Both players were wrong...Neymar could have left Cavani to take the set piece then later discuss after match, also, Cavani could have let Neymar take the set piece to prove maturity. Unfollowing him is a foolish decision I believe... |
He spoke well but remember it's easier said than done. Am pretty sure many of us can give recommendations on moving the country forward but we failed to consider some important factors such as *the cabal we don't know, *national assembly who can frustrate you, *the constitution which is not perfect, and so on. we need not just paper solutions but smart solutions that would outsmart all factors that could hinder the success. #shalom |
CairoCharles:like seriously... |
I guess Nigerians are so quick to react. I've come to understand that you can not please everybody. Remember we want result and not story. We can insult these guys from now to eternity but be rest assured that they have the results to show. If you really wanna be successfull, know your market. Had come to realise that most matured adults are in love with Helen's voice. So you can keep hating while those who enjoy her catch their fun... I'll advice Nigerian youths to reduce criticism if it's not constructive and concentrate more in impacting lives respecting each other styles and ideology... #Shalom... |
It could be very funny and unethical by the twitter handler, I wanna believe that statement was coined from his sermon and you all would agree there are some instances which could have led to that statement. Would love to have the full sermon to understand what he said. Funny enough it could just be on a lighter mood to put some smiles on their faces,it could be an illustration,it could be something else. Have learnt never to draw my conclusion from one instance or a statement...This could be misinterpretation....#Shalom. |
[quote author=MadCow1 post=55134995]Can you remove the names of the company and yourself and post the employment letter here. Just because you can't see something in an agreement does not mean it's not there.[/quote I don't think it's necessary to see the content of the employment letter. Companies have policies documented in form of employees hand book where all the do's and don't are disclosed. All contract agreements can't be disclosed in the letter of appointment. We all know Nigeria, even if your boss is wrong in some areas try to maintain peace with him. Also, please try never to be rude to him and don't claim right....Wisdom is profitable to direct. #Bewise |
If not in all companies,am sure most companies have this policy of notification for resignation. What I'd suggest is this, things can be settled amicably between the both of you I believe only if your boss is just being wicked. Let him know you are sorry for your actions and sincerely apologize to him and clearly stating the reasons for the resignation. This life is about networking and there is every likelihood of needing his help one way or the other in the future. If you leave him in anger, it could come back to hurt you. Talk to him like a father...#Shalom |
It is pertinent to know that Jagaban still remains very influential in the Lagos state government and what makes him more successful than his other collegues is the ability to have continuous government of his people in power which makes the state to enjoy great continouos improvement. The vision is laid and the mission is clear. This is what makes a leader great. Having successors to run with the vision laid already. |
Seriously, we need to wise up we Nigeria youths. Oby just said something that we really need to consider. These our leaders aren't ready to provide a future for us. It's time we change our minds to expect nothing from them but rather, to prepare ourselves to take over from them not being like them but being a true agent of change. How do we go about that? Let's get knowledge and insight from good books, biographies of great people and learn how good government should be and not what we have presently in Nigeria. Some set of people are elected/appointed to earn so much to discuss unnecessary things about themselves...Can't we see... Mahatma Ghandi said, "you can chain me,you can torture me,you can even destroy my body, but you will never imprison my mind." #Shalom |
Graduating with a third class is not the issue, but my problem with Nigeria youth is shading the truth. There is no way we gonna move this country forward if we can't be truthful to ourselves always.. I doubt if the requirements to the office of a senator includes just 1st class or 2.1 or 2.2 graduate... |
cool.. |
funny last point...thanks though. |
