Just accept the deductions and move on. Try to draft an agreement on repairs and other fixes the tenants may incur in your house. In the agreement state what and what not you want to be done.

I will like to see proof that Tinubu wrote or designed a master plan for Lagos truly. This line has been on going for years and no one has come out to show us this master plan.

If truly there is a master plan designed by Asiwaju, the governors that came after him won’t be coming up with different agendas. I can’t remember Fashola and Ambode’s agendas but the current governor has a THEMES agenda. Since there’s a claim of master plan is it not logical to follow what has been set down instead of coming up with new ones every time?

The government need to put strict law in place. You dump refuse anyhow you do community service for 4 weeks. We can’t continue to appeal to people that do not heed to simple instructions.

Those road side vendors that sell food and all just dump their waste on the culvert anyhow they like. They keep doing this because the government isn’t punishing anyone.

Be more strict with waste disposal laws and see people adjust their silly behaviors. Something they can’t do in their homes.

If you are a teacher, you'll understand that it's not everybody that asks a lot of questions is intelligent.

Some ask questions, stupid questions in fact just to cause confusion where there is non.

My fiancee who happens to be a teacher told me this.

As a teacher, don’t tell your students they asked foolish or stupid questions, rather give them that same question as home work or a project.
