I didn't have the chance to vote for him then but i will go all the way for him come 2015. This guy have prospects, its only that Nigerians are too anxious. Nigerians never truly like OBJ eight years rule but they commend him now, Nigerians called UMY "Baba Go-slow" but majority are seeing his genuine intention to develop the nation, by the time GEJ will be through with his 2-term tenure i think we will appreciate the guy then.

REAL LIFE TESTIMONY!!!

A faithful lady in a church that has a hutch back was about to get married with a brother. People were laughing and mocking the brother didn't you see all beautiful single ladies in the church to marry you chose to marry a lady with hutch back.

The brother ignore all the voices and advisers to fellow his mind which God told him that the young lady which you are about to marry is your wife which has a hutch back is your destiny wife. They get married after 2 years to 3 years the brother who was a no-body, poor and wretched then, had a shocking financial turnaround. He become very rich, bought houses and cars and he was progressive both in business.
Any good thing he lay his hands turns to gold. His wife conceived and they went for a scan, the doctor told her she was carrying twins. When the time of delivery reached the doctor and the nurses were doing their job, telling the lady to push and push, the first baby boy came out, the second and the third baby boy(s) came out.

As she was about to rest the doctor found out that there is still another one inside which she has not delivered, so she was told to push and immediately she delivered a round thing.
On examination, the doctor found out that it was her hutch back.

She stood up and check her back, she didn't see it any more. She is now standing very straight. There was a great shout in the hospital, people were jubilating and giving praises unto our Lord.

When she came to the church people that were mocking the couples couldn't talk. They were silenced by tremendous miracles,

1] a miracle of financial open door
2] a miracle of breakthrough
3] a miracle of safe delivery
4] a miracle of three bouncing baby boys
5] a miracle of personal healing from the hutch back.
6] A miracle that will make your mockers to be silence .

Congratulate, as this breakthrough will be accomplished upon your life. We decree by the power of his anointing and the Grace of God, who has Never fight a battle and lose, that on this day, as You BELIEVE this Testimony, your own Testimony will be the next in Line.

PoliticsRe: Julius Berger To Build Second Niger-Bridge by Shine1177: 11:07am On Feb 23, 2013
Most people are too Naive to discuss state matters.

The government has made it known since that the 2nd Niger bridge and and the Airport road in Lagos and other massive infrastructure will be built under PPP. For the 2nd Niger bridge government pay about 30% of the contract sum and the old Bridge will serve as alternative route for those who wish to use it.

This is a welcome development and the right way to go if we as a country will close the infrastructural gap in this country. This is capital intensive project and will make for fast execution of the project and others alike.

for those asking what the Southeast has gained from this administration, I can tell you that we are better under Jonathan than any other administration known to me in recent times.

1. Obasanjo caused crisis and disaffection in all the southeast states especially in Anambra state; the strong hold of Igbos and he did little to improve on the infrastructure in south east even in south west where he came from.

2. Presently, this administration has continue to improve the infrastructure in the South east eg. Construction of Ontisha-Enugu expressway, Enugu- Portharcourt, Enugu Abakaliki etc

3. Reconstruction of Enugu Airport to international Airport and Mbakwe Airport to Cargo Airport

4. Completing work at the Ontisha sea port and improving the dreging work to allow for transportation of goods.

5. Creating of additional Federal University and Teaching Hospitals in South east.

6. Provision of TET Fund to Universities for massive development eg 3billion Naira to Anambra state University and other universities and polytechnics.

7. Equipping of the Teaching Hospitals eg the upgrade of Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital Nnewi.

8 Construction of Massive silo in Anambra state by Ministry of Agriculture

9. Construction of Federal Secretariat in Anambra and other South East state that has non since creation of the State

10. Massive construction of power projects and transmission stations in the Zone with improvement of power supply.

11. The rehabilitation and reconstruction of Benin Ore road to ease transportation for the people traveling to the south east and south south and back to south west

12. The rehabilitation of Enugu Portharcourt rail line.

13. The appointment of South Easterners in Key positions in Government.

I can go on and on. I want to say that we will support the president to deliver on this 2nd Niger bridge to the people of South east and no amount of distraction will deter us from supporting the president who has shown so much commitment in delivering this project and other infrastructure to the south east and Nigeria in general. Not like Obasanjo that came and commission non existing contract for the 2nd Niger Bridge.

The president's humility and meekness should not be taken for weakness. anybody, that try his will and strength will have himself to blame. He cannot be intimidated at the same time he will welcome constructive criticism not based on falsehood and deception.

I advise people to monitor and investigate government project and program before sitting in the comfort of their rooms and turn to arm chair critics.
I wish the president well and i will God to continue to give him wisdom to guide and lead us and to us to be good followers.
GEJ, go on s'ohun.

CrimeMan Accused Of Buying Human Hair Escapes Lynching by Shine1177(op): 5:30pm On Feb 22, 2013
What exactly will make a man go from a salon to salon collecting people’s hair in exchange for money?

This is a question that only a 60-year-old man, Adewale Okunade, a landlord of a house on Segun Olatunji Street, Ijoko, Ota, Ogun State, has its answer.

Okunade, who hails from Oyo State, narrowly escaped being lynched on Thursday when some people in the neighbourhood pounced on him.

They alleged that the hair was being taken to an herbalist in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, who uses it to prepare charms for him.

Some people said they found Okunade’s behaviour bizarre, insisting that there was more to his action.

It was gathered that the man had been in the business for some years but nemesis caught up with him on the fateful day when his ‘business partner’, a bricklayer, gave him away.

An executive member of the Community Development Association said Okunade allegedly confessed that he had been buying human hair.

According to the CDA executive, the victim said he had been using the hair to cure himself of festering sores on his leg.

He said the suspect denied the hair was meant for rituals, saying he used to take the hair to an herbalist to prepare concoctions for his sores.

He said many traditional medicine practitioners who were there when Okunade was apprehended, said human hair could only be used for rituals not for curing sores.

He said, “The suspect’s partner had gone to a barber in their neighbourhood to buy some hair. The barber, however, refused. The suspect sent his partner to go to the barber’s apprentice.

“When they got to the apprentice, he agreed, but unknown to them that the barber was monitoring their movement. The barber decided to lay ambush for them.

“When he (barber) saw them with a cellophane bag, he raised the alarm and many people in the neighbourhood were drawn to the scene. By the time they checked the contents in the bag, they saw plenty of human hair.

“That was how the community pounced on his partner and started questioning him about the source of the hair. It was in the course of that the partner said it was Okunade who sent him.

“The people moved to Okunade’s house but he was not around. When he came back and people related the incident to him, he left the community the following day.

“By the time he came back, he thought the residents would have forgotten about the incident, but when they saw him, they mobbed him. It was then he explained that he had sores on his leg that refused to heal and that he had been curing them with concoction mixed with human hair.

“The community, not satisfied with his explanation, decided to hand him over to the police at Sango Police Station.”

Another resident, who craved anonymity, said, “We have yet to come to terms with his pedestrian explanation. As for us, he is not saying the whole truth.

“We learnt that he pays between N200,000 and N300,000 for each consignment of hair. You can see that his explanation lacks the essential elements of truth. I am also amazed that human hair has become a cure for sores.”

The spokesman for Ogun State Police Command, Mr. Muyiwa Adejobi, said the story was twisted by the community.

He said the suspect had only solicited for hair because of his festering sores.

Adejobi said, “The story was not like that. The man (Okunade) has a sore and he said he needed human hair to cure the sore. He had not gotten the hair; he only solicited. The community just raised the alarm which resulted in the man’s car being vandalised.

“He reported to the police that his car was being vandalised and that they wanted to kill him. That was how the police mediated to avoid the man being lynched.”

Does the tone of that poser come across like someone who does not know whose responsibility it is as stated in the law?
I think you need a pair of glass or a tutor to let you know that institutionalising a law to take government to court by a citizen on such condition don't need the attention of the federal legislators but his State Assembly. The question is what move has Babangida Aliyu taken towards that direction in his State (Assembly)? Can't you see the handwriting on the wall that he meant to attack the Presidency and Senator David Mark serve him right.

PoliticsMark Takes On Aliyu At Presidential Water Summit by Shine1177(op): 4:43pm On Feb 19, 2013
Senate President, Senator David Mark and Niger State governor, Dr. Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu nearly caused a scene yesterday over the poser raised by the latter at the opening ceremony of the Presidential Water summit which began in Abuja yesterday.

The Niger State governor, who is also chairman of the Northern Governors Forum, had suggested the possibility of Nigerians suing the Federal Government for failing to provide them with water.

Aliyu's poser which was regarded as one of his numerous recent confrontational postures against the President Goodluck Jonathan Administration had promptly elicited the reply of the Senate President Mark. 'Is it not possible also that in terms of water, agriculture, that we should be able to institutionalise by law, that people who do not get them can take government to court?,' Aliyu had asked at the top-level summit.

But Mark would not waste time in giving it back to the Niger State governor who is suspected to be nursing a presidential ambition in 2015 as he said that , according to the constitution, the provision of water to the citizenry falls within the purview of States and Local Governments.

Mark therefore affirmed that if anybody in Niger State fails to get water, he should sue the governor of the state.

'I agree entirely with Governor Babangida Aliyu because I still represent Niger State in so many other areas, that if a state fails to provide water to her citizens, the citizens should have the right to sue the government. I agree entirely with you.

'But let me also emphasise here that it is my conviction and I have said this time without number that the provision of water to houses and to the people for drinking potable water is the responsibility of State Government and Local Government.

'Therefore, if a man in Niger State doesn't get water in his tap, I believe that he has every right to sue Governor Aliyu Babangida. And I hope that before the end of his tenure and indeed, everybody in Niger State, it is my wish, will get pipe borne water in homes.

'Section 20 of the 1999 Constitution stipulates that the ' State shall protect and improve the environment and safeguard the water, air and land, forest and wildlife of Nigeria.'

'Overcoming the numerous challenges that we face Nigeria with regards to water delivery means that a collective approach is needed' that should bring all the three tiers of government together,' Mark stated unequivocally.

Aliyu had suggested that Nigeria can only succeed in the effort to provide water to its citizenry if it saves through the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF), which will forestall taking foreign loans. He observed that State and Local Governments will play a crucial role in mobilising the communities 'to ensure that we give people water.'

'We must harness and harmonise the activities of the donor agencies, the governmental offices as well as the private sector,' he however added.

Endorsing the summit, Aliyu went on to state that : 'This initiative for us, as governors, in fact has come as an impetus because we have been aware that our planning has always been out of sync with the actual population of Nigeria. By the UN estimate, by this year Nigerian population will be about 170 million people. So, it is almost that any time we plan, we plan less the people and by the time we go to implement we realise that we had been short- changed.

'So, Mr. President, we feel that this arrangement will come up with institutional reforms, because part of the problem again is the capacity of those who are to implement whatever policy you come up with. Many at times, you find that those who are to implement may not even appreciate the difficulties and the problems and the challenges that are involved in the matter. And at the end of the day, what they will be doing is looking only at the money that they would expend not necessarily the goals that will be achieved.'

According to the chairman of the Northern Governors Forum, 'It will also help us to mobilise the beneficiaries. Should water be free or should we ask the people to pay for the services? Many of our states, the country, have no problem with the actual volume of water, but the delivery to the people is what is very crucial. And we know that it will take a lot of money. I saw in one publication that annually, we may need about N250 billion to be able to give people water.'

FamilyOne-year-old Baby Bites Snake To Death by Shine1177(op): 1:31pm On Feb 19, 2013
https://www.ynetnews.com/PicServer2/13062011/3705054/photo_wa.jpg

An encounter between a snake and a baby ended in a surprising outcome Thursday, when the infant's mother walked into his room to find him chewing on the dead reptile.

The infant, Imad Gadir, whose family resides in Shfaram, was not hurt when he bit the unlucky coin snake, but was taken to Haifa's Ramabam Medical Center, just in case.

According to Imad's grandfather, Shaheen Shaheen, who recalled the family's tumultuous morning, the boy woke up when his father left for work at 6:30 am. The 1-year-old left his parents' bed and headed to his room, where he found the 35-centimeter (13-inch) snake. He then grabbed it and bit its head off.

"It wasn't a pretty sight," Shaheen said. "He's a baby, he didn't know what he was doing. He thought it was a game. I don't wish this kind of thing on anyone."

When Imad's mother realized what had happened she began screaming, until a neighbor jumped the house's fence, entered the room and snatched the snake out of the boy's hand.

"I went to the kitchen to get him some milk, and when I came back I saw he was already eating," the mother, Alain, said. "I screamed until the neighbors came. I still can't believe what I saw."

Veteran snake-catcher Eli Cohen said he has never come across a case of this kind.

"I guess the kid acted out of a childish instinct when he put the snake in his mouth," he said. "Luckily for him, the coin snake isn't poisonous, otherwise it could have ended in a tragedy."

Eli Cohen, the owner of a pest control company, estimated that the snake was three years old, and said that his bite often hurts but is not dangerous to anyone who isn't allergic to it. He said that this type of reptile chokes his prey. "If it was a bigger snake, the boy could have been strangled."

Mathew 6:
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seeksmiley for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Mathew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Friends you should be more concern of your salvation than anything in the world.

Tell it not in Ivory Coast
Publish it not in the streets of Mali
For - in South Africa, the mouthy Ivorians were destroyed by SUPER EAGLES of Nigeria and Eagles of Mali were caged.
Ye daughters of Ivory coast, weep over your over pompous mouthy professional players who thought that it is every bird they can consume.
The bones of Super Eagles are too hard for toothless Drogba, Traore and co.
Ye daughters of Nigeria, dance and rejoice over Emenike, Moses and Mba who made the Ivorians eat their vomit,
they light the streets of Naija wit golden celebrations.
In South Africa the mighty Ghana was sent parking with "GHANA MUST GO" by Burkina Faso.
How are the mighty fallen with weapons of football war perish.
Football is played and decided on the pitch and not by words of mouth.
A lesson to Ivory Coast and Ghana
GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!
