The problem is that your kids probably also are being exposed to your noise and God knows what else. They may have visited and seen while you were unaware. You need to find a solution to it, maybe when children are not around.

We don't know the full details but these banks have to be made to sit up. The bank should at a minimum have given up the accounts that the funds were sent to and flagged those accounts.
