nero xp: this is nero xp reporting live from Texas after a 24hrs trip to America.I took Emirates flight going to dubai which lasted upto 7hrs nd i was sittin wit actor victor osiagwu nd gentle jack.Other actors were on-board the flight too nd it was very exciting and fun.Wen we reached dubai,i den took a connectin flight to dallas fort worth which lasted upto 18hrs nd i was so tired nd exhausted on de plane.we den arrived in U.S,den i got cleared nd admitted.as i was steppin out,lo nd behold,i saw ma mum wit ma aunty nd they took me home...i jst wana tank u all 4 ur support nd love,i really wouldn't be here if nt 4 GOD nd u all.tank u so much nd i love u all

ogba1: Sori fellow forumites for posting my interview experience late,it was due to circumstances beyond my control. Last week Monday ,me, my wife and son had our visas approved after a successful. Ours was like a chit -chat as it were. To God be the Glory.
We arrived the embassy at about 6am but had to hire chairs to wait for our interview slated for 10am. At the hour, we proceeded to the gate were security checks were effected. Once inside the hall, we paid the necessary fees and our documents checked and received. We sat down to wait for our number to be called. Behold at about 12.30pm our number beeped at Window 13 (handsome guy) who had earlier on denied 2 couples. We braced up and moved with confidence to Window 13 because greater is he who is in us that the one in the world.----- Am the principal applicant.

US----fine
CO----- Do we swear to speak the truth
US----- We do.

US---- We signed
CO---- (To me) you must be a lawyer, saw that your documents are arrange orderly.

My observation from the above is that one should be confident and relax during the course of the interview. And above all be very very Prayerful and have faith that God is in control. nero xp: Got to de embassy around 5.45am nd we all lined up as usual wit de normal security checks nd all dat.I waited in de interview hall watchin sum immigrants being interviewed.to my greatest suprise,I neva witnessed any visa denials nd it was only male CO's dat was conductin interviews to immigrants only.Note: I paid in naira equivalent,dats 54,500 nd a receipt nd Number were issued to me.so I met a DV-winner sittin Nearest to me nd wasn't a member of Nairaland,I den had to lecture him on sum certain tins he needed to knw nd my number was after his.so he number was called nd he went nd was successful,I congratulated him wella nd tapped into his success immediatly.after lyk 2mins,my number flashed @ window 14 wher dat guy was also interviewd nd I went wit courage nd boldness.the CO was abt tellin me to put my 4 fingers at de machine,I immediatly did dat sharp sharp nd he smiled @ me...dat CO fyn oo,but na man.interview went lyk dis:
