An enraged Chinese woman has been seen throwing wads of cash at a shop assistant because she didn’t want to be seen as poor.

The incident is believed to have taken place on September 25 at a jewellery store in Handan, north eastern China.

Footage of her dramatic reaction has angered the Chinese online community since it emerged this week. Web users also questioned whether or not it was a marketing stunt by the store, reported

Israeli forces shot dead a female Palestinian attacker after she attempted to stab a soldier at a West Bank checkpoint on Tuesday, as tensions continued to simmer ahead of this week's major Jewish and Muslim holidays. The woman later died of her injuries.

The military said forces opened fire and 'identified a hit' following the incident in the West Bank city of Hebron.

The woman was identified as 18-year-old university student Hadeel al-Hashlamon. She was taken to an Israeli hospital in critical condition and her father, Salah al-Hashlamon, said she later died of her injuries. The soldier was not wounded.

Earlier Tuesday, the military said a 23-year-old Palestinian was found dead in a village near Hebron - allegedly after an explosive device he was handling went off.

Unfortunately the man, who had a heart attack, died despite rescue. A young nurse has been named the 'prettiest bride' by Chinese media after trying to save a man on September 21.

Guo Yuanyuan, 25, was shooting her wedding photos on a beach in Dalian, north east China, when she heard a man had drowned, reported People's Daily Online.
