I bet there are s number of Americans or Europeans who wouldn't want that position even if offered. Most are more content with doing their job and enjoying it. You can count hundreds of American or European scientists who have done more than enough for neurosugery in terms of inventions and discoveries, and who would think less about any position of authority.
Such dull positions of authority are what our Nigerian people feel priviledged to occupy.
