Was it not this time last year that Naira crash from 900 to 1900

The crash was as a result of constant devaluation of the Naira. Remember sometimes in April last year the rate dropped to as low as 1000 to a dollar only to end the year at almost 1700. What happened to the gains?

It was also celebrated that it was gaining that period.

The same ENDSARS protest that united majority of the youths especially down south regardless of religion or ethnicity is what these old men are trying to pin on a particular set of people?

There was nothing like Obidients in 2020 talk more of pinning the ENDSARS protests on them.

Tinubu was not even remembered throughout the protest, he wasn’t a bone of contention until rumors of the October 20 shootings at the toll gate that he called in the military, that was when some people tried to pin the killings on him.

All past and present politicians and leaders were insulted during the protests.

Why do some people want to rewrite a history that happened right before our eyes just over 4 years ago in this internet age where information can be verified in matters of minutes?

There’s nothing shocking here. We’ve heard and seen this happen time and time over. This is a window for those that know to buy dollars at lower price and sell for higher price in few weeks.

Politicians use the states revenue to do this.

There’s low demands now due to the Chinese holidays. No work in the whole of China for a few weeks, so people aren’t buying much.

It is not ideal to have multiple laws governing a particular state or region.

Having both sharia law and constitutional laws in some states in Nigeria were badly thought decisions.

For sharia law to work in a state, it must be the only law available in that state and must be administered to everyone in that state irrespective of influence or status. That’s not the case in the northern states.

We’ve heard how several of politicians over there have been accused of public funds embezzlement, yet they are never tried in shariah courts.

Shariah law practiced in the northern states of Nigeria is all but hypocrisy and a tool for the elites to use to suppress the masses over there because that same law doesn’t apply to them.

Why would lawmakers break into a place where the mace was kept just because you want to impeach your speaker.

Why can’t they just be civil and wait till he is around and carry out the impeachment normally.

How you people calculate the inflation rate is what I don’t understand. To a layman, inflation rate is not what you people claim it to be.
