TookDownYourMum: Very much so.
As for why? Well, Tinubu has no plans to improve Nigeria. He saw the presidental position as a birthright and is riddled with proven scandals whereas Obi Peter isn't. If you think electing a sleepy geezer that can't stay awake on the job much less pisses himself is a great candidate to lead the country, then clearly something has malfunctioned in your brain.
There is a reason Africans all over continent are laughing at Nigeria right now. From South Africa to Kenya to Ghana etc. South, East, West.
If Obi had won, there would have been plently of Nigerians who are massively successful outside of the country willing to come running back to invest and improve the sitaution as you currently know under APC Nigeria has been going to shit.
- The naira is falling, inflation is high, and things are very hard - 133 million Nigerians have fallen into extreme, multidimensional poverty, that is 60% of Nigeria's population - Growing debt problem (not government fault entirely, oil prices and all) but APC response was to borrow even more - Corruption is a way of life here, nothing works - The education and health sectors are badly underresourced and has showed no signs in improving - Fuel scarcity is unbelievably for a oil producing country is still a major problem - Naira reform is causing a lot of stress, people cant even withdraw cash from the ATMs and to the point people in rural areas resorting to trade by barter. - Security probably has to be as bad as Somalia right now. Boko Haram has metamorphosed into banditry. Roads are unsafe, Trains are unsafe, and kidnapping is rife even to the point some ambassadors have high tailed it out of Nigeria. No wonder tourism sector is close to dead from international travelers. Oh, did I mention we have a islamic terrorist for a vice president now? Obi is an empty head who ran on an emotionally charge campaign. He knows Nigeria are emotional and barely used logic to discern individuals. That’s why he will go on national TV and be crying, talking about giving a lady 75k to buy oven so as to start her business in nasarawa. Same guy that was Governor of his state for two term and he did basically nothing. |

I remember one president in Ghana sending people to go and pray over a dam in Ghana somewhere around 2006 instead of actually solving an upcoming electricity problem.
Stupidity just abound Omo😂😂😂 Some of our leaders deserve to be flogged |

GeneralDae: I agree with you and I've always said this. Adult population (above 18) is likely 100 million. Children are 70 million at most. Adult population is more than 100 million. Considering 93 million people have voters card, and you must be above 18 before you’re eligible for that. |

You're a foreigner and no matter how much you think you love Nigeria or the Yorubas, you can't love them like their fellow Nigerians. You're a foreigner. Just30: The name Rhodes sounds American, has he got a family side from there That surname is one of the founding families of lagos. During colonial times, the vivours were mostly judges and lawyers that serve the British. Once you hear most people with popular English or Brazilian surnames they are the families that returned from slavery back to Africa. |
