Hello professionals, please can #2M build me a 3 bedroom bungalow. The land is already available.

My family house is old and always affected by floods. Anytime rain falls, the whole house is flooded. Though floods usually disturb that area. I'm majorly concern about my parents who are getting old putting their legs and sleeping on top of the flood anytime it rains heavily. Because of the flood, I developed asthma while growing up and still battling with it.

Initially, I have an intention of doing some rehabilitation of the old house by removing the roof and filling it above the flood level so that in case the flood comes it will stay outside and won't be able to enter the house (worse case scenario). But my mom discouraged me telling me that it's better to rebuild a new house because the foundation of the old house is already weak.

But I'm very confused because I doubt if my budget can build me a new 3 bedroom flat in front of the old house.

Please kindly advise me. Thanks in anticipation

The EFCC, Kaduna Zonal Office has arrested one Mallam Abdulrashid Imam for defrauding one Arc. Mohammed Dewu, to the tune of over $3, 024, 000 (Three Million and Twenty Four Thousand Million United State Dollars). The arrest came as a result of a petition written by one Arc. Dewu who alledged that sometime in October, 2019, the suspect fraudulently collected the money from him claiming that he has the ability to impact Qur'anic knowledge to him by inserting a complete Quran into his head through the aids of Jinns (spirits) he is working with.

The petitioner further alledged that subsequently to facilitate the realization of this fact, the suspect made him purchase items as follows: Two number of bottle perfume at N70,000; One bottle of special perfume at N160,000; One bottle of perfume for the medicine of his mother's leg sickness at N550,000; Set of 60 perfumes to activate the Qur'anic verses that will be implanted into his brain by the powers of jinn(spirits) at N1,680,000; Two mobile phones and SIM cards at N20,000; Thirty buckets of honey that will enable him transfer the Qur'anic verses to his brain.

He further alleged that the suspect asked him to facilitate money which is to be given in United State Dollars, in which he paid the sum of $24,000 in the third week of October, 2019. The suspect also asked the petitioner to pay $120,000 to help him secure money that will be dropping in two boxes in his room.

You will see my Yoruba leaders keep quiet and behave like mumus when they see tinubu. How can a single man drive in two truck loads of money into his house and we won't ask the senate to call him for questioning. This alone is a crime. On election eve. We can't just keep quiet and allow this guys to rub our future because of small bags of rice.

The average hausa man will go ahead to support anyone into top position so long he is hausa and Muslim. They will keep quiet when a gov is using our collective wealth to pay kidnnapers to stop kidnapping.
They will keep quiet to buharis lopsided appointments, they will keep quiet to military men building universities in their communities.. Lol thats their constituency projects I get. What the Bleep is our senate even doing gan self. Haba
