This is the only rule in the NYSC rule book that is close to what you said and its punishment.

This rule is under code of conducts DURING ORIENTATION CAMP.

That lady obviously is not in the orientation camp as camps are closed, thus that rule does not bind her.

Improper waste disposal and lack of proper drainage systems in many areas of Lagos contribute to this menace.

The government over the years have also refused to enforce strict laws that’ll combat these menace.

Lagos gets flooded every year and no government has thought of fixing the drainage issues affecting the state.

They instead use the IGR to buy luxurious vehicles for the few politicians in the executive and legislative arms of government.

The story of Asake’s father abandoning him was hard to believe by me.

Reason is this. If his father allegedly abandoned him as a child, why would he take his baby mama and his alleged daughter and carer for them since the child was born. The child is said to be 12 years old and has since been with Asake’s father since she was born.
