1. We should have bank access to public funds again. We should suspend TSA this recession period. Banks need more liquidity to provide loans to real sector. 2. Govt needs to inject loads of money to targeted infrastructure. Power and Transport are critical. It's well tested that we need to spend our way out of recession. 3. Rice, Tomato, Wheat import substitution by ensuring full local production. 4. Good Naira is now floating. Pmb should forget the stupid currency peg with no sufficient reserves to back them up. 5. Then raise salaries. Purchasing power Must go up to recess recession |
Oh my..He could have gotten out of this. So many planned suicide bcoz of debts and we're able to get out of it eventually. I know debt recovery teams could be mean. Now the pains he will leave with his family, especially wife and daughter. |
Enlightening. I expect we have a legislation one day making it compulsory for all Nigerian buildings to use LED lighting to reduce our energy consumption. Once LED becomes more affordable. For now, Philips LED bulbs go for about 1k each |

We have the most dependent Cbn team in history. He reports weekly to PMB and the President did not allow them to manage the foreign exchange market the way professionals would. For over a year, the president didn't allow them to float the Naira. Means they kept using our reserves to peg the Naira. |
Oh my...and he is always calm |

This Is interesting, like a pun in Chess Game. Due to what happened to Tunde Ayeni in Skye Bank, there have been rumours Ntel would be taken from him. But with TY Danjuma now as chairman... |
Thank you again GEJ. Your legacies go on and on and on! |
Segun was not With GEJ. Can't call him a wailer. But he got this very right about PMB. I score this article 100 percent. Our economy is dying and we still waiting for the unseen hand to help instead of bringing out prompt reliable fiscal policies! |
Theoretical power point presentation. Has she studied models used for countries that once faced recession threats? We're these the proven Solutions? |
If the bank lays you off for non-performance, then they should approach the Industrial Court to adjudicate on the matter. Once not stated in their sack letter that they were sacked for economic reasons, then no severance payable. They can seek for the court to rule on their dismissal and if proven to be wrong, I believe the mandatory 2-months in lieu will be paid. But if the bank has evidences that they were sacked for poor performance or proven misconduct..then they will not be liable to pay those specific workers |
My oh My..that will be embarassing to the US Embassy here..you mean all blacks look alike in their cameras?? |
It appears the bank did not state these staff were sacked due to poor economic conditions. That means they were sacked due to non perforomance bla bla and thus cannot claim redundancy payments. Maybe the lawyers should look at wrongful dismissal as against Asking for severance payment. |
Oh my God..Okokobioko....So all the evidence submitted by Wike, Fayose and Ambode against Amaechi, Fayemi and BRF are not sound enough? Baba, did you get to see these or you believed your aides or you really don't understand what are termed reliable evidences?? |
There is also an increase in local flight cancellations by all airlines. Hotel occupancy rates reduced. Car stands still have same cars unsold for 7-months. And the list goes on... |
If this report is true, then the new IGP goofed big time. So the Works and Transport Unit knew where the cars are been repaired and yet new IGP team didn't ask? |
We are in the era of Change! |
Good Reminder on PMB Inauguration speech.. So He had promised to get our Economy back on track? |

Scaredwife:In processing land titles in major cities, ID cards and/or Tax IDS of the owners are required. For a child, this will be a challenge. You can you hubby should have your IDS tied to the processed land titles |
Except you are not legitimately married, then it is very right to buy land together. You both will own it legally! You cab even have the land titles to reflect Mr and Mrs Xyz or register a company with only you two as directors for buying the land |

Sent you an email. I'm interested. Also which number can you chat on? |
Hi Nnamdi, This sounds interesting, at least on face value. Is there capital sharing between you and the investor, or you want investor to provide 100% capital while he gets 40% return? |
