LOL. Let the idiot keep posting nonsense on the internet. When the time comes, he and his ilk would've to choose between losing their lives or relocating to other Yoruba enclaves in Togo or Benin.

Sometimes you've to kill a million to save 40 million and Chairman Mao showed how effective that can be with his legacy in China.

Adeyinka's grandson or whatever his sobriquet reads surely must be deluded.

I have always known the offsprings of the great Yoruba race to show rare, incomparable and matchless erudition. This dude is an aberration to my belief. He reeks of acute gullibility coupled with some portion of lunacy.

Yorubas are for "ONE NIGERIA".

To be fair and truthful..NO REGION nor SECTION of this Country has been treated fairly. But then, the benefits of our continuous conjugation outnumbers that of self-actualization.

Once again....Yorubas are for ONE NIGERIA

Be quiet.

When the time comes for a prosperous Yoruba country to take its place among the committee of functioning nations - you and your fellow dumb Yoruba renegades would've to pack your bags and relocate to either Benin or Togo. There are indigenous Yoruba groups there and I'm sure they would welcome you lot with open arms.

That Fulani boy is a clown and a reta.rded miscreant. I don't know who told him to leave his cows, for the internet. Human beings post on the internet - not cows. Clown arse raghead.

I've also seen some dumb Yoruba people also make everything about Yoruba history some Kiriji war nonsense. The useless war was just about resistance to Ibadan's lordship, after the collapse of Oyo. So, I don't even know what bearing a war that lasted for a few decades has on people who have lived peacefully together for centuries without wars. If Yorubas never got along - Oyo at its apex would've conquered all the other Yoruba states, including Bini Kingdom, without breaking a sweat. It was that powerful. However, the fact that it never really touched any of them, with folks from these states living in Oyo - shows Yorubas have always been one people, regardless of the dialect.

I don't even see any difference between the Kiriji wars and all the civil wars that happened in England among all the Germanic groups, from the 11th to the 17th century, before everyone became united under one crown/government. Today, everyone is Yoruba - that's the most important thing. And whatever type of government that's created, would focus on highlighting equal rights for all the subgroups.

So, that's all you've got, rag headed Fulani cow jockey (I just discovered that you're Northerner from your post history)?

Anyway, don't think I'm one of these Yoruba folks you lot intimidate. Fam, I'll smack you from wherever you're to your ragheaded Fulani emir's palace - take the rag off your emir's head and smack him as well.

Who gave you the audacity to use your leprosy infected fingers to post pseudo-history about Yorubas? Some of you miscreants are getting too brave for my liking. A vacuous and uneducated Fulani acting like an authority on Yoruba history - what insolence.

Who cares? The reasonable, progressive and sane Yorubas - Christians, liberals, traditionalists might be indifferent towards secession but are strong advocate for restructuring and will never say we stand for one Nigeria. who one nigeria epp? Is there anything called one nigeria? Yoruba moslems can die with their slave masters in their one nigeria for all we care.

I've been reading your posts and if you're actually Yoruba and not one of these ipod miscreants posting as Yoruba - you need to tone it down a bit (same goes for Alcataraz or whatever his name is). You can't be attacking all Yoruba Muslims because a few political jobbers and sycophants claim they're Yoruba Muslims or a section of Yorubaland known for being turncoats and religious slaves.

Islam got to Yorubaland during the time of Mansa Musa from Mali empire - before Hausa/Fulani became Muslims and that was 300 years before Christianity got to Yorubaland via the Egbas. So, Islam has always been on the peripheral of Yoruba culture.

I was reading about the origin of Ijebu's Ojude Oba a few weeks ago and it was actually started by a wealthy Ijebu Balogun (Kuku) in the 1800s who was a Muslim. So, I'm sure he wasn't the only Balogun who was a Muslim. That should tell you something.

My post was not for you, it was for the guy that I believed understand
some part of Nigeria's pre-colonial history.

Please provide evidence that the towns and villages under Oyo empire
willingly became a subject and I will remove my previous post.

The existence of an independent Ijebu or Ife state doesn't prove anything,
in fact if you know anything about Yoruba history you should be aware of
the various skirmish and wars those states fought to keep their status.
Some were even vassal states at some point paying tributes to the Alaafin
while maintaining their "independence".

I don't have time for emotional drivels, I deal with solid facts, if you don't have
the latter please do not reply, just go to the nearest motor park and tell the
touts your theories, they will cheer you with no objections.

The fact is that all empires were kept together through force, no group
wants to be subservient to the others even if they share a common history.

You're an airhead and I'll slap the shiit out of you, you unlettered miscreant and a product of artificial insemination.

The post wasn't directed at me, but as a Yoruba guy, it's my right to correct the idiotic revisionism, since as a non-Yoruba, you've no right to be pounding your chest as a vessel of Yoruba history - when you've no clue.

All empires do collapse and after every collapse, there's always chaos due to whatever power vacuum that's left behind. And Oyo's no different. However, does that negate the fact that the people have always seen one another as one, despite living peacefully side by side in independent states? If Oyo never saw the rest as same - wouldn't it had waged wars against them, the same way it did with Dahomey, Nupe, Ashanti, and all the other groups it waged wars against?

Anyway, just shut the fukk up and focus on your group, you lousy oaf. I don't even know who gave you idiots and riff raff the audacity to speak on Yoruba history. Yoruba and Nigeria are two different entities.

This guy needs to tone it down a bit and do everything behind the scene without unnecessary attention. The polity is already very heated and there's no point drawing unnecessary attention to the Yorubas. Let the Igbos keep taking the heat, while the Yorubas continue to strategise in silence. The real bad boys move in silence. Right step but unwise method.

He needs to follow what Awolowo and Yoruba leaders did in the 40s when they created Egba Omo Oduduwa and how they were able to use it as a tool for Yoruba renaissance.

I support a Yoruba country.

You are highly ignorant, I thought you were really knowledgeable.
I blame our schools for not teaching proper history.

Do you know that the british took the Yoruba nation without a war ?
In fact the Alaafin wrote to the british to come and save the Yoruba
nation from destruction because of the unending civil war among various
towns and villages.

Ekitis were never happy with an Oyo hegemony, neither are the Egbas
or Ifes, so when the fulanis sacked Oyo-ile, the various town and villages took
advantage and the civil war of independence started, resulting in the capture
and sales of enemy population as slaves.

Yoruba unity didn't exist before the British, it was at the point of gun that
various villages and towns obeyed Alaafin's command, what we can really call unity
started when Awolowo entered the scene.

I know you are thinking that any natural resources found in any part
of South-west states belongs to all of the states but a rude shock is awaiting
you as there is no reason why Ondo's oil resources should be used to develop
any other state apart from Ondo, neither is Lagos indebted to Osun's worker's
salary.

Shut up and stop with the revisionism. The Yoruba civil war was just a phase in Yoruba history, due to the collapse of Oyo and the power vacuum it created. Coupled with the fact that Ibadan was trying to lord over everyone else. However, prior to that - all Yorubas lived peacefully for thousands of years, apart from a few skirmishes here and there.

If the Yorubas were never united, how come a lot of independent Yoruba states existed, even at the height of Oyo empire? Ijebu kingdom was an independent state. Ketu was an independent state. Sabe was an independent state. Ife was an independent state. Owo was an independent state. I believe the Ijeshas were also independent. And all the people had relations without Oyo waging wars on them.

Some of you just come on the internet to post nonsense. Are you even Yoruba? If you're not, mind your damn business and focus on your group.

Nah this is definitely satire..lol

Why're you calling it satire?

Right now, I'm looking at a PDF file of what Sir Adeyemo Alakija said about the same Igbos in 1941 and what Oluwole Alakija said about them in 1946. What Zik said about Igbo domination and what another Igbo leader of that same era said. And that's same thing said in this article and also the same reason for what happened during the war and what Igbos on this forum say all the time.

Once you analyse everything - you'd see that it's what the average Igbo thinks and they all covet Yorubaland. So, it's not satire, that's their dream and ultimate goal. If no,t why would Khannew be brazen enough to talk about holding a Biafran rally in Lagos after what happened during the Biafran war?

You clowns raised by Tinubu and all the other half-baked Yoruba miscreants and political jobbers on this board are naive. A lot of you are just internet warriors devoid of cerebral adequacy, education, and the heart required to see through and nip whatever they're planning in the bud. Most of you just sit on this shithole of a forum all day posting useless pictures and fighting cyber wars that have no bearing on what's at stake in the real world. That's the reason why I left this shithole for you lot. I'm not cut from the same cloth.

Wake the fukk up or shut the fukk up - it's not satire.

Besides, shortly before the Klitchko vs Joshua fight, you put up a thread on Yoruba young stars excelling in world sports. You may copy the thread here if you feel like it.

There are loads of them. I'll compile a list before the end of the week and post it here. A Yoruba guy who started playing American football late, Larry Ogunjobi, got the highest score in this year's wonderlic test used to test the IQ of NFL prospects. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in this year's NFL draft. And there's another Yoruba kid from Chicago, Ayo Dosumu, who's ranked the best PG in Chicago for his age and one of the best NBA prospects for his year. And if you know the NBA, you'd know that most of its best talents are from California and Chicago - so those two cities are very competitive when it comes to NBA prospects.

Also, if you know the group, "Migos". The guy that shoots all their videos, including, "Bad and Boujee" is a Yoruba guy. He's the doozy from London and I posted his name on one of the other threads.

The 2nd one is the athletic freak of nature, Bam Adebayo, who just got drafted to the NBA by the Miami Heat with the number 14th pick in the first round. Two Yoruba sons were selected in this year's NBA draft - Bam Adebayo and Semi Ojeleye (Celtics). However, Bam Adebayo shocked everyone at the NBA summer league with his versatility, range, skills, and fundamentals...and he's already being labelled as the steal of the draft.

His pairing with Hassan Whiteside should be an interesting one, especially with how super-weak the NBA Eastern Conference is now. But I see another perennial all star alongside his Yoruba brother, Giannis Antetokounmpo, who's already a star in the NBA and being tipped by some NBA analysts to win the NBA MVP next season. Anyway, right now, there are 5 Yoruba sons in the NBA, namely: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Victor Oladipo, Al-Farouq Aminu, Bam Adebayo, and Semi Ojeleye.

BAM ADEBAYO

Bam Bam "Edrice" Adebayo

NBA Draft: Bam Adebayo may the biggest steal in the draft

There are two types of big men in today’s NBA. The first is a stretch big, someone who can pull behemoths away from the hoop with the threat of jumper and attack a lumbering closeout. The second is a rim-running leaper who can be physical on the boards and protect the rim. If you can find a player that can do both of those things, congratulations you have found an NBA unicorn. For the rest of the league, finding players that can fit one of those two roles is pivotal for team building in this constantly evolving spread pick and roll league. Adebayo fits the latter role perfectly. With his frame and leaping ability he can slice down the lane with a pick and roll partner to cram dunks on opponents who dare to challenge him. He showed flashes of this kind of game while at Kentucky, flying through the air for stuffs. His offensive game is very raw, but at just 19 years old there is room to develop more touch and feel in the post. Even if he never becomes a dominant post up player, the league is trending away from that type of big man anyway so he could still be a high impact player without that.

Adebayo’s incredible athletic ability makes it easy to imagine that defensively he could become the anchor of a defense, or even switch out onto smaller players. The concern for him comes from his low defensive rebounding numbers and lack of rim protection during his year at Kentucky. As strong and powerful as he is, Adebayo averaged just 6.5 defensive boards per 40 minutes according to Draft Express and only two blocked shots. The reason this does not scare me off of Bam is because he is such an explosive athlete. Feel for the game and defensive timing come with reps, and typically rookies struggle defensively regardless of position. While awareness and positioning can be taught, this kind of explosion cannot be.

Another one:

Bam Adebayo's Summer League performance making believers look smart

ORLANDO -- Any questions about what Pat Riley dug up with Bam Adebayo as the 14th pick in the Draft were answered quite succinctly on the very first day of the Orlando Summer League.

“He’s a beast,” said Okaro White, the only member of the Heat roster with NBA experience.

Over the ensuing days, Adebayo has roared, if not always shooting the ball with precision, by making his presence felt consistently with energy, confidence and a sense of where he’s going.

Through three games, the 6-foot-10 forward has averaged a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds along with 2.3 blocks per game, all while still feeling his way along. When Adebayo put it all together against the Pacers with a 29-point, 11-board game that was a couple rungs up the ladder. He rolled confidently to the hoop. His shots dropped. He took over down low. He got out in transition and demonstrated ball-handling ability by going the length of the court. He even did a Euro-step.

“Athletically and energetically, he's a beast for a 19-year-old,” said Quinn. “We're going to ask even more from him. Can he get one more rebound? Can he get one more block shot? How many extra efforts can you make that impact winning? That's what we're going to need this coming season.”

Let me start with London's own Jay Ajayi.

Jay Ajayi

After having his break out season in 2016, due to injuries, he's currently ranked 69 among the top 100 current players in the NFL:

http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-top100-2017/0ap3000000809083/Top-100-Players-of-2017-No-69-Jay-Ajayi

He's also ranked 3rd among NFL's rising stars:

Miami Dolphins RB Jay Ajayi ranks third on list of NFL’s rising stars
A day after being ranked 69th on the list of the NFL’s Top 100 players, Ajayi checks in at No. 3 on the NFL Players Association list of 2017 “Future Top-Selling Stars” announced Tuesday.

The NFLPA ranks players by factors including 2016 on-field performances and fantasy league popularity to predict players ready to break out among next season’s top sellers in merchandise sales. All of which means the Dolphins ought to be busy churning out No. 23 jerseys now.

Running backs appear to be a hot item in general, because the top four are Arizona’s David Johnson, Atlanta’s Devonta Freeman, Ajayi and Chicago’s Jordan Howard.
http://dailydolphin.blog.palmbeachpost.com/2017/05/16/miami-dolphins-rb-jay-ajayi-ranks-third-on-list-of-nfls-rising-stars/

And he's ranked as the best RB in the NFL against stacked boxes:

Jay Ajayi leads Top-10 RBs against stacked boxes

One of the Next Gen Stats we have here measures performance against stacked defensive fronts. This gives us a running back's yards per attempt on non-red zone carries when there are eight or more defenders in the box. The metric helps us get a sense of how a running back performed against crowded fronts, whether it be from extra defensive attention or the formations the offenses deploy. As with any stat, but especially this one, context is key and we'll attempt to dilute that context with each player.

Notes: Only running backs with 35 or more carries against eight-plus defenders in the box qualified for these rankings (19 total running backs). We'll also make reference to a few different personnel packages and formations here, so below is a guide if you need a refresher...
11 personnel: one running backs, one tight end
12 personnel: one running back, two tight ends
21 personnel: two running backs, one tight end
22 personnel: two running backs, two tight ends
I-formation: Running backs lined up behind a fullback

1) Jay Ajayi, Miami Dolphins (6.36 yards per carry)
When Adam Gase left Jay Ajayi behind in Miami for a road trip to Seattle back in Week 1 literally no one could have predicted that he would go on to be the fourth-leading rusher in the NFL. The Dolphins were off to a 1-4 start before Ajayi's breakout 204-yard, two touchdown game in Week 6, an outing he outdid the next week by putting 214 rushing yards on the Bills. The aggressive Boise State product gave the Dolphins an identity, one in a physical mold that they never had in the Joe Philbin years.

One of the most powerful running backs in the NFL, Jay Ajayi broke tackles left and right this season while leaving defenders helpless in his wake. Naturally, as the year wore on, teams began to dedicate extra attention to Ajayi by stacking the box, but even that was not enough to slow him down. He managed an NFL-best 6.36 yards per carry against eight-plus man boxes, which he saw on 19.3 percent of his non-red zone carries. He became an expert at making the defense pay for crowding the line of scrimmage by getting loose into the secondary for big plays. Ajayi managed three runs of 20-plus yards when facing stacked boxes.

The Dolphins have to hope the long-term concerns regarding Ajayi's knee that caused him to fall to the fifth-round on draft day hold off a bit longer. They've stumbled onto, without question, one of the 10 best pure runners in the NFL.

I guarantee you within a year this guy, LoLu, go become household name in shoe market. Ooni, Dino Melaye, Amaechi, Ambode and Emir of Kano....these guys love shoes and are always flaunting their footwear in public.
There is no better time than now that patriotism and secession are both trending in Nigeria.

But politicians and elites don't define fashion trends, tho.

I think celebrities are responsible for that since they've star power and big fan bases with folks who look up to them for a lot of things.

Yes, the quality is top notch and I copped two loafers from him for my sis' wedding.

I think he needs to seek funding and start producing those shoes at a larger scale. And probably get superstar artists like Wizkid, Davido, and Dbanj with star power - to help him with branding.

Anyway, you lot are doing a marvelous job. The thread is massive and it'll take hours to go through everything. But it's very impressive.

I just checked my other handle and it seems they banned it cos I called out the disgraceful Yoruba sycophantic pseuds with whiskers like rats, on the thread “MayorofLagos” created…no biggie cos I’m used to it. I kind of limited how I frequent this board, after I took a long break last year because the standard of posting is in the gutter and, whenever I post, once in a while, these fleshing eating cannibalistic Ipod miscreants are always following me everywhere – with their illiterate-speak and bile/vitriol. And right now, I’m not in a place for negativity. Else, I would’ve taken it back to circa 2013/2014, by spamming pictures of their butt nak3d primitive forebears and their beloved chimp cousins everywhere. So, I just took my “talent” elsewhere to discuss the things I care about (tech, sports, hip hop, military, and international politics).

I read the thread from the beginning to the end and the cerebral contributions are insightful. I also applaud the civility. Civility in a space like this one, where there’s so much hate, is one aspect of Yoruba consciousness I need to imbibe. Then again, I’m a rah rah guy who was raised in the belly of the beast around savages – product of my environment. Regardless, it’s good to see a lot of Yorubas supporting the idea of a Yoruba country. That’s something I’ve been consistent about since about 3-6 months after joining this board and getting an inkling of Nigerian politics – ditto how the country is structured. There’s no successful country in the world that’s structured the way Nigeria is, with three-headed monsters that have divergent interests. And as the population of the country continues to grow at an alarming rate (Nigeria’s population should surpass the US’ by 2050 and the GDP of the US is about x40 that of Nigeria), despite being one of the poorest countries in the world based on GDP per capita – it’s only a matter of time before it implodes. Evidently, the balkanisation is inevitable and it’s matter of when.

Also, I’ll like to add to what those who cited STEM said. STEM is just a new acronym by the US for Science and Technology (Engineering and Maths traditionally fall under Science and Tech). In the UK: we still use Science and Technology. That said: in as much as STEM is highly important, history is also a very important discipline that a lot of black people tend to gloss over and ignore. The same emphasis placed on STEM should be placed on history, if the proposed Yoruba country wants to attain/maximise its full potentials.

Anyway, I know the North vs. Igbos is the main topic right now. However, everyone needs to vigilant about the other thing that’s brewing cos the North is going to turn on Yorubas in the next few months. BooHarry is as good as dead and the next election is in the 2019. And by virtue of position – Osinbajo would’ve to rule for the remainder of the tenure, which is basically what happened during the last administration. A wise man once said, “once bitten, twice shy”: when you put that in context of the power hungry Northern oligarch who’re the owners of Nigeria, Yorubas need to be prepared for all eventualities, once the gloves.

Thanks for the invite, bruddah. In as much as this is my last post on the thread, I’ll bookmark the thread (I don’t like bookmarking anything on this toxic board) and read the contributions whenever I can. I hope the crazy mods won’t take over the thread like they did with the “Yoruba commonwealth” one.

I’m out.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Obama Tapped My Phone During Campaign – Trump by Shym3xx: 2:30am On Mar 05, 2017
AZeD1:

1) it's hard to compare Obama's term with Trump because the conditions are different. Obama inherited an almost dead economy with two wars, Trump inherits a wonderful economy with the US not actively in any war.
2) That part of employing Americans with protectionism is gone. Technology has made that almost impossible. Obama spoke with Steve Jobs about making the iPhones in the US and Steve Jobs told Obama those jobs are gone forever. A mid level software engineer in the US would earn an average of say 50k per year, with that money you can hire 3 Nigerians engineers. Also if your jobs require protectionism, you will be replaced by a robot pretty soon.
3) Obama deported more people than any US president but did you hear folks make noise, Obama understand diplomacy Trump doesn't and that would be his biggest problem. As CEO, he could hire and fire at will, as President, you need to be big on diplomacy.

Trump needs to understand that America is not a business..... The government is supposed to protect the weakest ........

- The government Trump inherited might even be worse than the one Obama inherited. The US is still actively involved in wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Then you've Syria, Yemen, and the new tensions brewing in the pacific in China. And US' debt to GDP ratio is at the worst it has ever been in a very long time. I think the only difference is that there was hysteria back then due to anxiety. However, now, the people are used to it. But that doesn't negate anything.

- Don't focus on IT which is skilled sector cos only a few people per population are in the field. Focus on the semi-skilled and unskilled sectors - especially the manufacturing and production. Majority of working aged yanks don't have college degrees (I think over 60% of them) and a lot of them need jobs. That's where middle America comes in.

- I don't think that has to do with diplomacy. It's just a case of two individuals with different approaches. Obama was cunning and he operated in a cunning way, hence he was able to win and his whole campaign was about selling dream/hope. While Trump won cos he's hawkish/raw and he has continued to act that way cos that's what got him there and endeared him to the demographics that voted for him.

Well, the weakest in America are the poor people in middle America whose jobs have been shipped out of the country, for crack cocaine, heroin, pills, guns, and violence - with cities in ruins (e.g. Detroit). And the black folks who have been disenfranchised from the slavery days, to successive inhumane oppression, injustices, racism, and white supremacy. Those are the weakest and the folks that need to be protected - not Muslims, Hispanics, and other lousy groups. It's always about interests and the guy has been decent thus far.

Video of Trumping claiming the American GDP was 0....Good thing is you can't call this fake news. I'm sorry but anybody who can boldly state the GDP of a country is 0 has no credibility.

Mr Trump also claimed he won the election by the biggest margin which was proved false on live TV.... So while Trump might not have committed any crime, every smart individual knows that its wise to double check anything that comes out of the mouth of Trump. How can you be credible when i can't take you for your words?

I think once you're able to look beyond the hysteria, how animated Trump gets that makes him look like a clown, how raw he's with everything he says, the demographic that support him, and how xenophobic some of the EOs he signed might be - I don't think he has been as bad as publicised by the mainstream media.

Politics is about interests and it seems a lot of black people tend to focus too much on intersectionality, trying to be the face of all struggles - rather than focusing on issues that the deal with black people. One thing TrumpF has shown thus far is that: he's willing to listen and have conversation with black people, regardless of how hawkish his approach might be. And that was something Obama never did and Hillary Clinton would've never done. Pre-Trump, you had a political dynamic in the US that focused mainly on immigration (Hispanics/Latinos), LGBTQ groups, and women - with blacks who're the original minorities and the most maligned group placed at bottom, when it comes to those whose plights need to be at the front-burner. The liberals made immigration and Hispanics the most important group, while making LGBTQ group the most maligned one. And that should never be the case.

Also, when it comes to foreign policy - he has also been pretty decent, regardless of what anyone says. The first few months of Obama's administration saw a lot of UAV bombings in the different countries. However, Trump hasn't really attacked any country, apart from posturing on what he'll and won't do. That should also be lauded.

He's also trying to create avenues for a lot of US companies to start employing Americans, rather than looking for free cheap labour in other countries.

Evidently, overall, the man hasn't been bad. A lot of folks just tend to follow the popular narrative of liberals who control most news outlets.

Lol, TrumpF the twitter president, my nyggah. grin

Loathe or love him, he'll go down as the man who brought presidency closer to the people via social media.

He hasn't even been as bad as I thought he would be and like I said before the US election, he would be a blessing in disguise for African Americans.

And he's already showing that with his willingness to at least have conversations with them and invite different AA groups/leaders to the white house. The meeting he had with the HBCU heads last week looks like a good omen, if he can pull it off and give them some financial assistance.

Omarosa is also doing a decent job. And when it's all said and done - he might end up doing more for African Americans than Obama.

I don't think BooHarry will survive the rest of this year. Not that I wish death on anyone but the only thing keeping him alive is the money naij has. The man has prostrate cancer and it isn't just the ordinary one, it's the vicious one. Coupled with his age. So, he's out of the equation. Ditto Tinubu. Tinubu also has a terminal disease and I doubt he would be strong enough for 2019.

Anyway, which one of the rest has a lingering terminal disease? - that would most likely be naij's next president after Osinbajo since Nigeria likes dead presidents. grin

Celebrities / Re: Mock Me And Face The Wrath Of The Streets, Olamide Threatens Artistes by Shym3xx: 4:15pm On Feb 25, 2017
Lol, what "street" is this nyggah alluding to cos I just came back from naij on a connect/business trip and those "street" nyggahs out there who look like they're starving won't scare anyone. I'll mock this nyggah, knock his arse out, and walk away like nothing happened with no scrath on my body. grin

It's 2017, when you're getting money -- it's time to leave the streets alone. That's what global gangsters are doing. Only a naija nyggah would be chasing street fame and faux toughness, after getting fame, money, and notoriety. I swear down, these nyggahs hustle backwards. What are you? The Nigerian 2pac or something? If 2pac were to have a 2nd go at live - he wouldn't bumrushed Orlando Brown and he would've stuck with his Oakland's MOB (Money Over Bitches), rather than being loyal to fault and banging blood with Suge's MOB Piru set from Compton. We all know how that ended and how the streets took the life of the greatest rapper ever and the greatest rhymer ever.

The street is for people struggling and trying to make it by any means necessary. Once you've been elevated above that stage - you need to leave the streets alone and focus on the money. There's money floating around everywhere in naij and I saw some things that made me say, "I need to come get this chicken out here". And with the internet age -- it's all about getting money and not trying to be a tough guy.

He needs to emulate Wizkid and his star power. Wizkid is a legend everywhere right now and if he can drop two global hits, he might end up on Fela Kuti's level as the greatest to come out of naij. In the UK -- all the urban artists love him to death. Swiss Beats did a big mad party in London recently and he was shouting out Wizkid. And whenever I'm on a lot of US celebrities' live videos -- a lot of them always big up Wizkid. That's what this clown needs to be chasing, rather than being a clown and faux tough guy, with starving people as street nyggahs. Fvck out here, when the semi rings -- you and your goons would do a Usain Bolt. grin
