Mini Van (Toyota Sienna) for 9ja. I mostly see disabled people driving mini van in the abroad. Canada, specifically. jeromestarks: I have an Aunty who is single at 37 due to the fact that she's a cripple. She walks around with crouches. She literally can not move her toes but the legs are there. Just there.
Yesterday, a kind-hearted man promised to buy her a car and she asked me the kinda car that will suit her. Honestly, I don't know. I don't know much able cripples and/or physically challenged people.
So, I decided to come here to seek your opinion.
Which car can a cripple in Nigeria drive? |

As a man, I am Asking you to separate from him immediately. He has a diseased mind and will never change. If you can't take your children, leave him first with the children and settle yourself. Harden your heart and don't help him with any kobo and he will eventually return the kids to you. He' is infested with the disease of gambling. DaddyCoool: Since he offered to be with the children, let him. While helping from a distance, sort yourself out and also find out how marketable you are in the dating scene - maybe you'll hook a better guy |

Good job [qguote author=coldzobo post=125209387]Day 1
When the birds arrived, we put the newspapers on the floor and gave them glucose water -for strength- to drink.
After about 10 minutes, we threw some feed on the floor for them to snack on.
10 minutes later, we put food in their feeder and gave them to eat.
In the night we heated their house with charcoal and lighted it up with the kerosene lamps...till day break. (Their house hasn't been wired yet).
Note: the charcoal pit in the pic below is not the one that was bought for 1500[/quote] |

Majority of Nigerian are senseless tribal bigots! 99% of the population are uneducated, tribalistic and lack critical thinking skills.. quote author=Odewaleadesoye post=125154396] The former Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II, has said Nigerians take too much rubbish from politicians, encouraging the masses not to be intimidated by political leaders.
According to Sanusi, if the politicians are not held to account, coming generations might have no country to call theirs.
Sanusi, a former Central Bank of Nigseria, CBN, governor, said that most Nigerians did not go into politics, does not make them inferior, adding that Nigerians are too afraid in their comfort zones.

Properties › Re: How Can I Avoid Being Scammed, I'm About To Buy A House by Sheffieldconsul: 1:51pm On Aug 16, 2023 |
Buying a house shouldn't be of the complexities you have stated above. There are several decent properties you can buy with the owners physically present. Why do you want to get yourself involved with this? Drop the business deal like a hot potato!! Brainbox0806: Good day to you all, I'm on the verge of buying a house for a close family, I bare the responsibility of making payment and verifying that the property is genuine because I'm the one that introduced him to the agent.
I'm trying to be careful because of some clauses that involves the originality of the seller. Mr. A built the house from the ground, lived in it for like seven months then relocated abroad, he appointed a representative ( I think his brother) to sell the property, Mr. B ( also from abroad ) contacted a company to buy the property on his behalf, the property was inspected buy consultant C ( A company ), payment was made and the house was taken over by consultant C but Mr B never occupied the said house since Inception of the purchase, after 15 months of procurement Mr B decided to sell the property through same consultant C.
The neighbour can't ascertain the relationship between Mr A and consultant C , but Mr A has been informed by a neighbour about the presence of consultant C in the house and he confirmed that the house has been sold off . Consultant C do visit the house periodically but the house remains under lock.
The problem now is that consultant C want me to pay directly to him, refusing to give me Mr B. phone number for verification, sighting that the consent letter given to him by Mr B is enough proof. I suspect he's hiding the real price from the owner but I don't want to go ahead without verifying the identity of Mr B ( the current seller). The intending buyer is so in love with the house and cant wait to make payment but I'm hellbent of hearing from Mr B
Kindly advise. |

Those of you hipping sycophantic praises on Nigerian military or so called generals... Remember, if they can't DEFEAT Boko Haram, they will NEVER be able to defeat Niger military. Same people, same religion, same "sabotage".. jumper524: Even our retired military Generals looks more gallant than these jokes. |

Why would you think twice before accepting a free funded Masters in the UK? Reasons why you should accept the Msc 1. It is FREE (scholarship) 2. With biological sciences, you can get a job with the NHS, Clinical Trial Firms, Pharmaceuticals, Health Startups, etc. after graduation and you have 2 years post study visa. 3. I assume you're a good student, hence you got a fully funded scholarship. If this is the case, you have a very good chance of getting a PhD in a relevant field that you can utilize your IT skills. 4. You said your job is REMOTE. Can you possibly take the job and still pursue you Masters? 5. What can be good about a so called "popular" Fintech in Africa that is paying a software engineer a meager 200k a month? That is less than 200 quid! 6. While pursuing your masters, you can easily get a remote job if your location changes to UK, you can increase your networking, you can improve your skills, etc. Dude!! F**king know your worth... Take that scholarship now or you will cry in this Ebola Ahmed country. Iboyx: Hi guys, So I'll keep this as short as possible hoping to get your advice.
So I landed a software engineer role in one of the most popular fintechs in Africa, a remote role and it pays about 200k for a start.
I also have a fully funded scholarship to the UK(biological sciences) with stipends of about 900£ monthly but you must come back to Ng if at the end of the programme you do not already have a job.
I know that all things being equal in the software job in a couple of years say 3 years I should be able to triple that amount, I know guys that have done similar.
The risk of going to the UK is being stranded at the end of the programme. Worst part is the msc is not in the I.T industry. I know guys that have picked up second msc degrees cause of no job and they don't want to come back
I'm very passionate about the IT industry, I literally thought my self
What do you guys advice.ooking forward to your input. Thank you |

Isolating or cutting Niger Rep. Off will be Nigeria's worst national security blunder. China, Russia, Iran, etc. will quickly take over and start bankrolling the military junta. Throwback: Impose the sanctions fully and Niger will be crippled.
The illegitimate military dictatorship in Niger must be brought to its knees.
The President from the minority Arab tribe must be allowed to finish his 1st term and then "sacked" from office by denial of a 2nd term in a democratic election.
That is the constitution of Niger Republic.
Nigeria must stand its ground that no illegitimate or military rule will be further entertained in any West African state.
The majority Hausa that are rejoicing and their cousins in Nigeria who are also supporting, would not have done so if it was a minority Arab military leader that toppled the democratic regime of any of the past Hausa Presidents of Niger.
For the 1st time, the minority Niger Arab who are better known for street begging with their children in Nigerian cities, have managed to build a political coalition that allowed them get to national power, then suddenly the Hausa/Fulani/Djerma gang up to quickly push them out of power with the illegitimate military coup that we all know would later handover power back to a civilian government that is certainly going to be Hausa.
Is it that they cannot stomach being out of power for just 5yrs that a presidential term allows?
Or the Niger people only started suffering now that an Arab is in power for barely 2yrs, but did not suffer for the previous 20yrs of Hausa and Fulani rule? |
