The cost effective option is drones and cctv. Yes, there should be some secrecy and yes there should be other attack, surveillance and lift platforms as well but this list is terrible. Won't be surprised if its just more corruption. chineese or turkish drones? i think that's simple. roads and urban areas with cctv? no brainer.
