What I have found out about Nigeria is that we pontificate and criticize a lot without offering cogent possible solution and advice. Factor in our present governments incompetence and poor economic decisions
We can then subtract 800mw from our anticipated 1600mw

So in 4years you only end up adding 800mw to the national grid as opposed to your 10,000Mw campaign promise.
