I’m not trading actively but if there’s a way to convert naira to rubles and then rubles to naira with good profit margin is a good money making avenue, unfortunately so far no means

To be honest I can’t tell if it will rise further but as long as the sanction is on, the rubles will continue to fall, last year I started buying rubles at 64/$, as at this morning it is 102

My bro....profit is profit...that is why i said it is subjective...what is profit to me may not be to you or a whale for that matter. Even if it is 5$ increase from 100, making it $105, it is still profit...but when you get $95, it is loss right?

I understand your point but if I'm waiting for a substantial amount to gain before I sell, I may never be able to gather much. For 2 days now, the little scraps I gathered is around $30 gain...small, yes, but if I can repeat that feat every 2 days in a week, that's $30 x 6 = $180 (N135k)...135k every week for 3 weeks is 405k. I deliberately removed the 4th week. Know that these are just postulations...and don't tell me someone in this present day Nigeria with 405k won't do much despite our currency devaluation.

I just want you to see the big picture...people don't celebrate little wins and that little drops make an ocean. If we all on this thread are waiting for a big profit before we call it profit, then we will all wait for God knows when till the market clears us all out.

Your idea of trading coincide with mine, before I used to look at the money gain in trading, wrong. Now I look at the percentage gain. If I can make 2% profit on 100$ consistently then believe me it is just a matter of time before I become a multi millionaire.

I went on excursion to a paramilitary camp in Yakutsk, Russia, (coldest city in the world) to make some video documentaries about some vintage Russian tanks they have there. (I am still editing those documentaries)

However, at the end of my shooting (the main video) I decided to do something crazy. Walk up to Russian military (A general and a field soldier). I asked the Russian General to say hello to Nigeria and he gladly did it even with a salute!


I asked the soldier boy to say hello to my favourite Nairalander ( falseprophet1 ). (His funny false prophecies always make my day! One of the reasons why Nairaland is still so much fun for me ) He understands English to some extent, so he bursted out laughing realizing that someone's name is 'falseprophet'

No job in Russia Federation, if you wanna Japa rather go to Western Europe or places like US UK AUSTRALIA CANADA. Those are the places where I think one can easily integrate into society, as for Russia I traveled far and wide searching for jobs the only available job in Russia are labourer in construction site, giving out flier to passerby, supermarket job that's all which you may not even get at all. Then we were like 10 but unfortunately none make a headway.
