I think it's quite the opposite - men are intimated by attractive women, insecure men, that is.

I'm not really affected by commercials unless it's one relating to food. If it's a really nice ad, then I'll prob try out the product, but if it's disappointing, I don't buy that brand again even though subsequent ads are enticing.

Don't mean to sound heartless or anything, but I'm totally happy and surprised that their 'relationship' lasted this long. I feel sorry for the kids though.

That's definitely a step in the right direction, I think.

This is so entirely true. I think most of our artistes think you have to prance about the stage to be a good performer, and lip-synch (no doubt). The likes of Psquare, DBanj, TuFace, 9ice, etc really need to improve. I love 'em to bits, but I wonder if they actually watch themselves after the show, and what they think. In this credit crunch, I wonder why someone would spend their hard-earned money watching them live.

On the other hand, kudos to Asa and Femi Kuti. Watched Asa recently at the Africa Day concert in SA, amazing as usual.
