Finally a Nigerian has beaten Klitschko after he disgraced our own Calabar Samuel Peters. But wait oo... What's with two English names for our boxers? |
Responsibility without accountability is the worst form of governance. When you don't put checks in place while filling leaking kegs with water, you end up wasting your time and also the time of others waiting on the queue to fetch water. The worst thing to have ever happened to us as Nigerians is bad leadership. The good men are too scared enter into the murky waters of politics where killing or maiming an opponent is the order of the day. While we watch and examine how these wicked people rape our resources dry, I keep looking for the day a true hero will stand up to these leeches in human bodies. |
While everyone is busy shouting "Ali is a boy who must wear his uniform" and "Ali must go" should not hurriedly forget who put him there. Both of them are lawless and wayward. Nobody can ever be bigger than the organisation he heads. This is because the organisation works with system which outlasts individuals. If the wayward person who appointed him does not see reason why Ali must wear uniform, I think Ali should just go and honourably resign. |
Siga:The idea is that "since they are still claiming that there was an abduction", then the APC guys did it. Otherwise, there was nothing like abduction/kidnapping. |
The United States President, Donald Trump has signed an executive order to allow all Nigerians nationals travel to the United States without visas. The new order, serving as a change in visa policy for Nigerians traveling to the United States, would permit them stay in the U.S for a maximum period of 180 days for Tourism or Business purposes only. Stay over 180 days would therefore require a visa. Trump says this measure is to strengthen trade between the United States and Nigerians. However, Nigerians who hold dual nationality will be banned from entering the United States if their other passport is from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen — the seven Muslim-majority countries “of concern”. It has emerged that trade and bilateral visa deals have been discussed by Trump and Nigerians Diplomats in the States. A source at the White House has hinted that Trump may revoke Australia’s opportunity of traveling to the United States without visas after cancelling all trade deals with the country. Allowing Nigerians to the United States freely is not the only order signed into force by Trump since assuming office. He has signed five new executive orders – including one to expedite environmental review and approval of high-priority infrastructure projects. Buhari has always failed in leadership. |
The cabal is always bigger than the president. His decision is always scrutinised by the cabal before its taken into action. What most people don't know about the president is that, despite his stance as a no-nonsense ex-military officer, there are certain people he fears e.g Mamman Daura. The latter's decisions often overrides the former's and often times is not in the best interest of the country. In my opinion, I'm sure Buhari wants to resign and continue to take care of his health since he has failed woefully as a president judging by his 20-month rule. But the cabal and close family friends who do not have the best of Nigeria at heart will not allow him. I suspect they must have torn his resignation letter a dozen times. May the Will of God prevail because God's ways are never our ways! |
That woman is a professional thief in light-skin. This is really not her first time. You can see the fake smiles. The movement around the shop looking for anything to steal, even an ATM card. She carried herself so well that even the sales attendant was relaxed to the extent of not monitoring her every move. As soon as she got out of the shop, she mixed herself in the crowd to show you how professional she truly is in stealing. She is someone's daughter, sister, probably wife and mother. When she is caught and dealt with the jungle justice style, so many people will feel pity for her. Her family will be stigmatised for a very long time to have their mother die in such a way. Kudos to the shop owner for installing CCTV cameras. Don't worry about the temporary loss. She will definitely be caught very soon and made to repay all she has stolen. I am joining in the search already. |
We shall go and watch it yesterday ![]() |
What's the moral story of this Big Brother Nigeria? |
And the pastor's name should be Magu. Lucky Igbinedion, Lucky Imasuen, Prof. Osunbor, Mike Oghiadome, Adams Oshiomhole and the other "thieves" should beware of this Church because they are coming after them! ![]() Modified: And their Grandpa Anthony Anenih a.k.a Mr. Fix! |
Total knock Out (TKO) for everyone who still think Buhari defeated Jonathan in the last presidential elections. Only the strong/winner truly let go - the weak/loser will always complain even when they have everything around them. Buhari's government is full of complains, intimidation, threats and so much underground corruption. |
How many likes to put to shame those who are already ashamed? |
Robbers enter a house, asks for all the money and valuables. After they collect what they can, they give the man of the house a gun with instructions to shoot his wife or else he be shot himself. The man gets the gun, points it at his wife and hesitates. He is thinking of what he has gone through in life with his wife and how she has suffered and sacrificed for him. He hands back the gun and says, “I am sorry I can’t do this… “The boss of the robbers silently grabs the gun from him and passes it on to the wife with the same instruction. The wife gets the gun and without any single hesitation points to her husband’s head and pulls the trigger. But at last, the gun had no bullets in it. The robbers get their gun and walk out of the house laughing. QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION 1. If you were the man in that house how would you react towards your wife? 2. If you were the wife, what explanation can you give to your husband! 3. If you were invited to bring peace between this couples, what advice would you give?

In what will come across as a really shocking development, 'Jesus Christ' has been found inside a tree by shocked residents. Many Argentines have been left rubbing their eyes in disbelief after discovering an image of Jesus in a tree trunk. According to The Sun UK, residents of General Las Hera say they have been visited by a “holy power” after the astonishing likeness was discovered in the town near Buenos Aires this week. One resident, named Pablo Jose Fredes, took pictures of the find. He said: “This is a strong image, you can see Jesus Christ in the tree and when you are standing in front of the tree you can feel something inside yourself.” Another local, named Ajv Velo, photographed the rare image and said: “So many people of faith have arrived in the area in order to see his face and to pray in front of the tree and offer themselves to God in front of it.” The images were posted online and quickly went viral. And that has seen busloads of pilgrims flock to the town to pay their respects and pray in the hope of receiving a holy blessing. Residents say the tree is in an area of the city centre than is rarely used. Scientists recently recreated what Jesus would have looked like using cutting-edge technology. While a miracle was reported in Mexico when a statue of Mary began to cry. Jesus Christ is coming soon! Credit: |
Cletus77:Just keep calm and watch events unfold. The future is for the younger ones including you. |
Sorry, I don't mean to be sarcastic or rude here. Nigeria needs to be sanitized by "clean" people not repentant/former looters. WatchinginHD:My apologies if I sounded rude, but someone must say the truth. |
Atiku2019:Do you want to marry someone who will give you heart attack? I bet she will treat you the way she handled the "missing" Chibok girls saga. Be warned! |
What about illegal recruitment/employment by corporate and government establishments? If I help in uncovering such heinous acts, what will be my "5%" reward? 5% of the total slot? Whether we like it or not, there are still ghostworkers in the system. |
Before the Op starts deceiving people, don't forget: 11. Bag of rice shoots to N25k from N9k 12. Fuel is now N145/litre from N87/litre 13. More people committed suicide in 2016 than the last 16 years put together due to government inhumane policies 14. A litre of kerosene is now N150 15. A 12.5kg cylinder of gas now sells for N4,500 16. A basket of tomato has increased to N9k 17. A mudu of garri is now N280 from N120 18. Civil servants' salary remains unreviewed 19. Retrenched/sacked workers doubled the figures of 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 put together. 20. Electricity bill increased by 150% in 2016. And the list goes on. |
TRAITS OF A THIEF [quote author=Greatfuture post=52254784]Anxiety grips 33 governors over N552.74bn refund 1. Some of the 33 governors whose states benefitted from the recent refund of N553 billion excess deductions are desperate to keep details of the financial transactions from the public. 2. They do not want their civil servants in particular to have the details so that the workers will not be able to blackmail them as they did in respect of the bailouts. 3. In directing Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun to release the money to the states, Buhari said workers’ welfare, particularly salaries and pensions, must be prioritized. 4. Some states were accused of diverting the N300billion bailout first given to them last year and abusing the loan restructure worked out for them by the Debt Management Office (DMO). 5. Many states are still owning their workers for several months and there are fears that some of the governors are less interested in using the refunds to meet their financial obligations to the workers. 6. It was also learnt that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) are also going to keep tabs on the utilization of the bailout funds by governors. 7. The Nation gathered that the governors prevailed on Adeosun not to make details of what they got public to avoid fresh confrontation with workers. 8. Security reports have however indicated that some of the governors have refused to disclose the amount actually given to their states. 9. Findings confirmed that some of the governors have devoted only 10 to 25 per cent of the bailout to payment of backlog of salaries. 10. “Some state governors have openly come out to declare that only a fraction of the bailout funds will be used for salaries and pensions. There is a state which purportedly received about N5billion, but it only earmarked N1.5billion, leaving outstanding wages unaddressed. 11. A finance ministry official said: “The governors reached an agreement with the Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun, not to release the breakdown in order not to cause tension in the affected states. They said they might incur the wrath of workers if there is full disclosure. 12. “At the governors’ forum, all members were directed to keep the figures under wraps because of the likely consequences in each state. This is why some governors have under-declared what they were allocated.” 13. One of the desk officers said: “There are even threats to deal with whoever releases the breakdown.”] So Baba's threat does not scare these thieves? |
The rate of bad news these days is so discouraging. The saddest part is that most of them can be easily avoided if virtues like patience and tolerance are applied. |

Idio.t set of government officials. They openly select where/when/how justice should be done. Seriously, how these people manage to sleep at night baffles me with blood and evil intentions on their hands always. |
Just watch it. Buhari will not agree to this. The first question will be, "where is Nigeria going to get all that money from?" This means 32.143% increase in personnel expenditure apart from overhead. Pa Bubu will never agree to that. He would rather scream from his numerous trips abroad that Nigerians are corrupt, feed fat on estacode on irrelevant foreign trips, pump more money to our "thiefnators" and "legislathieves", shield those fronting his motives and insult his wife. Anyway, if he doesn't agree to it by dialogue, he will pave way by force for the good of Nigeria's civil service population of over 3 million. |
Buhari has used the salaries of health workers to prepare for his daughter's wedding. If this is true, may that marriage never work. If it is not true, may their marriage flourish and blossom. Meanwhile, someone should help me remind Buhari about Nnamdi Kanu's outburst in court today that he is a m*d man. 1. Has Buhari not collected his salaries and allowances for October and November, and neglecting others? 2. How does he expect people to feed their families in this harsh economy without salaries? People depending only on salaries in this Buhari regime are suffering, really! |
And I wonder how blinded people are to continue standing under the hot scorching sun to "sincerely" vote for APC, no matter who the candidate is. What has just happened in Rivers State under the police is shameful and must be condemned by all. Anyone who supports this barbaric act will be met by same to know how it feels. Buhari has failed Nigeria. INEC has failed us all. The Nigeria Police has never lived up to expectations. The Holy Bible warned us that "... when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice..."

By the time General Cassandra is done with Nigeria, the only thing left will be change (maybe in kobo). This man and his family are feeding fat on the induced and self-inflicted recession bedevilling our economy. Those planning their wedding are finding it difficult to cope while Buhari's daughter will be having a lavish wedding ceremony. May God disgrace those who are planning to perpetually keep us under siege. AMEN! |
This man will never learn his lesson. Lies/deceit can take you to the top, but they cannot sustain you at the top. Paying your Fulani terrorists brothers in Southern Kaduna is another type of sponsorship which you forgot to include. We all know the real sponsors of Boko Haram, but the fear of victimisation won't let some people spill the beans. El Rufai should stop saying nonsense! |
