It was the first day of the first semester and a new direct
entry student, Koffi, A
Ghanaian, joined the class
here in............University Nigeria.
The Lecturer said; let’s begin by reviewing some
Nigeria history.
The Lecturer asked; who said i shall return to die

The whole class was silent, She saw a sea of blank faces, except for
Koffi, who had his
hand up.
Koffi replied; King Jaja of Opobo, 1875.
‘Very good!’..
said the lecturer.
She then asked again;
who said,

This time, no response except from Koffi, he stood up and replied;
‘Obasanjo, 1976.’
The Lecturer snapped at
the class; class, you should
be ashamed of yourselves.
Koffi, who is new to our Country, knows more
about it’s history than you do, what a shame!.
The Lecturer immediately, heard a loud whisper; ‘Ghana must go’.
Who said that?. she demanded,
Koffi put his hand up,
‘Buhari 1984.’
At that point, a student at the back scornfully
said; ‘Hmmm, You think you are smart?.’
The Lecturer glared and
asked; ‘All right! Now,
who said that?.’
Koffi replied;
‘Babangida to Abiola,
1992.’
Now furious, another student
yelled; ‘Oh yeah! Eat this!’
Koffi jumped out of his chair, waved his hand and shouted at the Lecturer,
‘Indian mistress giving an
apple to Abacha, 1992′.
Now, with almost mob hysteria, someone said;
‘You little shit. If you say anything else, I’ll kill you.’
Koffi frantically yelled at the top of his voice;

The Lecturer fainted. As the class gathered
around her on the floor, A female student said; ‘Oh shit,
we’re in Big trouble now!’
Koffi whispered;

It has become obvious that the presidency is no longer comfortable with the threats by lawmakers and other Nigerians toimpeach President Goodluck Jonathan over budget implementation and incapacitation.
This has stirred up anger in the camp of the presidency as it has ordered the lawmakers to stop the anthem of impeachment.
Briefing newsmen in Abuja, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Communication, Dr. Doyin Okupe, stated that every disagreement should not lead to impeachment threat.
He said, “We would want to appeal to our respected lawmakers to sheathe their swords. They should stop threatening the President with impeachment every time there is a disagreement.
“They should allow the temperature of the polity to come down. We will continue to have executive/legislative conflict, but we should continue to allow maturity to come in.
“Yes, the legislature has the power to impeach, but we shouldnot be flaunting this every time.
“We should forget about impeachment in order to build this democracy; conflict will always be there, but we must manage it.”
Okupe while urging Nigerians to stop disapproving the office of the President, called for all hands to be on deck in support of Mr. President.
The special adviser also condemned the Convener, Save Nigeria Group, Pastor Tunde Bakare for describing Jonathan’s reaction to the mass rally over removal of fuel subsidy as “bunkum.”
A statement was earlier credited to Jonathan to had alleged that protest was the handiwork of some well-to-do Nigerians.
The duo of pastor Bakare and Nobel Laureate Prof. Wole Soyinkalambasted Jonathan’s declaration.
Soyinka in a recent statement saidsuch statement showed that the president “is lamentably alienatedfrom the true pulse of the nation and that he was suffering from bad conscience”. Just as Bakare described it as “bunkum”,
Okupe said, “The office of the President deserves respect. To saythe President is suffering from bad conscience as stated by Prof. Soyinka is wrong.
“His (Jonathan’s) action on the N5,000 note showed that he lovesNigerians and he is not alienated from them.
“We do not need to desecrate the office of the President. It is uncivil for Bakare to say that the President’s comment is bunkum, which means nonsense.
“We will not accept that; we won’tallow anyone to be insulting the office of the President. Bakare himself can be President tomorrow.”
Okupe urged critics to follow the leadership roles of former Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu, who he said, did not condemn the Goodluck/Sambo government in his recent visit to the United States.

Boy : Hey..,

Boy : I was Busy
[ The GIRL Understood that;
Something was Wrong but could not Ask]
[silence]
Boy : You know..; We should Stop talking..!
Girl: What??.., But Why ??

[He Disconnected the call, 'n She Felt as If Somebody
had Slammed the door on Her face]
Everything else Flashed in Her Mind,

That was the answer to everything! His words were pouncing on her..
Her heart wanted to jump out!

She Screamed at the Top of her Voice;

Boy: Why are you calling Me?

Phone Rang in the Boy’s Room,

The Boy rushed to the Hospital where She was.
She Opened Her Eyes with the Boy’s name..,
He took her Hand..
Boy: Im so Sorry Its all my fault..! But;

Ok remedial programme is also known as pre-degree in other schools. The programme is meant for those who weren't able 2 secure admission 2d University. In the programme students are taught almost d same as o level in preparation 4 Undergraduate. One advantage of d programme is dat priority is given 2 dem 4 admision in as much as u pas ur xam dere.
