Only in Nigeria my country will Police that’s funded with taxpayers money, set up a unit to cater for protection of the elites in the country.

Nigerian politicians and using infrastructure to deceive the people into believing they’re working or improving the country.

Around the country lie hundreds of “infrastructure” that billions of dollars were “allegedly” spent on yet very large portion of those infrastructure have not yielded a quarter of the building costs.

Roads, railways, airports etc are all basic amenities and should not be a hallmark of celebration. Government must provide basic amenities to its citizens and not act like they’re doing the people a favor.

Our government must focus and channel lots of funding into proper education from basic level to tertiary. That’s our best bet to development as a nation.

Very good education is the way forward for this country. Our politicians know this and will do everything possible to not give that to the people.

Had this happened in Bayelsa, you’ll see some people saying military will dance over their heads. But it happened in Katsina, dem no born dem well to talk anyhow to the real owners of Nigeria.
