail before, my dad just called and he was told to submit dem, so are they making it official now by sending me the mail days after my dad sent the required documents?
3) when l went tru the message sent to me on saturday by NVC, a place talking about "barcode" caught my attention, it says, the barcode should be sent with my documents, but my dad had sent them my documents before l got this mail, should he send my documents with the barcode this time or he should just ignore it since he has sent them my documents before?

Bring whatever you have. Without reviewing your evidence in person there's no way for me to say what's enough -- but if the interviewing officer has concerns, you'll likely be given the opportunity to bring more evidence to a follow-up appointment.

2) NVC has asked my dad for my AOS and our plice report. if he sends it to dem tomorrow, when will NVC complete documentation on our case?

It's good that you're preparing. Yes, you'll be asked questions, as we try to determine whether your father and stepmother really are your father and stepmother. If you have photos of the three of you together, or letters, or evidence that your father and stepmother live together, it would be a good idea to bring that.

I havent seen my stepmum before physically, have only seen her pictures and have also spoken to her on fone several times so we havent taken pictures together, what if l can get a picture of my dad and stepmum together? will that be enough? And thank you so much ma, we have seen developments in our case
