Iykecollins: Cvm I suggest you should make a discount or add an incentive to pacify your customers who are affected by this since it is no fault of theirs. Saying from my recent experience with my supplier from aliexpress who gave me 10% discount on all my purchase as a result of this recent hongpost track issues and delays, why I love them is whenever i react furiously and send the message to them the way the will respond and beg me to calm will make me feel better again despite the amount of good I bought from them, and I see you don't treat your customers that way here too, except you have already gotten a handful of customers already then you can conveniently deal with them and ask the rest to use other agents. Victor talks and explains better on phone but i think whoever responds to the messages here and emails is not doing well enough. Forgot he is not just dealing with people's money but with their emotions and trust as well. Took my time to go through this thread, the kind of complains I see and the responses to them were not really worth of a good customer care attitude.
I don't know whether this is the right place to post this but i was just motivated to. I have my goods trapped too getting close to a month now but I have developed a thick skin over it and not everybody would understand until u explain. I have not given up on using you more cos I know it could get better!

I was made to understand that customs had resolved the issue concerning NAHCO and SAHCOL but your agents in Lagos are denying this fact. Please when am I getting my goods as I am already planning to take another step of action if nothing is done.

akinakinyele: My orders does not include battery and i was told that i will get it by monday or Tuesday, but no call till Tuesday evening, then i called Ifeanyi and He told me that the goods are in the airport and that there is issues with the clearance of the goods. But i didnt understand this kindly shed more light and let me know what is happening....till then, I keep my fingers crossed...

Qasminho: A dear friend of mine Jackson44 asked me to update the house on his little issue with CVM.


It has been resolved as they've credited his account the amount supposedly for the ba3s (they shipped his BB without batteries),
He'd love to update the house himself but he got banned at the cause of doing that.

Thumb up to CVM for this, U clear any doubt in the mind of our guys.

Segunbills: i made my first order on tuesday last week through cvm and i was called on sunday that my good had arrived i am please with their service as i look forward doing business with the over and over again. i want to say a big thank you to all the contributors of this treat, you guys have giving me a big time job. the only problem i would be encountering is bringing down my products to yenagoa as the cost of shipping down to my location is quite expensive.
