FashionRe: How To Acheive A Black Afro Hairstyle by shilling(f): 3:19pm On Dec 03, 2008
This works for both guys and gals. The easiest way to grow your hair is by taking loads of multi-vitamins. Look out for multi-vitamins containing Biotin (found in bananas) and omega 3. Any multi-vitamin in general is good for your hair. I never believed this until I tried it and it's worked for me cos my hair looks FAB.

Foreign AffairsRe: Full Text Of Obama's Acceptance Speech. by shilling(f): 3:36pm On Nov 05, 2008
He really is phenomenal. I'm not really big on speeches but I just have to listen when he speaks. I'm so happy for him.
Music/RadioWhat does Gongo Aso mean? by shilling(op): 4:09pm On Nov 03, 2008
Ok, so this is quite embarassing. But, I've been hearing about 9ice and Gongo Aso but I never really bothered listening to the song. But, since he just won the MOBOS, I decided to download it. I love the beats and I love the beats and his energy, but what's he talking about? My pidgin isn't that good either so, I just want to know because I'm really loving that song but I'll just like to know what it means.

@ Gamine

I love Generations. I watch it like everyday.
Music/RadioRe: South African Music, Anyone? by shilling(f): 5:52pm On Oct 30, 2008
@ RSA
I love DJ Cleo too. More so ever since his hair went back to its original colour. I esp lyk "How low can you go"

However, I'm here to talk about the whole xenophobia issue.

I absolutely agree with Gamine. It really has to do with an inferiority complex.

South Africans are very insecure and they have every right to be. The Zimbabweans come into your country and take your jobs (menial jobs that you guys are too lazy to do). You guys feel threatened by the foreigners and that's how xeno became a huge issue in South Africa.

Anyway, I partly understand. I can't imagine if Ghana invaded Nigeria, thing is Nigerians are not lazy, we handle our own affairs. Invasion of foreigners or not, there's no excuse to be mean to residents in your country. Thank God Naija is far from that, everyone is so welcome.
EducationRe: How Do I Improve My Maths? by shilling(op): 2:54pm On Oct 30, 2008
Thanks. I've realised I don't read the rules and stuff. Like right now, we're doing logarithms and I'm struggling cos I haven't read the basic rules so applying them is quite difficult. The high school stuff part is difficult cos I don't have my high school books with me, but I'll see what I can do. Thanks all the same.
EducationRe: How Do I Improve My Maths? by shilling(op): 2:10pm On Oct 30, 2008
Thanks guys for your advice.
I have to confess, I never practice math. Doing the weekly tutorials is such a big problem for me,  I hardly ever complete it. I start shaking like a leaf before I get into the hall not to talk of seeing the question paper, it's that bad. I freak out esp when the first part of the question paper has loads of x's. I'm going to start practicing, I'm writing a test on Sunday,  yeah.

@ engineerd
I've never opened that book although my bro has it. I'll check it out ASAP.

@ Geezle
Tnx

EducationHow Do I Improve My Maths? by shilling(op): 5:49pm On Oct 29, 2008
My major is Economics. I'm very good at all my other courses even Statistics. But, Math is usually 50-60% (I sometimes fail my tests). What's wrong with me? It's been like this since high school. I was thinking of going to see our Pastor for deliverance but I think he'll just laugh it off and tell me to study.

Math geniuses and others, how do I improve my Math grades?

He's really shy. It seems like you really like this guy, so don't push him away by being all agressive. In time, his confidence level will probably soar!

There's nothing wrong with it if you're both happy, and the age thing is not an issue at all.
