That's not a photoshopped pic but it's not a current pic either. It was probably taken a few years ago as Pres. Obama is obviously more grey haired now. Obama has always been a good bball player. the botswana pula is about $1 - 4pula, they are not a hungry country and loads of nigerians are doing well there, the university of botswana is one of the best in southeren africa

Concealer is not only meant to cover up blemishes but can also be used to contour/highlight the face. But I agree that her makeup is a total fail.
