THE BEST METHOD OF RECEIVING HEALING

After I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, I still did not understand the Spirit of God. All I knew was that I was filled with the Holy Spirit. After I received "the left foot of fellowship" from among the Baptists, I aligned myself with one of the Full Gospel groups, and accepted the pastorate of a small church in North Texas. That is where I met and married my lovely wife. She was a Methodist, and she had not been baptized in the Holy Spirit, but she believed in it.

The fourth night after we were married, as we were having family prayer together in her good old Methodist home, the Lord through the Spirit said to me, "LAY YOUR HANDS ON YOUR WIFE AND I'LL FILL HER WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT." This was 1938, and I was new in these things. I had received the Holy Spirit in 1937. I had never seen anybody lay hands on someone to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit. They didn't do it that way in the circles I operated in, and I didn't know if that was right or not.

I thought, Maybe if I ignore it, it will go away. But it did not go away. Again He said, "LAY YOUR HANDS ON YOUR WIFE AND I'LL FILL HER WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT." I recognized it was the Lord Jesus speaking to my spirit through the Holy Spirit, but I didn't want to do anything wrong. Then at midnight (I looked at my watch) on the 28th day of November 1938, that same voice repeated, "LAY YOUR HANDS ON YOUR WIFE AND I'LL FILL HER WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT."

I opened my eyes and looked around half scared. I said to myself, Well, it wouldn't hurt to try it! I laid my left hand on my wife's head and instantly she lifted both hands and started talking in tongues. She talked an hour and a half in other tongues and sang three songs in tongues. We had Pentecost in that good old Methodist home! Then, the same voice told me what to do and what to tell my mother-in-law for her healing. She was going into the hospital the next day to be operated on for a double goiter. She didn't have any faith for healing; you don't have your suitcase packed ready to go to the hospital if you're expecting to be healed. The voice told me, "I HAVE GIVEN YOU GIFTS OF HEALINGS AND HAVE SENT YOU TO MINISTER TO THE SICK."

When I did what the Spirit of God had told me, instantly the part of the goiter that you could see went down like someone had stuck a pin in a balloon. She was not healed because she believed God. If you had questioned her afterwards, she would have said, "No, no. I know it wasn't my faith. I couldn't have had faith for a thing like that."

Do you know why she was healed? Because the Spirit of God told me what to do. The manifestation of the gifts of healings does not work as I will, however; it works as the Spirit wills. I have pushed every button, pulled every lever, said everything that I've said before in the same places—and nothing has happened. Then I've gone along with nothing happening and I've said, "It's never going to happen again." And it will start working. You see, the manifestation of the Spirit is as the Spirit wills. Thank God for these manifestations. I believe in them. But that is only one way to obtain healing. The best method of all is simply to know First Peter 2:24,"by whose stripes ye were healed."(Not going to be—were healed.) – Kennth E. Hagin

(The Fall Of Lucifer – part 2)

On the CROSS, that dying rubber asked our Ever Blessed Jesus to remember him when He gets to paradise. Please note that he admitted that he was a sinner & deserved his punishment unlike his colleague who felt d judgment meted on him was unfair. Jesus replied him, ‘I say to U today, U will be with Me in PARADISE. You will be shocked at the Billions U’ll see in heaven. The reason is, many received The Redeemer at their dying hour. Any time someone’s dying, d FORGIVER ALWAYS STAND BEFORE THEM WITH OUTSTRETCHED ARM BEGGING THEM TO ACCEPT HIS MERCY AT EVEN THEIR DYING MOMENT – WHAT MANNER OF LOVE IS THIS? Remember He said, ‘U shall be saved, U & your HOUSEHOLD’ He didn’t lie. When you a Christian prays for your unsaved relatives even only once, that prayer hovers around them throughout their lifetime on their earth-walk. They can’t escape hearing the voice of the Spirit calling on them to accept Jesus. U don’t know how many did that before they actually died. This is also one of d reasons I believe that Whitney Houston’s in heaven & shockingly….Michael Jackson too.

Where is this PARADISE? That was the 1st Paradise. It was originally called Abraham’s bosom. It was situated 17 miles from Hell itself which is in the centre of this planet Earth. There was a GREAT GULF separating both regions. It was a beautiful place with houses, mountains, rivers etc. This was the best place The Almighty could prepare for them since they weren’t Reborn, Recreated, Born Again, washed by d Messiah’s Blood or since they didn’t have Eternal Life yet – except a man gets reborn, he can’t see…according to our Hero Jesus.

On that CROSS, Messiah Jesus told John to behold his momma. That is significant. He couldn’t die as The Son of Mary, disconnecting Himself. On that CROSS, He became the SUBSTANCE CALLED SIN. He took upon Himself your sins & mine & was sentenced by The Monarch of The Universe resulting in dying (NOT DEATH). This Jesus, The Great God of Glory took that rubber to Paradise & He Himself descended into Hell (Jonah’s life prophesied this). Follow me, let’s open d curtain to see what transpired.

In Hell, Satan had to call all his high ranking demons to witness this supposed show – remember, he’s a proud figure who never learns (because he corrupted his wisdom) – it took quite some hours for all d high ranking demons to assemble around This Jesus in Hell. E. W. Kenyon said he, ‘believed this was one time NO demon was present on Earth’, because they all wanna see their supposed prisoner. Meanwhile in Heaven, The Father of Justice was calculating d TIME. They all gathered Him with Satan’s high ranking officials at the frontline trying to make Him bow to Lucifer as Weymouth’s translation pictured it. But, glory to d Most High forever! Jesus released LIGHTNING JOLTS OF FIRE POWER OF LOVE FROM WITHIN HIMSELF. He stretched His hand towards them turning around as they circled Him.

From the hand of Jesus came LIGHTNING FIRE & MARED those high ranking officials SPOILING THEM. That is the reason all high ranking demons has burnt appearance. He then move to the BIGGIE, disarmed him. He took from him all d diamond, gold, silver, sapphire, topaz, chalcedony, emerald, carbuncle, etc from him. MAIN EVENT: He took from him the KEYS TO THE GATES OF HELL. U C, before Jesus resurrection, the former saints were all their lifetime subject to bondage because of d fear of DEATH. Since Jesus resurrection, the fear of DEATH has been DELEATED. Instantly, 2 bango-like chain appeared in Satan’s wrists. U know Y? that’s where Angel Michael will hook his chains & drag him to d bottomless pit.

To die is gain. Paul said, for a Child of Jesus to die is far better than staying here. Never be afraid of death, I’m speaking to someone. Satan still try to terrorize some with death – he can’t. Jesus brought LIFE & IMORTALITY through d GOSPEL. Now, paradise is no longer in hell. He’s moved it to the 3rd heaven. Love casts out all fear. When Believers of Jesus die, they don’t experience DEATH. Be perfected in LOVE & satan will have nothing in you. Be bold! Satan is like an ANT in comparison to U in-Christ. Don’t give any place to the devil. Cast him out whenever he shows up. Resist d devil – don’t assist him as some do. We’ve been given AUTHORITY by Jesus – use it! All sicknesses are caused by satan, rebuke that devil & he’ll flee & d sickness will be gone. Brothers & sisters, lets take our place. We are in the END TIMES which started last year’s 2012. THE FALL OF LUCIFER (Part One)

Before the beginning of the recreation of the earth in Genesis chapter one Jesus made a perfectly beautiful being. Jesus made him with gold, diamond, silver, sapphire, emerald, topaz, chalcedony etc – boy, he was a description of beauty. He was exalted to a high position. He been an arch angel had angels that leads worship under him just like arch angel Michael was in charge of the warring angels. We have Barracks on earth because they do in heaven. According to Hebrew, this world is a shadow of heaven. Most of the things you see on earth, you’ll get the original in its purest form in heaven. Angel Gabriel too has angels under him.

Lucifer was privileged to be able to enter into The Great God Jehovah to walk amongst the stones of fire as he led worship. Inside the The Ever Blessed One is not like ours with intestines, liver, esophagus etc. when you step inside Him, you steps into ETERNITY – its amazing! Absolute wonder. Wonder of wonders. When we praise Him through the Love-Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit our worship like smoke ascend right into those GERM STONES causing it to lit up, bringing bright light which pushes or shoots rainbows from within Him. When this happens, RIVER OF LIFE like a mighty current of tidal waves flow from within this Great-Love-God throughout His house (called heaven – in My Father’s house according to Jesus).

Mr. Lucifer began to take pride in himself (U know d story). For eon’s of time (earthly years less years) Lucifer talked to all the angels in heaven one –by- one. He was only able to deceive those directly under him. Angel Michael probably laughed him to scorn. It’s important to note that The Blessed One said nothing while this was ongoing (as He does today). Another important point to note is that Lucifer was still able to enter into the Almighty God to lead worship inspite of the pride in him. Really this was confusing. It made some angels joined him. I always tell people, ‘That a man of God is heavily anointed does not make all his teachings / actions right’ that’s Jesus gave us the Bible. One who is gifted of God to heal the sick will still be able to do so while working INIQUITY. Jesus said He’ll call those ones workers of iniquity on that day. No matter your gifts, have enough FRUITS to show. On the other hand, it was a good opportunity for all the angels to be TESTED. Their love for their Creator God was challenged. Sad to say, one-third fell due to fickle love.

Then came the gala day. Lucifer went as usual only to discover that the entrance was shut. Then he knew he was in SOUP. To cut a long story short, he was kicked out of the 3rd Heaven by arch angel Michael (& his soldiers) with a special instrument called the LIGHTNING POWER OF GOD. Jesus beheld it. The same instrument that Christ gave to John G. Lake. I love where Isaiah said we will narrowly look at him & say, ‘is this the one who shook d earth & made it a wilderness?’. People thought he’s so big, rather he’s so small like a cockroach. Jesus rendered him powerless. There’s nothing in him to be scared. If you are not IN-CHRIST, then you may suffer his wrath unless you receive Jesus. Don’t be deceived by that devil. Never join him to hell. God has put a time bomb in him according to Ezekiel. God has prepared eternal lake of fire & bottomless pit for him. His destiny is continual falling. He fell to fall continually. His CUP OF EVIL will soon be full. Each wickedness he does is adding up to make our Father unleash the HIGHEST WRATH on him – poor devil!!! He knows he has but a short time. I cant wait for that day when Jesus will sentence him. Sad to say, many still love sin. By loving sin you have chose your destiny. You have sided with the devil. You have preferred him to Jesus. HATE SIN! HATE THE DEVIL!!

Christianity & Science caused some controversy. Watch out for more. We need to come out of RELIGION. I’m in love with Jesus. Jesus is my Love, God-Almighty & Creator – it doesn’t matter who this hurts – I just feel so sorry for that person & I love him/her. (SIDESPIN Jesus Wordz on Facebook)

WHEN THAT BURDEN COMES ON YOU TO PRAY, PRAY! SOMEONE’S DEAR LIFE MAY BE ON THE LINE.

In 1956 when my wife and I were in California, I was awakened suddenly in the night. It was as if someone laid his hand on me. I sat bolt upright in bed, my heart beating rapidly. "Lord," I cried, "what is the matter? I know something is wrong somewhere. Holy Spirit in me, you know everything. You are everywhere as well as within me. Whatever this is, You give me utterance." I prayed in tongues for an hour and then began to laugh and sing in tongues. (When praying this way, always continue praying until you have a note of praise. Then you will know that whatever it is you are praying about is settled.)

I knew what I had been praying for had come to pass. I had the answer, so I went back to sleep. I dreamed that I saw my youngest brother become extremely ill in Louisiana. I saw an ambulance with lights flashing take him to the hospital. In the dream, I stood in the corridor outside his hospital room door. The door was shut. Then the doctor came out that door, pulled it shut behind him, shook my hand and said, "He is dead." "No, doctor, he is not dead," I replied. "What do you mean, he is not dead?" said the doctor "The Lord told me he would live and not die." I replied. At that the doctor became angry and said, "Come with me and I will show you that he is dead. I have pronounced too many people dead not to know when someone is dead." He took me by the arm and led me into my brother's room. He walked over to the bed and jerked the sheet back. When he did, my brother's eyes opened. The doctor saw that he was breathing. He began to stutter, "You knew something I didn't know. He is alive, isn't he?"

In the dream I saw my brother rise up from the bed, well. That was what I had been praying about. Three months later we came home to Texas. My brother came by to see me and said, "I nearly died while you were gone." I told him that I knew he'd had an attack during the night while staying in a motel in Louisiana, and had been rushed to the hospital. He thought someone had told me about it, but they had not. I told him about my burden of prayer followed by the dream. "That's exactly how it happened! They told me that for about 40 minutes at the hospital the doctor thought I was gone." (K. E. Hagin.)

CHRISTIANITY & SCIENCE (Part One)

MUSIC:
Is a VERY POWERFUL FORCE on this earth. When you play or sing songs, you are actually releasing something (substance into the atmosphere). Music can actually be seen with some special instrument – obviously not with this our earthly optical sense of sight called ‘eye’. Music can easily go straight to your spirit bypassing your soul & doubt. There are certain songs that God likes & it causes Him to operate certain gifts. Play certain songs everybody’s back will be healed. Play certain songs, deaf ears will be healed. The song, ‘Here I am to worship’ has cured many ailments in a second. When playing ‘Amazing Grace’, many have healed chronic diseases, bones alignment, ligamnts adjusted etc. By consistently listening to anointed music, you will experience the Glory Cloud of Jesus. Once you do, you will never ever remain the same again.

THOUGHTS:
We all have different unique ways of thinking. You can be traced by your thought pattern. You thinking process is as unique as your finger print – isn’t Jesus so wonderful? THOUGHTS are real physical structure of things. Every time you think, you build EPIGENOME which means thoughts. Our thoughts can activate the bad or the good genes. If you say, ‘I cant’ that is an action, a command. It sure will affect you!

TOUCH:
Touch Releases ENDORPHINES which kills pains, heals etc. Women have 10 X (ten times as much) sensors in their skins than men. If you follow what Jesus said, you can change your gene.

70% - 80% of mental cases comes from our thought life (science).
87% - 95% of illnesses comes from our thought life (science)
BRAIN:
Our brains process 400billions of action per sec. About 100billion nerve cells are in your brain. Each nerve cells can grow over 200 billion nerve cell branches. Hence, we have over 3million years worth of space in our brain to build memory. Our Love Jesus designed us with the ability to change our own brain. When you study the Word, pray & praise, it thickens the outer of your brain & makes you smarter & wiser. This is why anointed Believers are also very, very intelligent guys with abilities to earn fast.
‘We are WIRED UP FOR LOVE’ (science). Scientists actually made this statement. They are coming up with facts daily on the reality of the Lord Jesus. In the next few years, you will be stunned at the amazing discoveries that will be made. They’ve even discovered that while in our mother’s womb we had two Central Nervous Systems. The duo splits as the child grow. One moves up which we called the brain. Guess what the other one is called. It goes into your stomach & cannot be seen with the physical eyes. It is called the Human Spirit. Its amazing.

You are WIRED UP FOR LOVE. Let love reign in U. live the love life. Walk the love walk. I always ask my Big Daddy to pour into my spirit by the D Holy Spirit the exact unquantifiable kilo-jolts of liquid love that He has for me – so that I can also love Him that much. BECAREFUL HOW YOU RECEIVE MONEY

There was a very wealthy brother in one of our churches. He came one day to my house and gave me an envelope, obviously containing some money. He said, ‘here you are brother Zac, this is for you’ I said, ‘ok, thank you very much’

As soon as he left my house, the Lord said to me, ‘Don’t touch that! Take it to the church office, get a receipt and give it back to that brother. You must not use one Rupee (dime) of that money for any of your needs’

He was a born-again, baptized brother, known in our churches, he was not a stranger. I went to the church office, got a receipt and when I saw him next I gave it to him. He said to me, ‘That wasn’t for the church brother Zac, that was for you’ I said, ‘That’s ok, you gave it to the Lord and it’s gone to the Lord, don’t worry’

3-month’s later, this brother fell into some sins and I had to correct and discipline him. My mouth was open. Now if I had received his money, my mouth would have been so full of his money that I wouldn’t be able to speak. Have you ever tried to speak with your mouth stuffed with money? Try it. Put a lot of currency note in your mouth and try to speak. I would not have been able to speak to that brother.

The Lord knew what would happen 3-months later and protected me earlier so I could speak straight. Why is it some have not been able to correct some in their congregation whom they know aren’t living right? It is because they have stuffed money into their mouth. They didn’t seek the Lord whether they should receive that or not. (Zac Poonen)

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN UNSAVEN STEPS OUT OF HIS BODY

Now, we will describe what happens to someone who dies without accepting Christ as their Savior.

At first, they will experience the same exact sensations as the first person, but that begins to change almost immediately. They too, will no longer be sick, crippled or aged. As stated before, everyone’s spirit is eternal and once you leave your physical body (no matter what condition it is in) you will have a perfectly made spirit.

You soon begin to feel the sinister presence which is coming for you and then suddenly, demons appear and take hold of you with their claw-like hands. Horror fills you as the stench of death fills the room. You are unable to fight back, because satan now owns you! No matter how you fight or scream no one will come to help you. Your family and/or friends cannot see nor hear you and even if they could, they would be helpless to prevent what is about to happen. When you reject Christ, you become the property of Hell when you die. They begin to pull you downward until everything disappears into darkness. You begin to feel the heat and hear the screaming and moaning of agonized souls.

Even though your spirit was whole when you left your body, it will not remain that way for long. Hell is also a spirit realm and because you are now a spirit being, you will feel every form of torture they have. As you enter into the yawning mouth of the underworld, other demons will start to yell in glee as they begin to mutilate your being. The pain and agony is real and fear rules supreme as your mind begins to realize what has happened to you. All this time the searing heat is blistering you and every horror you ever imagined has become real!
There will be no contact with another human being, other than the sounds of screaming and cursing made by the damned. You will never eat or drink again, although you will experience continual starvation and dehydration. Never again will you know rest or peace, just utter exhaustion and pure terror. Your mind will reach the brink of insanity, but never allowed to completely go there. There is NO escape. You are there because of the choice you made, not because God rejected you. You will remain in Hell until the end of the millennial reign of Christ upon the earth. Then Hell will give up the wicked dead and they will go before the Great White Throne Judgment where they will receive their eternal place of punishment (called the second death) which is the Lake of Fire. God is merciful, but sin cannot enter into His presence nor dwell in Heaven because He is HOLY. If you do not receive Christ as your savior, your name will not be found in the Book of Life and you will be thrown into the lake of fire. Be sure you know where your destiny lies before you die; because after death it will be too late!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A CHRISTIAN STEPS OUT OF HIS BODY

The Word of God says, “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”. This is a promise God gives to all Believers (those who have accepted Christ).
What happens to someone from the second they die and their spirit leaves the body and earth can no longer hold them?

First, we will discuss what happens to someone who has accepted Jesus as their Savior and will be going to Heaven. Then, we will discuss what happens to someone who rejected Christ and is headed for Hell!
Whatever has brought them to this moment, whether natural death at old age, a sickness or disease or an accident, it is always the same. As you draw your last breath and your spirit begins to leave your body, you will begin to feel weightless and float upward. If you look back, you will see your lifeless body. If there are other people in the room or area where your body is, you will also be able to see them and hear their comments. You cannot communicate with them, because you have left your physical body and are now a spirit being entering the spirit realm. Yes, you do still care about those you are leaving behind because you love them but you are now entering into the precious promise of God - to be with Him. Unfathomable love erases any anxiety or fear of death you may have experienced, even moments before.

If you were sick, injured or in pain before, you will now realize that all those symptoms have completely left and that you feel wonderful. Also, if you were elderly, you are now young again because age has no effect on your eternal spirit. The life of God now flows into your being. You will have no fear, because the peace of God will now become your constant companion. At this point, some people still do not realize they have even died; because they still have their senses and can touch themselves, it is hard for them to comprehend. They will still try to communicate with others that they pass by and wonder why they do not respond.
If not already present, the angels will appear to escort you on your journey to Heaven. They are magnificent beings still aglow from being in the heavenly realm. They always know your name and usually assure you that all will be well. No one is left to find their own way. If it is a child or baby, they are carried by the angels; they never experience fear or sadness, only tremendous love. There is no hanging around or a struggle to find a way to cross over. No one’s spirit can remain o n the earth for very long. There are various ways to be taken to Heaven, including chariots. If Jesus comes to escort individuals, they get to go in the Lord’s own chariot. It is rare, but sometimes loved ones are allowed to see you leave or to see the angelic beings who have come to escort you.

One of the normal ways you are taken to Heaven, if you are to remain there, is by a transport. These transports come in many different models, so they may not all look like the one I saw two years ago when I witnessed someone boarding one. Not only could I see the ship, but the two angels who were escorting the woman. She looked amazingly beautiful and young, even though I knew she had been very old when she passed away. This transport (as shown in the illustration) looked something like a cable car without the cables.

The lower part was made of a solid substance that looked like burnished pewter. Ornate panels, on either side of its doors, were gold as was the trim that ran down both ends of the ship and around the bottom. The light emanating from the sides as well as from beneath the ship was a brilliant white with blue highlights. This could be the bright light mentioned by some who have had near death experiences.

The upper part of the transport is like glass — you can actually see through it. Can you imagine how exhilarating it must be to streak through the universe and see everything on your way to Heaven?
You usually enter from the side of the craft by way of steps that appear from nowhere and have no visible means of support. How supernatural is that! I was told that sometimes people are also brought up through the bottom entrance (which I could not see).

Sometimes angels navigate these crafts, but usually people are chosen for this position before they die. They become Heaven’s pilots, not because of prior flight experience, but because of their heart for people. They have a natural ability to put people at ease and to share things about the new home they are going to.

Heaven’s pilots are the first contact individuals have with Heaven and therefore must be trusted by God to portray His care and love. It is a high honor to be chosen for this assignment.

It was truly amazing to be able to see a transport close up. The angels who escort these transports all wear white gowns with purple sashes at the waist, and purple on their cuffs and hems. They also wear narrow purple bands on their head. At least one of them carries a sword. Once boarded, the transport leaves and continues through the atmosphere at speeds we only dream of, until they arrive in the third heaven.

Once the transport stops, you will be escorted out and left in the care of other angels and / or people whose job it is to welcome you to Heaven. Many times Abraham will be there to greet you.

Sometimes the gates will be visible from your disembarking point, but sometimes they can be some distance away. Your family and friends who already dwell in Heaven will run to greet you. There is much joy and celebrating going on at your arrival. Usually, you pass through the gates and are taken immediately to your home which has been lovingly prepared for you. Everything you ever desired in architecture, style or decor has been considered to please you. Even the landscaping of your property is suited to your taste.

If you had any pets on earth that were special to you, they are also waiting for you (recreated by a loving Father). Time is then given to greet and rejoice with friends and family.

All this time you will be overwhelmed by the presence of God and the beauty of just being there and experiencing the sights, sounds and aromas. You feel like you have truly come home. Just when you think it can’t get any better, Jesus comes! You are now taken into the throne room where the redeemed and angels worship and rejoice together. Worship can be singing, dancing and bowing before the throne. Many times Jesus will dance with His people; everyone wants to touch him.

There are times of celebrating and times to lay prostrate before the King of Kings. On the way to the throne, You are greeted by all those whom you pass by. As you approach the throne the brilliance of the Father begins to overwhelm you.

The created beings, filled full of eyes, proclaim continuously about His holiness (Revelation 4). You can hardly bear to look Upon the glory of the Father as He declares His love for you. Fire and lightening proceed from His presence and awe falls over the throne room. Everyone turns to watch as you are welcomed home. Just when you think you will collapse from the weight of the glory, God reaches out and holds you to Himself. Never have you experienced such love and acceptance! All your preconceived ideas as to what God is like are washed away in the flood of love that goes right through you. It is unconditional love and you finally know the passion that was in His heart when He sent His Son to the cross for you! You are truly complete!

Once your time for communion with the Godhead is over, you are taken on an extensive tour of Heaven by your family and/or friends. You visit all the wonderful places your loving Father has prepared for you to enjoy. He truly delights to give you pleasure. (Kat Kerr)

I FIX BREAKFAST FOR MY WIFE FOR OVER 50YEARS

I've been married for more than fifty years. When I married my wife more than fifty years ago, I thought I just couldn't love her any more than I did then. But now, fifty some-odd years later, it seems as though I hardly loved her at all back then because I love her so much more now. When my wife and I were first married, we promised each other that we'd always be sweethearts. And do you know that we still are today! For example, we've made it a practice over all these years of marriage that at every meal after we've prayed, we always kiss
each other. We practice an attitude of love. Love practiced brings great rewards. Love always puts the other person first.

Now I'm not perfect, but I have always endeavored to put my wife first. Through all of these years, I've tried to do what pleases her. For example, when I'm home, I always cook
breakfast. I've done that throughout our more than fifty years of marriage. And when I make breakfast, I always give my wife the best egg, the best piece of bacon, and the best piece of toast because that's what love would do. Natural love? No! The flesh would say, "I want the best piece of bacon! I want the best of everything! I want my rights and my own way!" But I refuse to let my flesh dominate me. That would be wrong thinking, and I won't allow wrong thinking to dominate me. I let the love of God on the inside dominate me. (Kenneth E. Hagin)


You just cant really express the true LOVE to your spouse without meeting Jesus. He is the Source of Love. You only begin to comprehend Love when you are acquainted with Him. Selfishness is the world’s number problem. When you meet my Champion – Jesus, He’ll make U selfless, destroying selfishness. We were sent to this planet to LEARN LOVE. Sad to say, many leaves this earth realm without having the slightest idea of what Love is – which is the primary reason for being birthed here. Remember to Love your even your enemies. Don’t hate. Dominate your world with Love. If U do this, I assure you that when U are true with your EARTH-WALK, Jesus Himself will come to pick U to your Father’s House not some angels. (Jesus Wordz)

THERE’S A PRICE TO PAY

Some folks have it mighty easy in this day and time. But I feel sorry for folks who have had it easy. You know, it was hard for me to go out on the field. Our home had been like heaven on earth for 10 years, and here I had to be gone 90 percent of the time. That's something to suffer through! My wife raised the children. She is to be commended. I get the credit for it, but she did it. She's the one who instilled the right principles.

When I went out on the field, Ken (his son) was in the third grade and Pat (his daughter) was in the second grade. I wasn't with them all those years. Then when they became teenagers, I wasn't with them. I had always looked forward with great anticipation to family life. The day after Ken was born I asked Oretha (his wife), "When will he get old enough for me to carry him with me?" It's tough to be out on the field by yourself, shut up in a hotel room staring at the four walls. But God said, "Do it!" When Ken got to be about 12 years old I would take him with me sometimes. I remember once we were driving back to Texas after a service in Oklahoma. We got home, and that night we were kneeling by the bed to pray. Ken began to cry and asked me, "Daddy, why do you have to be gone all the time? Why can't you be home like other daddies?" That's tough to take! I tried not to be gone. I stayed out on the field for seven months. Finally I said, "It's too rough. It's too big a price to pay. I won't pay it. I'll go back to pastoring. I'll be with my family." I cancelled my meetings. On Sunday, July 10, 1949, I was planning to preach at a church in East Texas. It was one of the best churches in the area. I had been assured I could have it if I wanted it.

My wife and I went there that day, and I attended a men's Bible class before the service. I was sitting on a bench and suddenly my heart stopped and I pitched over on the floor on my face. I fell right at the pastor's feet. He picked me up and my heart began to race. You couldn't detect the beating. It felt like something shaking—like a bowl full of gelatin. Some people carried me over to the parsonage next door. I said, "Feel my heart." They felt it and began to cry. Two more preachers came over. They told me later, "We knew you were dead." I was cold all over and white as a sheet. Death was upon my brow.

The ministers ran to the Sunday School addition and one of them motioned to my wife. She was already getting up. She told them, "The Lord spoke to me and told me something had happened to him." She rushed in and fell down beside the bed. She said, "I feel like this is my fault! I was complaining to God because you were gone all the time. And I heard a voice speak while I was washing the dishes. It said, 'I COULD TAKE HIM WHERE HE WOULD NEVER COME BACK.' I looked all through the house —under the bed and behind the door in the bathroom. I couldn't find anybody. I checked the doors and they were locked. I just decided I was hearing things."

Kneeling there by my bed she prayed, "Lord, that was You who spoke to me in an audible voice. I'll never complain anymore. I don't care how long he's gone or where he goes. I've made my consecration. I'll do what You said to do, Lord." The power of God fell on us. The power of God fell on me. And I was instantly healed! I leaped off that bed and danced through the house. Now, you remember I'd cancelled all my meetings. I didn't have a meeting left, yet I had a wife and two children to support and rent and utilities to pay. You may ask, "Why didn't you just take a job?" I did do that at first. But I never lost sight of the fact that I was in the ministry and was living by faith. So I'd take any meeting, wherever the door opened. We had some of the most miraculous things happen.

I feel sorry for folks who have never had such a privilege. Some of you are driving Cadillacs and living big, and you think you are living by faith. You are no more living by faith than I'm an astronaut. You talk about the faith life while drinking malted milks and eating T-bone steaks! Now, you may get there after awhile. Don't misunderstand me. But we had the biggest time. I think that was one of the sweetest times of our lives. And it was a time of spiritual growth. We lived from week to week and hardly knew where our next meal was coming from. But we were never in lack, because our confidence and faith were in the Lord.

Learn the way of the Spirit. When I went out on the field I fought more devils in that first seven months than I had in the previous 15 years of ministry put together. If the devil could have kept me out of that field ministry, he could have kept me out of where we are now. I'd have given up on it. But I learned through what I suffered. We don't like to hear that side of it too much. But when the Lord has told you something, stay hooked. Go right on through the tests and trials and be perfected.

When I went out on the field, I told Ken, "Here's why I have to be gone. Your Mother and I have made a dedication to the Lord. God said to go. He'll make it up to us."

Mark 10:29 and 30 says: And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

God certainly did make it up to us. I was preaching years later at a Full Gospel church in Cushing, Oklahoma. Suddenly in the night I sat bolt upright in bed. I knew immediately that Ken's life was in danger. He was in the armed forces at that time, serving in Taiwan. That night he had been riding a motorcycle and the front wheel had gone off a mountain. It was thousands of feet to the bottom. If he had gone over the cliff, he would have been killed.

When I sat up in bed, the Lord said to me, "YOU OBEYED ME. IF YOU HADN'T, HE WOULD NEVER HAVE COME BACK FROM TAIWAN. BUT YOU OBEYED ME. HE'LL BE BACK. YOU CAN LIE DOWN AND SLEEP." So God made it up to me. Yet I had suffered during those years of field ministry. Many times when I left I would be weeping by the time I drove the car around the corner. I would weep all the way to my next meeting. I'd rather have been at home. There's a price to pay, dear friends. But, glory to God, we'll not magnify the suffering. I like to be around when payday comes! It wasn't easy back then. Some people want to start out where I am today. In some ways you can, and in some ways you can't. But after you have suffered a little while, and been faithful, it will pay off. I've never shared some of these things before. I've said, "I'm a faith person—my faith saw me through." But the Lord began to talk to me about preaching this part, too. We've got to tell the other side. It takes faith to go through these trials. Many times, after meetings at night, I would get so lonely. You are by yourself so much. I've actually thought about getting up and kicking out the window panes for a little excitement! If you think that's not suffering, go through it and you'll find out. Yes, there is suffering, but not sickness and disease. Thank God you don't have to suffer with that, because Jesus bore our infirmities.

Say this: "I will serve Him. I will do His bidding. I'll do His will no matter what the cost may be." It costs something to separate yourself unto the ministry that God has called you to. The foundation for my ministry today came in my staying put. I stayed in places where I didn't want to stay. That's where I learned so much. That's when the foundation was established in me. Stay put in hard places, and you will eventually rest upon the mountaintop. (Kenneth E. Hagin)

SAY THE TRUTH AND AVOID GREED

Many years ago a fellow (who would do anything for money) helped me in one of my meetings. But he didn't last long in my ministry when I saw what his motives were. It seemed like he'd practically just lie awake at night trying to figure out how to get money out of people. We were using the church auditorium of a large Full Gospel church to hold a meeting. Our budget for the meetings included the expenses of a daily radio program, newspaper advertisements, and then our own expenses. Well, this fellow would make the announcements, and I'd stay back in the speaker room and pray until it was time for me to preach. This fellow and I had made the agreement that once our expenses were met, we would divide whatever money was left over between us, and that would be our support. We ran the meetings four weeks. After the second week of meetings, this fellow came to me and said, "We've already got enough money to pay for our expenses. "But let's not tell the people that because they are giving so good. Let's just keep on like we're raising money for the radio program and for the expenses of the meeting."

"No," I said, "that would be lying. We're not going to do that."

"But we're going to miss an opportunity if we don't," he said.
"We could really clean up here." I said, "No, we're not going to do that because we've got our word out. We told the people what we would do, and we're going to do what we said we'd do." "Well," he said, "I'm the one out there taking up the offering. I'm just going to go ahead and do it."
"No, you're not," I said, "because there's a speaker back there in the room where I'm praying. And if you say that, I'm going to come right out, get on the platform, and tell the folks you're lying."
"Well," he said, "you're going to miss it! I'll tell you that right now! I see that you just don't know how to make it."

Well, that was the last time he ever took up an offering for me. Somehow, no one has heard from that fellow for years, but I'm still out there preaching the Word! Somehow, I managed to make it by telling the truth and by doing unto others as I'd have them do unto me. Some folks are just out to do in the other fellow. Instead of doing the other fellow in, they should be trying to outdo the other fellow in love! We ought to try to figure out how to be a blessing to people! We need to be asking ourselves, How can I bless people? How can I do good to them? (Kenneth E Hagin)

‘’SATAN USED MY BEAUTY AND MY MONEY’’

In the next pit was a woman on her knees, as if looking for something. Her skeletal form also was full of holes. Her bones were showing through, and her torn dress was on fire. Her head was bald, and there were only holes where her eyes and nose were supposed to be. A small fire was burning around her feet where she was kneeling, and she clawed the sides of the brimstone pit. The fire clung to her hands, and dead flesh kept falling off as she dug.

Tremendous sobs shook her. "O Lord, O Lord," she cried, "I want out." As we watched, she finally got to the top of the pit with her feet. I thought she was going to get out when a large demon with great wings that seemed to be broken at the top and hung down his sides ran to her. His color was brownish black, and he had hair all over his large form. His eyes were set far back into his head, and he was about the size of a large grizzly bear. The demon rushed up to the woman and pushed her very hard backward into the pit and fire. I watched in horror as she fell. I felt so sorry for her. I wanted to take her into my arms and hold her, to ask God to heal her and take her out of there.

Jesus knew my thoughts and said, "My child, judgment has been set. God has spoken. Even when she was a child, I called and called her to repent and to serve Me. When she was sixteen years old, I came to her and said, 'I love you. Give your life to Me, and come follow Me, for I have called you for a special purpose: I called all her life, but she would not listen. She said, 'Someday I will serve You. I have no time for You now. No time, no time, I have my life of fun. No time, no time to serve You, Jesus. Tomorrow I will. Tomorrow never came, for she waited too long."

The woman cried out to Jesus, "My soul is truly in torment. There is no way out. I know that I wanted the world instead of You, Lord. I wanted riches, fame and fortune, and I got it. I could buy anything I wanted; I was my own boss. I was the prettiest, best-dressed woman of my time. And I had riches, fame and fortune, but I found I could not take them with me in death. O Lord, hell is horrible.

I have no rest day or night. I am always in pain and torment. Help me, Lord," she cried. The woman looked up at Jesus so longingly and said, "My sweet Lord, if only I had listened to you! I will regret that forever. I planned to serve You someday-when I got ready. I thought You would always be there for me. But how wrong I was! I was one of the most sought-after women of my time for my beauty. I knew God was calling me to repent. All my life He drew me with cords of love, and I thought I could use God like I used everyone else. He would always be there. Oh yes, I used God! He would try so hard to get me to serve Him, while all the time I thought I didn't need Him. Oh, how wrong I was! For Satan began to use me, and I began to serve Satan more and more. At the last I loved him more than God. I loved to sin and would not turn to God.

"Satan used my beauty and my money, and all my thoughts turned to how much power he would give me. Even then, God continued to draw me. But I thought, I have tomorrow or the next day. Then one day while riding in a car, my driver ran into a house, and I was killed. Lord, please let me out." As she spoke her bony hands and arms reached out to Jesus while the flames continued to burn her.

Jesus said, "The judgment is set." Tears fell down His cheeks as we moved to the next pit. I was crying inside about the horrors of hell. "Dear Lord," I cried, "the torment is too real. When a soul comes here, there is no hope, no life, no love. Hell is too real." No way out, I thought. She must burn forever in these flames. (Mary K. Baxter)

Jesus preached more about Hell than others in the Bible. The greatest torment in Hell is the realization that Jesus made it so simple for them to be saved by shedding His precious blood. U know, that regret & memory is ever b4 them. They always remember each time He knocked @ d door of their heart & they rejected Him. Satan has shown many false Hell & false Heaven just to prevent people from believing the genuine & to sow confusion – so he made them talk about trouser, earrings, gold, make-ups etc any sincere Christian could see that those junks doesn’t rhyme with the Scriptures. People go to Hell for not accepting Christ as their Saviour & those in Heaven made it for accepting Jesus, Messiah, Yashua’s sacrifice on that CROSS.

LEARN TO FORGIVE YOURSELF

I was holding a meeting in a large city. I laid hands on a particular man several times. He was a businessman and a member of the church where I was holding the meeting. Practically every healing evangelist in America at that time had laid hands on this man, but he was still sick. The Lord told me to talk to him, so I told the man to come early to the meeting the next night. I knew he had a heart condition. The doctors had told him he might live two more years if he retired, stayed on medication, and spent most of his time resting. But he was only fifty-six years old. He didn't want to retire yet.

I was shaving and getting ready to go to church the next evening, when the Lord spoke to me. He said, "DO YOU THINK I WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO DO SOMETHING I WOULDN'T BE WILLING TO DO?" I said, "No, Lord. You wouldn't do that because that would be unjust, and You're not unjust." I finished shaving and was getting dressed, and the Lord spoke to me again and said the same thing. "DO YOU THINK I WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO DO SOMETHING I WOULDN'T BE WILLING TO DO?" I said, "No. No, because if You required me to do something You wouldn't be willing to do, it would be unjust, and You're not unjust." I finished getting ready and drove off to church. In the car the Lord said the same thing to me. I answered Him the same way. Then the Lord gave me these passages of Scripture in Matthew and Luke. MATTHEW 18:21,22 21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, UNTIL SEVENTY TIMES SEVEN. LUKE 17:3-5 3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. 4 And if he trespass against thee seven times IN A DAY, and seven times IN A DAY turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. 5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, INCREASE OUR FAITH.

When Jesus said we were supposed to forgive seventy times seven, that doesn't mean in a lifetime— that means in one day. That should tell us we are to practice an attitude of forgiveness!
Also, notice that after Jesus talked about forgiveness, immediately the disciples said to Him, "Increase our faith." Sometimes it takes faith to forgive people, doesn't it? Also, you won't be able to increase your faith until you forgive! That's absolutely the truth. When the Lord gave me these Scriptures and said this to me, I wondered why He was telling me this. Then He said to me, "IF I REQUIRED YOU TO FORGIVE YOUR BROTHER IF HE SINNED AGAINST YOU 490 TIMES IN A DAY, BUT I WASN'T WILLING TO DO THE SAME THING, THEN I WOULD BE UNJUST."

I still didn't know why the Lord was saying this to me, but I went on to church to talk to this man before the service started. As soon as I started talking to him, I understood exactly why the Lord said all this to me. This man told me, "I have heart trouble and my kidneys are failing. The doctors told me that if I would sell my business and lie around and rest and stay on medication, I might live a couple of years. "But they said if I keep going the way I'm going, I could just fall dead at any time." Then this businessman told me, "I've been a member of a Full Gospel church for 35 years. Brother Hagin, I'll be honest with you. I know you teach faith, but every time I go forward to get healed, I know God won't heal me." "Why won't He?" I asked. "Well, I've just failed and missed it so many times. I've just sinned." Even though I knew he had committed no sin too big for God to forgive, I asked, "What awful sin have you committed? Have you robbed a bank or killed someone?" "No. No." "Well, what awful sin have you ever committed?" He said, "As far as I know, I haven't committed any awful sin. I've just searched my heart. But I own my own business, and I've made good money. I've always paid my tithes to my church and supported missions. But I could have given so much more financially than what I have given. I could have prayed so much more than I have. I've committed sins of omission." Many believers get their mind just on sins of commission, but the Bible also teaches that there are sins of omission. Sins of omission are sins of failing to do right when it's in your power to do so. The Bible does say. ". . . to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin" (James 4:17). I began to tell this businessman what the Lord told me. I said, "Do you think the Lord would require you to do something He wouldn't be willing to do?" "No, He wouldn't do that." And I began to show him the Scriptures that the Lord gave me in Matthew and Luke. Then I showed him James 5:14,15. JAMES 5:14,15 14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: 15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; AND IF HE HAVE COMMITTED SINS, THEY SHALL BE FORGIVEN HIM. Did you notice that the Bible didn't say, "If he has committed a sin"—singular. It said, "If he has committed sins—plural. Then it says, "they shall be forgiven him." It doesn't say that maybe his sins would be forgiven. It says they shall be forgiven! I told him, "God is not only willing to heal you, He is willing to forgive you, even for sins of omission. The Lord has forgiven you, so quit accusing yourself. You know what your problem is? You haven't forgiven yourself. Besides that, have you failed 490 times in one
day?" "No," he said. "Well then, you've got a good margin to operate on," I said.

Just as soon as this man forgave himself, his faith started working. The unforgiveness that he'd held against himself had hindered his faith. I laid hands on him and prayed for him, and he was instantly healed. Years later I was preaching in the same state, and one of this man's relatives told me about him. He said, "He ran his business all these years, and he finally sold his business and retired at seventy-five years of age." According to medical science, He could easily have been dead at fifty-six because his heart was in such bad condition. Until he forgave himself for his past failures, he couldn't receive his healing. ILLUSTRATION OF FAITH IN ACTION

Once while preaching in a small church, I got too warm. When I stepped outdoors after the service, my body was wet with perspiration. When the cold outdoor air hit me in the face, my throat started hurting, and by the time I reached the parking lot, I could hardly speak. The next day my chest started hurting and I couldn't speak above a whisper.

I started reading Scriptures on healing. With my Bible open before me, I prayed silently and said, "Lord, your Word tells me I am healed. If I asked my body if I were healed, the answer would be no. If I asked my feelings if I were healed, the answer would be no. If I were to ask the people around me if I were healed, they would say I was not.

"Your Word says God is truth and every man is a liar. So if I say I'm not healed, I am a liar. Your Word says that God cannot be. Romans 3:4 says, 'God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.' "When time came for the evening service, I stepped up to the micro-phone and said I wanted to thank God that I was healed. The congregation looked at me as if I were crazy, because I was barely whispering.

I began to tell them what the Word of God says about healing. I showed them from the Word that I was healed. I told them what God says is true and that if I said I wasn't healed, I would be lying. I told them that I wanted them to stand and praise God with me because I was healed. As we stood and began praising
God, I hadn't said "hallelujah" three times until my voice came back. Then I preached my sermon with a strong, clear voice. That night the congregation saw an illustration of faith in action. All we have to do is ask God for the things we want, and believe that we have them. (Kenneth E. Hagin)

WATCH WHAT YOU READ

I remember the second year we had school here, a man called from another state because he needed help. He had been head of a psychology department in a leading university, but was now retired. He had taught criminal psychology. In his studies on the subject, he had read classified books on deviant sexual behavior among criminals.

He wasn't a Christian at the time, and as he had studied about people who are motivated by the devil, the devil got in him. He had gone out and molested little children. (That's the reason you need to be careful what you read. The devil can get into you through a book.) He told me that when he first retired, he hadn't read those books. He and his wife had gotten saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit, and for two years he hadn't had any problems. But he still kept the books, and eventually he got back to reading them. So by not staying in the Word and by reading about the sexual criminal again, he yielded to the devil and molested more little children. His wife found out about it and filed for divorce.

The man said to me, "Brother Hagin, that thing just got hold of me. I didn't want to do that. I know how I'll wind up; I'll wind up killing a child." As he was talking, I discerned by the Spirit of God that three demons were involved. I said, "Now, I can cast those things out of you. There are three demons. I know that exactly. I'll tell you their names. But it won't do a bit of good unless you do something."

Somebody said something one time that really registered with me, and I have never forgotten it. He said, "It's not what you do that counts. It's what you do afterwards. " Just stop and think about that. In the long run that's true. I've seen people who did good things, but they did them with the wrong motive. Afterwards they bragged on themselves, the devil got hold of them, and they backslid.

I've seen people who did wrong and knew it, but afterwards they repented and were mightily used of God. You see, it's not what you do or have done that counts. It's what you do afterwards. It's not what you do in that room where you're being delivered of devils that's going to count in the long run; it's what you do afterwards. What are you going to do after they're gone?

We need to cover this whole field and not get carried away with casting out devils. You really might do a person an injustice to cast the devil out of him. You might do him more harm than good. If he doesn't do the right thing afterwards, that one spirit will go out and get seven more, and the last state of that man will be worse than his beginning!

So I told this man, "I know what the spirits are. I'll cast them out of you. I know I can do it. And as long as you are here with me, I can keep them out of you. But when you get away from here, I can't control the situation." (I've experienced this again and again in my life, not only with demons, but with sickness. I can control the situation as long as the person is under my authority, in my domain.)

I said, "There's no use of my casting the spirits out of you and getting you delivered unless you're going to do something. Number one, you're going to have to leave those books alone. I'd encourage you to empty your library and burn them. Don't read one of them. And get in the Bible. Study the Word of God. Get filled up. Don't let the devil come back and find your house empty, swept, and garnished."

You see, when he had gotten saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit, God was blessing him, and he left the books alone. But he didn't get the Bible in him. So the devil came back and found him empty, and that same devil started acting up and threw him again. A person can get saved, but if he's not going to walk with God, read the Bible, go to church, and fellowship with fellow Christians, he'll never amount to anything. He'll wind up backslidden. It's what you do afterwards that counts.

I talked to this professor for about an hour and 45 minutes, cast those things out of him, and sent him on his way. About a year later, he and his wife came to our prayer seminar. They were back together, smiling. He said, "I haven't had a bit of trouble. Praise God, I did just what you said to do. I'm staying in the Word, and we're just fine." You see, he did something about it. But if a person allows them, the demons will try to return to the place they came out of. Many times I have seen this happen.

Jesus told me that they will then stay in that person until they're discerned and cast out again, or until that person dies. When the person dies, they'll leave that body and try to get into another body. Evidently, in the incident related in Mark 5, this is what happened to those spirits in the swine. The spirits left because the swine died. Jesus said this will go on and on and on; thus, we have the same spirits here today that were here when Jesus was here. There's no telling how many people they've indwelt. (Kenneth Hagin)

THE ALARMING SUCCESS OF CHARLES G. FINNEY

Charles Finney is probably the most outstanding exponent of prayer. He is known as the man who prayed down revivals. He had the greatest success and his converts were the most consistent since the days of the apostle Paul. It is common knowledge that 85% of his converts remained true to God.

Moody was a great evangelist but only about 50% of his converts remained faithful. We have had a mighty move in the past fifty years, but it is common knowledge that not over 50% of the converts have remained true to the Lord. Finney had the greatest success numbers' wise as far as keeping the fruit of his labor, since the days of the apostle Paul. Whole cities were stirred.

For instance, I read in Finney's autobiography that in 1829 he went to the city of Rochester, New York, where he conducted a meeting and practically everyone in town was saved. All the grog shops closed down. (We now call them honky-tonks and beer joints.) There was not a place left in town where one could buy anything to drink. The only theater in town closed up. There was such a revival that when a circus came to town, only two people went to see it, so it had to close. Everybody was interested in God. The revival was on. The people were just not concerned about anything else.

I also read that Finney went to hold another meeting when he was a Presbyterian. He had been talking about fifteen minutes when the power of God fell on him. About four hundred people fell off their seats onto the floor, and it was a Presbyterian church! He didn't know what was happening, but he said that he found out later that they had all been sinners and had just gotten saved when they fell under the power.

Finney prayed for revival. He was a real man of prayer. He said that he had some experiences in prayer that indeed alarmed him. He added that he found himself saying to the Lord, "Lord, You don't think that we are not going to have a revival here, do You? You don't think that You could withhold Your blessings?" He found himself reminding the Lord what He had promised.

George Whitfield, another minister, came over from England and preached on the streets. He was speaking in the public square in Boston, Massachusetts. When he began to preach, folks climbed up into trees to be able to see because the crowd was so large. Whitfield told them to come down, because when the power of God came they would fall out of the trees.

Smith Wigglesworth said that God delights in His children having the audacity of faith to say, "God, You have promised it, so now do it." You say that in faith. This agrees with what God says, for God said, "Put me in remembrance." They were putting Him in remembrance of what He said. If God wants us to put Him in remembrance, then let's do it. Isaiah 43:26 said it.

God is about to open the Flood Gates of heaven to unleash River of Life from within himself into planet earth. Can’t you smell that God’s cooking something? We are about entering the Last Revival. God’s Last Warning to a sinning world. Don’t be a Spectator, be a Participator. Be involved in what God wants to do. Take your place through prayer. Lets take over this planet in one sweep for Jesus. If you don’t take your place, others will – God’s work must surely be done. If you are still gossiping, slandering, backbiting or sinning generally, you are only counting yourself out of God’s plan. LOVE TAKES NO ACCOUNT OF A SUFFERED WRONG

One time (my wife & I) went to preach for some folks, and we had just enough money to buy gasoline to get to their church. We arrived at the church in time to preach that evening, and after the service we were hungry because we'd been traveling all day with very little to eat. We were staying with the pastor and his wife in their parsonage, so we thought surely they would give us something to eat when we came home after the service. But they didn't take us out to eat after church or give us anything to eat at their house. They just went to bed, so we went to bed hungry. The next morning we got up hungry, but they had already gone. My wife said, "Maybe they went out to get something to fix for breakfast." But they didn't come back. Later she said, "They'll probably come back at lunch and take us out to eat." Well, they didn't come back for lunch either. We didn't have a cent in our pockets because we'd used every bit of our money just to get to that town to preach. Finally, they came in about church time and got ready to go to church. But they never said anything about dinner or about feeding us.

They didn't even ask us if we'd had anything to eat or if we were hungry. It had been a day and a half since we'd eaten anything, and we were hungry. It's one thing when you're fasting and seeking God. Then you expect to deny the flesh! But we weren't fasting. We were just going hungry because there wasn't anything to eat. Then after we finished the church service the second night, we thought they'd probably offer us something to eat, but they never said a word about it. They went to bed, so we went to bed too. We got up the next morning, and they had already left. We thought they would probably come back by noon and take us out to eat or at least give us some food. But they didn't come home. Finally, we went into the kitchen to see if we could find something to eat because by then we were really hungry. We found one shriveled hot dog, one egg, and one stale piece of bread. We fixed the toast, boiled the hot dog, cooked the egg, and we each had a half a piece of toast, a half a hot dog, a half an egg, and a glass of water apiece. I said to my wife, "I know what I'm going to do!" You see, your flesh and your mind can get stirred up when people do you wrong. That's why the Bible says you've got to keep them under subjection to your spirit. I said, "I'm going to call the district superintendent, and ask him, 'What kind of ministers do you have in this district, anyway? We haven't had anything to eat for two days!'" You know, if you're not careful, in a situation like that, your flesh will want to take over. So I went to the phone and started to call the district supervisor, but something on the inside constrained me. It was the love of Christ constraining me……

…..I came back and said to my wife, "I can't do it. I didn't call the district supervisor. Bless their hearts! PEOPLE WHO ACT LIKE THESE PASTORS ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT SPIRITUALLY ANYWAY, BUT I'M NOT GOING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR DOWNFALL. I'm not going to be the one to trip them up. "I don't care if they did do me wrong, I've got to walk in love whether they do or not because the Bible says that love worketh no ill to his neighbor." Well, that couple finally came in before church on the third day and never said anything about dinner or even asked us if we were hungry. We went to church, and afterwards they just brought us home and didn't offer to feed us anything. They hadn't even given us an offering so we could buy something to eat. By then, it felt like my stomach was rubbing my back bone! When you go without food for several days, your flesh gets to crying out! I said to my wife again, "I'm going to call the district superintendent and ask him what kind of pastors he has in this district!"

If you go to paying attention to your head and your flesh, you'll get into trouble. I went to the telephone to call him, but again, something on the inside of me wouldn't let me do it. The love of Christ constrained me. I said to my wife, "No, I can't do it. I've got a mind to get in the car tonight when the service is over and just leave. But I couldn't do that either. In the first place, people in the congregation would ask the pastor, 'Where is Brother Hagin?' Then they would wonder why I left, and it would look bad for the pastor." But by the next day, we were hungry! I started to call the district superintendent again, but I just couldn't do it. Instead, I said to my wife, "I can't do it. THESE DEAR ONES, BLESS THEIR DARLING HEARTS, ARE NEVER GOING TO MAKE IT IN THE MINISTRY ACTING THIS WAY. BUT I DON'T WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR DOWNFALL. I'll stay through Sunday. I'm going to do right whether these pastors do or not." People who don't have any more character or concern for others than that are never going to make it anywhere, much less in the ministry. In fact, this couple never should have been in the ministry to begin with. BUT I'M NOT GOING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR DOWNFALL, BECAUSE THEN IT WOULD HURT ME SPIRITUALLY. Sooner or later this pastor is going to reap whatever he sowed, but I'm not going to help him reap it. Besides, love worketh no ill to its neighbor. Love takes no account of a suffered wrong. Love—God's love —is longsuffering, patient, and kind.

Finally, one of the church deacons came to visit us, and he began questioning me. I saw that he knew something wasn't right. But I didn't want to hurt the pastor by confiding in one of his own deacons. Love worketh no ill to his neighbor. So I did my best not to say anything that would hurt the pastor. The deacon finally said to my wife and me, "Come down to my house." He took us to the back of his house where there was a deep freezer that was full of meat and fresh vegetables. He said to us, "Just take anything you want." We took the food home and fixed it ourselves. That pastor and his wife never did feed us or give us one thing to eat the entire time we were there. They took up an offering every night, but they never gave us any of it, so we couldn't go buy something to eat. Finally the last night of the meeting, they did give us a small offering. I think for the whole week they finally gave us about $43. We were sorely tempted to get out of love, but I couldn't gripe and complain about it. I've got to walk in love if I'm going to stay healthy. I just like it so much better staying well. So my wife and I just put our faith in God. We knew that down the road God would meet our need, so we just went our way… ….

…….What happened to those pastors? Some time later, the district superintendent called me and asked, "Did you preach for those folks?" I told him that I had held a meeting for them at their church. He asked me, "Did you pick up anything in your spirit while you were there?" I didn't have to pick anything up in my spirit! I mean, if nothing else, going all those days without food, my stomach told me something was wrong! He said, "We had to deal with those folks. We just had to simply take that church away from them." I noticed that was the last church that couple ever pastored. The district superintendent had to dismiss them from their fellowship. No one ever heard from them again. In fact, they just disappeared off the scene. We in the Body of Christ need to treat one another with love! Love works no ill to his neighbor! We can't mistreat people and think we can prosper in the things of God. (Kenneth E Hagin)

BE DISCIPLINED AND DETERMINED

One day I sat talking to Tom Seymour in Los Angeles. I told him about the following incident in the life of Elias Letwaba, one of our native preachers in South Africa. I went to Letwaba’s house one day in the country, and his wife said, “He is not home. A little baby is hurt, and he is praying for it.”

So, I went over to the native hut where he was, got down on my knees, and crawled inside. I saw Letwaba kneeling in a corner by a child. I said, “Letwaba, it is me. What is the matter with the child?” He told me the mother had been carrying it on her back in a blanket, as natives carry their children, and it fell out. He said, “I think it hurt its neck.” I examined the baby and saw that its neck was broken. It would turn from side to side like the neck of a doll. “Why, Letwaba, the baby’s neck is broken!” I said. I did not have faith for a broken neck, but Letwaba did not know the difference. I saw that he did not understand. He discerned the spirit of doubt in my soul, and I said to myself, I am not going to interfere with his faith. He will just feel the doubt generated by all the old traditional things I have learned, so I will go outside.

I went to another hut and kept on praying. I lay down at 1 a.m. At 3 o’clock, Letwaba came in. I said, “Well, Letwaba, how about the baby?” He looked at me, so lovingly and sweetly, and said, “Why, brother, the baby is all well! Jesus do heal the baby.” I said, “The baby is well! Letwaba, take me to the baby at once.”

So, we went to the baby. I took the little thing on my arm and came out of the hut praying: “Lord, take every cursed thing out of my soul that keeps me from believing the Lord Jesus Christ.” As I related the incident to Mr. Seymour, he shouted, “Praise God, brother! That is not healing—it is life!” (John G. Lake)

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU FOLLOW AFTER SPIRITUALLY

In January 1964. Several of us had gone to a restaurant. We were sitting at the table getting ready to order, when the Spirit of the Lord came upon me. I said to one of our board members who was there, "I've got to pray, and I've got to pray now."

We got up and left and went to my hotel room and began praying. And then the word of wisdom began to operate through prophecy. I prophesied for two hours. I've never had an anointing quite like that. It seemed like there were two of me, as
I sat there listening to myself prophesy.

In all these years of ministry, an experience like this one has only happened twice. You see, these things occur as the Spirit wills. In that prophecy in the hotel room, the Lord took us through six years and told us about things to come. He told us what would happen in Vietnam and some things that would happen in our government.

In this prophecy, the Lord also said, "At the end of '65, he who now stands in the forefront of the healing ministry as a prophet will be taken out of the way. He'll make a false step and Satan shall destroy his life, but his spirit will be saved, and his works will follow him. Ere '66 shall come, he shall be gone."

I took that prophecy to Brother Lindsay, because it's scriptural to have other spiritual men judge prophecy. I never made it public. Prophets make a mistake by publicly broadcasting some of these things. On December 27, 1965, my wife was at the beauty parlor, and she called home to say that this minister, who was the leading prophet at the time, had been in an automobile accident. He was unconscious, and doctors said he would never regain consciousness.

I told her, "There is no use praying. He'll be dead within two or three days." I said that because I remembered what the Lord had said in that prophecy. Then the Lord explained to me, "I HAD TO PERMIT HIM TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE OF THE DAMAGE HE WAS CAUSING IN THE BODY OF CHRIST."

Two days later, Brother Lindsay called me and said, "Brother Hagin, the brother you referred to just died’’. I got out that prophecy the Lord gave us eighteen months ago and read it. It's right on.

Brother Lindsay related an experience he'd had with that prophet. Brother Lindsay said, "I told him, 'You're not a teacher, so don't try to teach.'" He was a preacher and a good one at that, and he had marvelous manifestations of the Holy Spirit in his ministry.

Brother Lindsay said, "I begged him not to teach. I said, 'You don't know the Bible, and you're confusing folks. Leave the Bible teaching to the teachers. Just go ahead and preach and exercise the word of knowledge and gifts of healings as the Spirit wills, and be a blessing to the Body of Christ.'"

This prophet said to Brother Lindsay, "I know I'm not a teacher, but I want to teach. And I'm going to teach!" It's dangerous to intrude into a ministry office to which you are not called. In the Old Testament, if people intruded into a holy place that was reserved for those who held certain offices, they instantly fell dead. Under grace, people in disobedience can last for a while. But sooner or later, those who intrude into ministry offices to which they are not called will be judged.

Many times folks see someone minister in the prophet's office, and they say, "I prophesy, so I can stand in the office of the prophet too." But they can't. If they'll keep the gift of prophecy in the realm where it should be — simple prophecy unto edification, exhortation, and comfort — they will be fine. If not, they will get into trouble.

It is dangerous to intrude into another man's office. And, really, the Body of Christ has not had the respect and reverence for ministries, gifts, and manifestations of the Spirit we ought to have. We treat the things of God too lightly.

Then Brother Lindsay related something else to me that had happened regarding this same prophet. He said to me, "This past year, I was praying with my wife and Sister Schrader about the work of the ministry. (Sister Schrader was a prophetess who has since gone on to be with the Lord.)

"We were praying about different projects in our ministry. Right in the middle of the prayer, Sister Schrader blurted out, 'Go warn Brother _________________ (and called this minister's name)! He's going to die.'" Brother Lindsay said, "I was busy, and I let that get by me, and I didn't go warn him like I was supposed to. Then later, my wife and I and Sister Schrader were again praying about ministry projects. Again Sister Schrader blurted out right in the middle of prayer, 'Go warn Brother _________ (and called this minister's name). He's going to die. He's walking in the way of Dowie.'" Here's something about the office of the prophet I want to get across to you. Sometimes when a prophet speaks by the unction of the Spirit, it can seem illogical. It may seem to interrupt what is going on because it comes spontaneously from the Holy Spirit.

In other words, when Sister Schrader blurted this out about this prophet, it had no relation to what they were praying about at all. It didn't seem to fit with what was going on, but the Holy Spirit had something He wanted to get over to them.

Brother Lindsay said, "I called around to see if I could locate this minister, and I finally found where he was holding a meeting. I called him and talked to him personally. I told him, 'I have something important to talk to you about. I want to fly out and talk to you in person. Will you be there?'"

The minister assured Brother Lindsay, saying, "Yes, I'll be here three days." Brother Lindsay told me, "I flew out there, and when I got there, he was gone. Some fellows had come along and wanted him to go hunting with them back up in the mountains. So he went with them and wouldn't be back for three days. I couldn't sit there and wait on him for three days, so I had to leave."

Brother Lindsay said, "Later that same year, my wife and I and Sister Schrader were praying again, and Sister Schrader suddenly blurted out about the same prophet, 'Go warn Brother ____________(and called this minister's name)! He's walking in the way of Dowie. He's going to die. Go now!'

"So I checked around and found out where he was holding a meeting and found out that he would be there several days. I flew to the nearest city, rented a car, and drove to the town where he was preaching. "After his morning meeting," Brother Lindsay said, "I talked to him as the Lord had instructed me, but I saw that he wouldn't listen. I said to myself, Well, he'll just have to die then.

And not too long after that, he did die." That's unfortunate, and it's not God's best. But it happens sometimes when people in the ministry won't judge themselves, and they aren't teachable. When God told me to go talk to that minister I mentioned, and tell him he was going to die unless he judged himself — he could have changed it if he had judged himself. He didn't have to die, if only he had judged the sin in his life. Sometimes things can be changed; sometimes they can't. God knows.

Here's another thing. There is a principle involved here. Be careful who you follow after spiritually. What did that prophecy mean, "HE'S WALKING IN THE WAY OF DOWIE"? Sister Schrader didn't even know what that meant; she didn't know Dowie. This prophet (DOWIE) had proclaimed that he was Elijah that was to come, and that he was the messenger of the covenant. But Jesus is the Messenger of the Covenant! Dowie had proclaimed the same thing. I read one of Dowie's sermons in which he proclaimed, "I'm Elijah number three." This prophet who died also said he was Elijah. That's what the Lord meant by, "HE'S WALKING IN THE WAY OF DOWIE."

Be careful who you read after. Be careful who you follow after spiritually. Make sure you are following ministers of the gospel only as they follow Christ. Be sure they are rooted and grounded in the Word of God. I could give you other examples of those who went into the same doctrinal error as the one they studied extensively after.

They took upon themselves the same type of ministry, or the same spirit, so to speak, as that other person. That can be good or bad depending on which spirit the minister yielded to — the Holy Spirit or evil spirits. Some way or another, whoever you follow after spiritually, or study after extensively, the "anointing" on that person will become a part of you. Whatever spirit is involved with them, will get involved with you. If you feed on their teaching extensively and they are in doctrinal error, you can get taken up with the same spirit and the same error. IF A PERSON IS IN DOCTRINAL ERROR, HE IS BEING MOTIVATED BY OTHER SPIRITS THAN THE HOLY SPIRIT. Just follow God, Jesus, the Holy Ghost, and be rooted and grounded in the Word for yourself. You can read after others, of course. But don't get taken up with the same spirit they have if they are not walking scripturally in the light of God's Word. (Kenneth Hagin)

DON’T BE QUICK IN PASSING JUDGMENT ON PEOPLE

Years ago, when people whom I thought surely Would not get healed did, and when good church members I was sure would get healed but didn't, I almost was ready to accuse God and say, "Lord, why did you heal that person?" I was holding a meeting in South Texas at the time our second granddaughter was born. My wife went home to be with our daughter, and I was struggling along. The meeting was just dead for the first week. It was one of the toughest places I had ever been.

About Tuesday night of the second week, the Spirit of God moved on a man. The Word of Knowledge was manifested through him. Some healings took place. Others were used by the Spirit in tongues and interpretation, but God's using this particular man just really set the meeting off. I said to myself as I sat on the platform, This is the turning point. From now on this will be like another meeting. And it was. There was as much difference in the last half and the first as there is between daylight and dark. God blessed immeasurably. Great things happened. I saw people get healed. I was staying in a little travel trailer. I watched the 10 o'clock news, turned the television off, and went to bed—but something kept bothering me. You see, I had driven down the main street of that town that very day, and I had seen this man who was so mightily used of God go into a dark dive. When something like that happens, your mind just runs. You think What is he doing in there? Then the devil fills in all the blanks for you!

I drove around the block, came back, and he was still in there. I don't know how long he stayed. So I was lying there trying to go to sleep, and that thought just kept pestering me: Why did God use that fellow? Several days before I had heard him say some things that were just not up to par. That kept coming back to me, too. I struggled for 30 minutes to get off to sleep. (My wife can tell you that I usually go to sleep by the time my head hits the pillow.) Finally I sat up in bed and said, "All right, Lord! All right! I'm going to ask You: Why did You use that fellow? Didn't You see him go into that dark dive like I did? Didn't You hear what he said, like I did? "I know that was You tonight. I know the Spirit of God. I know that You revealed things to him, that You worked through him, and that healings took place. I saw them: miracles, right in front of our eyes. "But, God, why couldn't You have used old Sister So-and-so, 80 years old. She's been in The Way for 50 years almost. She's filled with the Holy Spirit, sanctified, holy, separated ... Or if You didn't want to use her, why didn't You use (and I mentioned a few others)." I got it off my chest. I waited for Him to answer.

Down inside myself I heard it. It hit me so hard it was like somebody hit me in the stomach with their fist. I grabbed my stomach. He said, "YOUR TROUBLE IS, YOU DON'T BELIEVE YOUR OWN PREACHING." I tried to defend myself. I said, "Lord, You've hit me a low blow. Why, I'm a stickler for the Word. I believe the Word." "NO," He said, "YOU DON'T." He said, "YOU WERE TEACHING THE OTHER MORNING IN THE BIBLE CLASS FROM ISAIAH 43, WHERE I SAID, “I, EVEN I, AM HE THAT BLOTTED OUT THY TRANSGRESSIONS FOR MINE OWN SAKE, AND I WILL NOT REMEMBER THINE INIQUITIES'"(vv. 25,26).

He said, "YOU MAY HAVE SEEN THAT FELLOW GO IN THAT PLACE, BUT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. WHEN HE SAW WHAT HE WAS GETTING INTO, HE SAID, 'DEAR GOD, WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH ME? I DIDN'T INTEND TO GET INTO THIS. LORD, FORGIVE ME.' AND I DIDN'T REMEMBER THAT HE HAD EVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG." (And He didn't remember, did He? You see, we remember a person's sins, but God doesn't. How does He keep from it, you ask. I don't know. Go ask Him, if you want to know. I don't want to know; I just believe it.)

He said to me, "YOU ASKED WHY I COULDN'T USE SISTER SO-AND-SO. WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT DEAR OLD SAINT IS THAT SHE HAS BEEN IN DISOBEDIENCE FOR 40 YEARS. YOU CAN'T SEE THAT ON THE OUTSIDE. I TALKED TO HER 40 YEARS AGO ABOUT DOING SOME THINGS AND SHE WOULDN'T. SHE COMES TO CHURCH, LIVES RIGHT, AND ON THE OUTSIDE LOOKS GOOD. BUT THIS MAN HAD DONE WRONG AND HAD REPENTED OF IT. I DID NOT REMEMBER THAT HE HAD EVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG." I said, "Thank You, Lord. Just go ahead and use him if You want to. It's all right with me. I'll believe my preaching." I lay down and went to sleep.

You see, people sometimes say, "You know that couldn't have been God. That fellow used to be this, or that woman used to do that. That couldn't be God working through them." But if they have repented, God doesn't remember that they ever did anything wrong! Can you see that? (Kennth E. Hagin)

DON’T CONDEMN THE LORD’S SERVANT

I remember an incident that happened years ago when I was just a young man, pastoring a little church in north Texas. In a large metropolitan city about forty-five miles away, one of the ministers got into some difficulty and was dismissed from his denomination. Later during a sectional convention in our church, one of the district superintendents preached in the morning service and mentioned the situation. Although he didn't call this minister's name, we all knew who he was talking about. He condemned him and just preached him right into hell, so to speak.

Well, some of the men who couldn't be in that morning service asked me about it later on. They asked, "Brother Hagin, what do you think about it? Was that minister right in what he said about that other minister?" I said, "Yes, I concurred with him." Well, about two weeks after that, my wife's parents came down to visit us. They lived out on a farm about forty miles away. My wife and two children went home with them after the Sunday night service. I was going to drive up there and join them after I attended to some church business. So my wife and our children were gone, and I was alone in the parsonage. I listened to the news on the radio (we didn't have television back then). The parsonage was an old house that was built before indoor electricity was available. When it was wired for electricity, they just put a chain hanging right down in the middle of the room to turn the light on and off.

When I was ready to go to bed, I just reached up to turn the light off and then knelt by the foot of the bed and prayed. Suddenly the whole room lit up! The Bible talks about a light Paul saw that was brighter than the noonday sun (Acts 9:3; 22:6). This light was bright like that. The whole room lit up brighter than when the light was on, and I could see every piece of furniture. And then out of the bright light I heard these words, "WHO ART THOU THAT CONDEMNETH ANOTHER MAN'S SERVANT?" I knew it was the Lord. I said, "Lord, I didn't condemn Your servant." I knew immediately who the Lord was referring to. He was talking about that minister who'd gotten into trouble. The Lord answered me again by saying, "WHO ART THOU THAT CONDEMNETH ANOTHER MAN'S SERVANT?" I repeated, "Lord, I never condemned Your servant." Then the third time the Lord said, "WHO ART THOU THAT CONDEMNETH ANOTHER MAN'S SERVANT?" I said the third time, "Lord, I didn't condemn Your servant." The Lord said, "DIDN'T YOU SAY. . . ," and then the Lord quoted what I had said about this minister. Well, you get in a situation like that and your flesh sometimes wants to take over. You remember when Adam got into trouble, he wanted to shift the blame to the woman. Then when that didn't work, he said, "This woman which Thou gavest me." Really, he was trying to blame everyone else so he wouldn't have to be responsible. The flesh always want to blame someone else. I said, "Lord, I was just quoting the district superintendent." The Lord said to me, "WHEN YOU REPEATED IT, THAT WAS TANTAMOUNT TO YOUR SAYING IT. WHO ART THOU THAT CONDEMNETH ANOTHER MAN'S SERVANT?" When the Lord said that, He just sort of knocked the props out from under me. So then I said, "I thought that minister was wrong. I mean, didn't he do wrong?" The Lord never told me whether he'd done wrong or not. But He asked me a question. He said, "WHOSE SERVANT IS HE, MINE OR YOURS?" I said, "If he is anyone's servant, Lord, he's Yours. He sure isn't mine." The Lord said, "WELL, IF HE IS MY SERVANT, THEN I'M ABLE TO MAKE HIM STAND." And, you know, the Lord did just that. The Lord made the man stand, and that fellow went on to become the most outstanding minister in that part of the state. He was very well respected, even though he'd missed it that one time in his past. Who are we to criticize the Lord's servants! DOMINION OVER DEATH

THE PORTAL (WE’RE BEING WATCHED)

Another fantastic trip to Heaven was when I was allowed to tour a wondrous place they call The Portal. This is the place where all of Heaven can come to view earth. There were angels present as well as the Redeemed. The immensity of the place left me speechless. I could not even see the end walls. However, there were some columns near where I was walking that looked to be about 60 feet high. The detail of the embellishments had to be done by a master craftsman.

We finally approached the portal itself, which was magnificent. It seemed that when you walked up to it, you were looking over a balcony. The carvings on the rails and posts were finely detailed and wonderful to touch. The atmosphere inside was charged with excitement and at the same time, you were filled with awe. The light inside the structure was somewhat subdued, so that your attention was drawn to the portal and your viewing would not be interfered with. As always, the presence of God saturated everything and everyone. This was overwhelming to me, but perhaps that was because I was not a permanent resident. It is always difficult to focus on one thing in Heaven, because you do not just experience what you are seeing, and there are always aromas present together with indescribable music. It stirs you and all you can do is begin to declare God’s goodness.

All the people were wearing their gowns and robes. The gowns were a brilliant white, but the robes were very different from each other. They were designed and embellished according to your level of reward and service to the Lord; and some were so glorious that they could hang in an art gallery.

This is one of the places in Heaven where it is requested that everyone come dressed alike. I feel that it promotes a sense of unity among all those coming to view, pray and cheer for their loved ones on earth.

It was extremely exciting to be there and I shall never forget the expressions of love, joy, surprise and victory I saw on the faces of the people. They were allowed to see significant events in their family’s lives, such as marriages, births, celebrations and especially when they accepted Jesus as their Savior. How good of God to bless them, so that they can still be a part of the lives of those they left on earth.

Many people were leaning forward, whispering and gesturing to those that had accompanied them to view. There were hundreds present at the time I visited, but everyone saw something different— it is one of the wonders of Heaven — to have the ability to show everyone their specific families on earth all at the same time! There would be normal conversation, until someone on earth became a Christian, and then there was wild rejoicing and celebration. Everyone would congratulate the family whose loved one had come to believe in Jesus. It is the most exciting thing that happens at the portal.

Another exciting event is when a loved one comes home to Heaven. As soon as they realize that they are on their way, they race out to the Gate to greet them.
After viewing for what seemed to be an hour (it is very difficult to judge time by earth standards), I was instantly taken back to earth. It was almost impossible to go back to my normal earthly duties after experiencing something supernatural like the portal. It is mentioned in the bible in Hebrews 12: 1, where it talks about the ‘’great cloud of witnesses’’. Remember now, we are always being watched! (Katt Kerr)

FORGIVE & FORGET

In 1939 my wife and I went to pastor a church in north Texas. The first week we were there, one of the women in the church came to visit us. We talked for a while, and then she said, "Brother Hagin, I want to tell you about Sister So-and-so and how she treated me." Then she began to go on and on telling us how that sister had mistreated her. I thought to myself, Well, last week she and this other sister probably got into a spat. I asked her, "When did this happen?" She began to count, "One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. . ." I thought she was going to say, "Eight days ago." But she answered, "It will be eight years ago next Tuesday." I had such a look of astonishment on my face that she quickly answered, "Now don't misunderstand me. I've forgiven her all right. But I never will forget how that old devil treated me."

Without thinking, I answered, "Sister, you're a bald-faced liar. You haven't forgiven her. If you had forgiven her, you would have forgotten it, and you wouldn't be over here telling me about it. (Kenneth E Hagin)

JUDGING THE ANGELS

In 1 Corinthians 6:3, the Apostle Paul asks an interesting question: "Know ye not that we shall judge angels?" The saints are going to judge angels.

What angels will we judge?
It can't be fallen angels. Jude 6 says, "The angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he (God) hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day." The fallen angels already know their fate. They know there is a time coming. So which angels will we judge? Every person has at least one guardian angel assigned to him. I believe each of us will judge our angel on this account: Some of you have been mad at your angel because things haven't been working out right. Examine yourself, and you will probably find that you have provoked him. When you say things that don't agree with God's Word, you provoke your angel.

Many times your words are the problem. You say things like: "Well, this deal will probably be just like all the others. Just at the last minute, something always happens to stop the whole deal." By grumbling and complaining, you call your angel from his assignment. You have provoked him, and you will have what you say! I'm convinced that the angels we will judge are our personal angels. We will judge the angels that have ministered for us to see whether they did a good job.

I know of one individual who said he fired his angel after somebody broke into his house. Some people won't even lock their homes. They say, "My angels are watching over it." Now, there is no need to overwork your angels. They will do things you can't do, but don't put everything off on them! If you could have locked your house, but didn't, and somebody stole your furniture, shame on you, not your angel! The angels are here to minister for you the things you can't do. They aren't here to cook for you or overhaul the transmission on your car. If they did, you would want them to change the plugs and overhaul the motor. They do things you can't do. When you can lock your house, lock it. Don't go around commanding angels to do things that are your responsibility.

I will share with you a tragic situation that happened several years ago. A man and his wife were killed in a car wreck. Everyone wondered why it happened. He was such a good man. Months after the funeral, someone just happened to mention that the man said, "We have prayed that we will die together." Don't get the idea that their angel killed them. He just stood there and let it happen.

Let's consider this hypothetical situation:
Some guy, 29 years old, gets killed in a car wreck. He makes it to heaven, but is a little put out with the whole deal. When time comes for him to judge his angel, the conversation will probably go something like this: "Now, guardian angel, I want to know why you allowed me to get killed at 29 years of age. Where were you?" "I was right there with you in the car. "Well, why didn't you stop it?"
"Listen to your words: 'I'll tell you, that old car is crazy! Right in the middle of an intersection, it coughed and died. I almost got hit by an eighteen-wheeler! You watch and see, that thing will be the death of me yet! It will probably fall to pieces before we get it paid for.' You said that over and over. Then one day a drunk driver ran a stop light, and your car fell to pieces all over the road!"

Angels are, more or less, spiritual machines. It doesn't make any difference to them when you go to heaven. You can assign them things to do by your words, or you can call them off of their assignment. The Word of God says they hearken to the voice of God's Word and they hearken to men. Jesus said, "If you confess Me or My Word before men, I'll confess you before the angels of God." (Luke 12:8.) In other words, if you will say what God said, you will get an audience with angels.

I heard one guy say, "Well, I better go on home because the way my luck is running, I'll probably get run over by a freight train.'' He didn't get run over by a freight train just because he said that once. But if he keeps saying it, his angel will believe that's what he wants to happen. You may pick up the newspaper one day and read where he was run over by the 9:23 freight. His angel was sitting right there with him until the train came along. Then the angel just got out. If that's the way he wants to go, it doesn't matter to his angel. Parents have said to their children, "If you play in the street, you will get run over by a car." The angel doesn't know if that's right or wrong. He doesn't dispute your words.

This explains why many tragedies happen. Wrong speaking and wrong praying provokes angels. A husband and wife have a disagreement about buying a new car. He wants it; she doesn't. She says, "You watch and see—you'll get laid off! Then we won't have the money to make the payments — and the note is due on this house at the end of the year. We'll lose our house, sure as the world!" Now, just stop and ask this question: What is she doing? She is calling things that are not as though they were, but she is doing it on the negative side —using the principle in the wrong direction. The Scriptures say if a man will believe and not doubt in his heart, he will have whatsoever he says. This principle runs throughout the Bible—Old Testament and New Testament. God told Joshua, "Don't let the Word of God depart out of your mouth. In other words keep it in your mouth." When you keep God's Word in your mouth, you will get an audience with angels. "Then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, then thou shalt have good success." Angels will be listening to what you say. They will help make your way prosperous.

Even when we call things that are not as though they were on the negative side, it will work. For most people it will work faster than if they were working on the positive side. They say, "Why is it that when I make a negative statement, it comes to pass almost overnight? When I make good confessions, it seems to take weeks and months to come to pass."
It's very simple. They are more highly developed in fear than they are in faith. Let the Word of God stay in your mouth. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Now that being true, where do you suppose fear comes from? Hearing the words of the devil. The more highly developed you get in fear or faith, the quicker the manifestation of what you are saying and believing will come to pass. As Jesus said, by your words you will be justified, by your words you will be condemned. Your words are going to be judged. There will be people in heaven saying, "But, Lord, I couldn't help it. I couldn't give to this missionary because I never had any money. Every time I got a job I lost it."

The Lord is going to say, "That was your trouble on earth. You kept saying what you had, and I said you could have what you said. If you believe and doubt not in your heart, believe what you say and it will come to pass."

Too many Christians don't have faith in what they're saying on the positive side, but lots of faith in the negative. They say so many foolish and negative things that they can't release any faith in positive things. You must believe that the things you say will come to pass. Your words assign angels. You either assign angels things to do, or call them off the assignment by your words. Jesus says whatever you bind on earth will be bound, whatever you loose on earth will be loosed. So it's not God's responsibility at all; it's your responsibility. Yes, we will judge our angels. (charles Capps)

ANGELS AND OUR WORDS

As I was praying one day, the Spirit of God began to speak to my spirit. He shared some things with me about angels and how they operate in our behalf. He said:

You have been wanting to know about confession and why it works. You have been practicing the Word and putting it into motion. You have been saying what My Word says. Now I am going to share with you why it works.

One reason the words you speak are so important is because the angels are listening to what you say. People think I tell the angels what to do; but most of the time you are the one who gives them their assignment.

I designed them as ministering spirits. They stand beside you daily, listening to the words that come out of your mouth. If your words are in line with My Word, then the angels go to work immediately, causing the things you speak to come to pass. But if you speak things that are contrary to My Word, you won't get an audience with angels. They won't operate on those words. (Matt. 12:8,9.) Words spoken contrary to My Word will bind the angels. They will back off, fold their hands, and bow their heads. They are bound. They are designed as ministering spirits to minister for you. They listen to your voice, to your words. My Word is My will for man. You should always speak in line with My Word in order for My will to come to pass in your life. Man was designed to speak truth, to speak his will.

Then I remembered the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:37. He said, "Let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil." Jesus taught that man should speak his will and not bring foolish words into the conversation. Again, the words of Jesus ring clear in Matthew 12:34-37.

Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. Idle Words — (means -Non-Working- words) We will give account of every idle word that we speak. In the Greek text, idle means "non-working." We will be held accountable for the words that don't work for us. Jesus placed great importance on the words that come out of our mouths, because the words that come out our mouths get into our spirits (hearts).

In Romans 10:8, Paul wrote:
But what saith it (the righteousness which is by faith)? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith which we preach. He said that word is in your mouth first, then in your heart.

Deuteronomy 30:14 says: But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. As you speak words, they are carried down into your inner being (your spirit).

Jesus' statement in Matthew 12:37 shows the vital importance of words: For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

If words are that important, they must be doing something! They are not only working for you on the outside, communicating your thoughts to others; they are also working on the inside, building an image in your spirit. Where there is no vision, the people perish. As in water face answereth to face, so the heart of man to man (Prov. 29:18; 27:19).

Images are put into your spirit by words. Words produce images. Angels are listening to your words, so the words you speak should be your will. You were designed in the likeness of God, in His image. You shouldn't speak words that are not your will. The way you get angels involved in the affairs of your life is by keeping your words in line with God's Word. The answer to most of your problems is found one inch below your nose: your mouth!

The key to prosperity and success in every area of life is to keep God's Word in your mouth. God said to Joshua: This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success (Josh. 1:.

This is where most people run into problems. They let the Word depart out of their mouth, or they really never put it in their mouth. They may talk the right way for a while, but when things go wrong, they say, "Why me, Lord? I don't know why God allowed this to happen. I just don't understand. It must not be God's will." They talk doubt, fear, and unbelief; and they bind their angels from working in their behalf. (Charles Capps)

YOUR MOUTH CONTROLS YOUR GUADIAN ANGEL
(+VLY OR –VELY)

When you speak things that are contrary to the Word of God, you call your angels off the job. For instance, the Bible says in Psalm 1:3, "Whatsoever he doeth will prosper. He's like a tree planted by the rivers of water." But if you go around saying, "Nothing I ever do works out for good. I always do the wrong thing," your words call the angels off the job. You can speak words that open the door to the devil and provoke angels.

Sometimes people pray the most beautiful prayer of protection over their children. They say, "Lord, watch over them and keep them." Then they turn around and prophesy to the child, "If you play in the street, you will get run over!" Your angel may say, "I don't know why they want this child run over."
The angel considers your word to be your will. He will allow what your words allow. The angel may sit there on the curb and watch the child run in front of a car. He listened to your words, and considered them to be your will.

Uncontrolled talk can bring tragedy to your home needlessly. Foolish words and foolish prayers open the door to the devil and invite all kinds of trouble. Jesus put it this way:
By thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned (Matt. 12:37).

The angels hearken unto the voice of God's Word. When your words agree with God's Word, you release angels to go and accomplish what was spoken. You may not say exactly what God said, but let your words agree with His. For example, Jesus said, "If you give, it will be given unto you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over." (Luke 6:38.) Psalm 1:3 says that whatever you do will prosper. When you speak as though those things were true, you will be speaking parallel with God. When you say, "Nothing I ever do works out," you are perpendicular with God. That kind of talk will call your angels off the job. They will let the deal you have been working on for months fall through. It doesn't matter to them whether it succeeds or fails. They take your words as being your will.

‘’Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools; for they consider not that they do evil. Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God, for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth; therefore, let thy words be few.’’ Ecclesiastes 5:1,2
Keep your foot when you go into the house of God. In other words, don't get your foot in your mouth while you're praying!
‘’Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel that it was an error; wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?’’ (verse 6).

In other words, ''Don't talk that way before your angel." Have you ever said, "I knew I should never have started this job. I knew it was too good to be true. None of these things ever work out for me"? Don't talk that way before your angel lest God be angry with your voice and allow the work of your hands to be destroyed.

"Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin." You can create all kinds of desires by the words of your mouth. It's not what goes into the mouth that defiles the man, but what comes out of it. (Matt. 15:11.) Some of the desires and habits of the physical body come because of the words we speak. If you've been saying for twenty-five years, "I just can't eat a meal without pie! I just love sweets. I guess I'll get as big as a barn," then you probably will! You've created that desire with your words. But you can reverse that situation by saying: "I don't desire to eat so much that I become overweight. In the name of Jesus, I proclaim that my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. Body, you settle down and come into line with the Word of God, in Jesus' name." It's time you begin to undo some of the things you've done with your words. It's time to get your words in line with God's Word and release your angels. This prayer will begin that process:
Father, in the name of Jesus, I repent of my ignorance of the Word of God. I ask You to forgive me of the foolish things I've prayed.

In Jesus' name, I bind every word that has released the devil or drawn his weapons toward me. I bind every hindering force that I've ever given strength to by the words of my mouth. I break the power of those spiritual forces, in Jesus' name.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask You to guide me in wisdom and understanding through the scriptural methods to set in motion all that's good, pure, perfect, lovely, and of good report.

I covenant with You to pray accurately. I will keep my mouth. I will speak only that which glorifies God. I will let no corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth, but that which is good to edify and minister grace to the hearer. I will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God whereby I'm sealed to the day of redemption, but I will give glory and honor and praise to the Lord Jesus Christ for all that shall be done.

I thank You, Father, that I am the Body of Christ. The enemy has no power over me.

I proclaim that all that is good, all that is blessed of God, all that is in the perfect will of God, all that God has designed for me shall come to me, in Jesus' name.

All of the evil and the bad reports, all that the enemy has designed to deceive me, to lead me astray, to destroy me, my home, or my finances shall be stopped with the name of Jesus and the words of my mouth.

I'm blessed in the city and blessed in the field. I'm blessed in the baskets and blessed in the store.

I'm blessed coming in; I'm blessed going out. I'm the head and not the tail. I'm above and not beneath. I'm blessed of Almighty God, strengthened with all might according to Your glorious power.

The Greater One is in me; He puts me over in life. The Spirit of Truth is in me; He gives me divine wisdom, divine direction, divine understanding of every situation and every circumstance of life. I have the wisdom of God.

I thank You, Father, that I'm led by the Spirit of God. I have the mind of Christ and the wisdom of God is within me. In Jesus' name. Amen!

Now, rejoice! You've just released your ministering angels to go to work and accomplish God's Word for your life. You've given them the "green light" to bring you into the Promised Land—that place God has prepared especially for you! (CHARLES CAPPS)

EVERY CHRISTIAN (INCLUDING YOU) CAN CAST OUT DEVILS (INCLUDING LUCIFER, ie SATAN) - WE HAVE AUTHORITY

In 1952, the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to me in a vision and talked to me for about an hour and a half about the devil, demons, and demon possession. At the end of that vision, an evil spirit that looked like a little monkey or elf ran between Jesus and me and spread something like a smoke screen or dark cloud. Then this demon began jumping up and down, crying in a shrill voice, "Yakety-yak, yakety-yak, yakety-yak." I couldn't see Jesus or understand what He was saying.

(Through this entire experience, Jesus was teaching me something. And if you'll be attentive, you'll find the answer here to many things that have troubled you.) I couldn't understand why Jesus allowed the demon to make such a racket. I wondered why Jesus didn't rebuke the demon so I could hear what He was saying. I waited a few moments, but Jesus didn't take any action against the demon. Jesus was still talking, but I couldn't understand a word He was saying—and I needed to, because He was giving instructions concerning the devil, demons, and how to exercise authority.

I thought to myself, ‘Doesn't the Lord know I'm not hearing what He wanted me to? I need to hear that. I'm missing it!’ I almost panicked. I became so desperate I cried out, "In the Name of Jesus, you foul spirit, I command you to stop!" The minute I said that, the little demon hit the floor like a sack of salt, and the black cloud disappeared. The demon lay there trembling, whimpering, and whining like a whipped pup. He wouldn't look at me. "Not only shut up, but get out of here in Jesus' Name!" I commanded. He ran off.

The Lord knew exactly what was in my mind. I was thinking, Why didn't He do something about that? Why did He permit it? Jesus looked at me and said, "IF YOU HADN'T DONE SOMETHING ABOUT THAT, I COULDN'T HAVE." That came as a real shock to me—it astounded me. I replied, "Lord, I know I didn't hear You right! You said You wouldn't, didn't You?"
He replied, "NO, IF YOU HADN'T DONE SOMETHING ABOUT THAT, I COULDN'T HAVE." I went through this four times with Him. He was emphatic about it, saying, "NO, I DIDN'T SAY I WOULD NOT, I SAID I COULD NOT." I said, "Now, dear Lord, I just can't accept that. I never heard or preached anything like that in my life!"

I told the Lord I didn't care how many times I saw Him in visions—He would have to prove this to me by at least three Scriptures out of the NEW TESTAMENT (because we're not living under the Old Covenant, we're living under the New). Jesus smiled sweetly and said He would give me four. I said, "I've read through the New Testament 150 times, and many portions of it more than that. If that is in there, I don't know it!"

Jesus replied, "SON, THERE IS A LOT IN THERE YOU DON'T KNOW." He continued, "NOT ONE SINGLE TIME IN THE NEW TESTAMENT IS THE CHURCH EVER TOLD TO PRAY THAT GOD THE FATHER OR JESUS WOULD DO ANYTHING AGAINST THE DEVIL. IN FACT, TO DO SO IS TO WASTE YOUR TIME. THE BELIEVER IS TOLD TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DEVIL. THE REASON IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO IT. THE CHURCH IS NOT TO PRAY TO GOD THE FATHER ABOUT THE DEVIL; THE CHURCH IS TO EXERCISE THE AUTHORITY THAT BELONGS TO IT.

"THE NEW TESTAMENT TELLS BELIEVERS THEMSELVES TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DEVIL. THE LEAST MEMBER OF THE BODY OF CHRIST HAS JUST AS MUCH POWER OVER THE DEVIL AS ANYONE ELSE, AND UNLESS BELIEVERS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DEVIL, NOTHING WILL BE DONE IN A LOT OF AREAS."

We believe that certain people have power. No, Jesus said the least member of the Body of Christ has just as much power over the devil as anyone else; and when we start believing that, that's when we're going to get the job done.

Jesus continued, "I've done all I'm going to do about the devil until the angel comes down from heaven, takes the chain and binds him, and puts him into the bottomless pit [Rev. 20:1-3]."

That came as a real shock to me. "Now," He said, "I'll give you the four references that prove that. First of all, when I arose from the dead, I said, 'All power [authority] is given unto Me in heaven and in earth' (Matt. 28:18). The word 'power' means 'authority.' But I immediately delegated My authority on earth to the Church, and I can work only through the Church, for I Am the Head of the Church." (Your head cannot exercise any authority anywhere except through your body.)

The second reference Jesus gave me was Mark 16:15-18: 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

He said, "The very first sign mentioned as following any believer—not any pastor or any evangelist—is that they shall cast out devils. That means that in my Name they shall exercise authority over the devil, because I have delegated My authority over the devil to the Church."

The next reference Jesus gave me was James 4:7: ".. .Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (the understood subject of this sentence is "you".

After that vision, and after Jesus gave me that verse from James, my spirit told me the word "flee" was significant. I looked it up in the dictionary and found one of the shades of meanings was "to run from as if in terror." The devil will run from you in terror! Then I knew why the demon in my vision had begun to whimper and cry—he was terrified.

Since then I have seen other demons quake and quiver in fear as I exercised my God-given authority over them. They were not afraid of me, but of Jesus, whom I represent.

In the vision Jesus gave me another Scripture that tells us to do something about the devil. This third reference was from First Peter. Peter wrote, "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:. Your adversary means your opponent. Notice what it says as we go on reading. The next verse reads, "Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions [tests and trials] are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world." The American Standard Version says "your faith" instead of "the faith." I like that better.

Jesus said to me in this vision, "Peter did not write this letter and tell Christians, 'Now, word has come to me that God's using our beloved Brother Paul in casting out devils, and he's sending handkerchiefs or cloths, and the diseases are departing from people, and evil spirits are going out of them, so I would suggest that you write to Paul and get a handkerchief.' "

No, instead of that, he told them to do something about the devil. Why? Because they've got authority over him. The Spirit of God through the Apostle Peter wouldn't tell you to do something you couldn't do.

Jesus, James, and Peter tell us to do something about the devil. Paul says in Ephesians 4:27, "Neither give place to the devil." This was the fourth Scripture Jesus gave me. He explained, "THIS MEANS YOU ARE NOT TO GIVE THE DEVIL ANY PLACE IN YOU. HE CANNOT TAKE ANY PLACE UNLESS YOU GIVE HIM PERMISSION TO DO SO. AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE AUTHORITY OVER HIM OR THIS WOULDN'T BE TRUE."

Jesus added, "Here are your four witnesses. I Am the first, James is the second, Peter is the third, and Paul is the fourth. This establishes the fact that the believer has authority on earth, for I have delegated My authority over the devil to you on the earth. If you don't do anything about it, nothing will be done. And that is why many times nothing is done."

Now you can understand why things have happened as they have. We've permitted them to happen! Not knowing our authority—not knowing what we could do—we have done nothing, and we actually have permitted the devil to keep on doing whatever he wanted to do.

We need to realize this. Let's wake up. We may have to change our way of praying and get after the devil. I did. It won't hurt you to change; it's good for you. We have authority to do this. We're sitting at the right hand of the Father, far above principalities and powers. If we're far above them, then we have authority over them. (Kenneth E. Hagin)

BE PATIENT WITH SPIRITUAL BABES IN-CHRIST (NEPIOS)

I was shaving one morning, the Spirit of God spoke to me and said, "I want you to go to brother E.'s house because he has missed it, and he thinks now that because he has sinned, God doesn't love him anymore. He is not going to come back to church anymore." I walked out to tell my wife—with lather still on my face—and I said, "Honey, before I go to the grocery store for you, I've got to go to brother E.'s. The Lord just said that he has missed it—he lost his temper and said a lot of things he shouldn't have—and the Lord told me to go out there and restore him."

I went back to finish shaving, and brother E.'s wife drove up. "Oh, Brother Hagin," she cried, "I want you to go see E (my husband). He lost his temper on the job yesterday and said a lot of things he shouldn't have. A back injury he had a long time ago has come back on him, and he's home in bed. He says he's not coming to church anymore. He believes God doesn't love him anymore because he sinned." She added, "Don't you tell him I came by here, because he won't like it."

"The Lord just spoke to me about it," I said. "You can ask my wife. I just got through telling her." I went to their home, knocked on the door, and recognized brother E.'s voice saying, "Come in." brother E was so embarrassed that he pulled the covers up over his head. I could hear him crying. I GOT ON MY KNEES BESIDE HIS BED, AND I BEGAN TO CRY WITH HIM. I PULLED AT THE COVERS—HE WAS HOLDING ON FOR DEAR LIFE—AND OUT-PULLED HIM. I SIMPLY TOOK HIM IN MY ARMS. I SAID, "THE LORD SPOKE TO ME AND TOLD ME TO COME OUT HERE AND RESTORE YOU BECAUSE YOU HAD MISSED IT."

He began to cry again. He said, "Brother Hagin, something didn't go right on the job. I don't remember saying anything wrong, but some of them said I cursed. If I did, I don't know it. I told my wife, 'I'm not going to church anymore. The Lord doesn't love me.'" I said, "Yes, He does. He loves you, and we love you, and He sent me out here to help you—and that proves
He loves you. And we're not going to let the devil have you!"

He said, "My back is hurting me so bad!" I laid my hand on his back and said, "Dear God, You love him. I know You do. You sent me out here to help him, and I want You to heal him right now and prove to him that You love him." Suddenly he jumped like he had been shot, and he said, "It's all gone! It's all gone!" Then he began to cry in a different way. He said, "The Lord does love me, doesn't He?" I said, "Yes, He does."

And he came right on back to the Lord and right on back to church. Well, the Lord sent me out there one more time— but he was only about a month old, and what do you expect of a one-month-old child? I'm glad God has made provision for the babies. If you can't do it yourself, He has made provision for you where you can find help. (Kenneth Hagin)

SAY THE WORD – THAT’S ALL

I had been preaching in New York, and sailed one day for England on the Lusitania. As soon as I got on board I went down to my cabin. Two men were there, and one of them said, "Well, will I do for company?" He took out a bottle and poured out a glass of whiskey and drank it, and then he filled it up for me. "I never touch that stuff," I said. "How can you live without it?" he asked. "How could I live with it?" I asked. He admitted, "I have been under the influence of this stuff for months, and they say my 'inside is all shrivelled up,' and I know that I am dying. I wish I could be delivered, but I just have to keep on drinking. Oh, if I could only be delivered! My father died in England and has given me his fortune, but what will the good of it be to me except to hasten me to my grave?"

I said to this man, "Say the word, and you will be delivered." He enquired, "What do you mean?" I said, "Say the word, show that you are willing to be delivered and God will deliver you." But it was just as if I was talking to this platform for all the comprehension he showed. I said to him, "Stand still," and I laid my hands on his head in the name of Jesus and cursed that drink demon that was taking his life. He cried out, "I'm free! I'm free! I know I'm free!" He took two bottles of whiskey and threw them overboard, and God saved, sobered and healed him. I was preaching all the way across. He sat beside me at the table.

Previous to this he had not been able to eat; but at every meal he went right through the menu. You only have to have a touch from Jesus to have a good time. The power of God is just the same today. To me, He's lovely. To me, He's saving health. To me, He's the lily of the valley. O this blessed Nazarene, this King of kings! Hallelujah! Will you let Him have your will? Will you let Him have you? If you will, all His power is at your disposal. (Smith Wigglesworth)

SHE SHOT HER HUSBAND, ANOTHER LADY AND HERSELF ((REMINDER))


In the next pit was the form of another skeleton. I smelled the odor of death even before we arrived. This skeleton looked the same as the others. I wondered what this soul had done that it should be lost and hopeless, with no future except an eternity in this dreadful place. Hell is for eternity. As I heard the crying of the souls in torment, I cried too.

I listened as a woman spoke to Jesus from the flames of the pit. She was quoting the Word of God. "Dear Lord, what is she doing here?" I asked. "Listen," said Jesus. The woman said, "Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father but by Him. Jesus is the Light of the World. Come to Jesus, and He will save you." When she spoke, many of the lost souls around her listened. Some swore and cursed at her. Some told her to stop. Still others said, "Is there really hope?" or "Help us, Jesus."

Great cries of sorrow filled the air. I didn't understand what was happening. I did not know why the woman was preaching the gospel here. The Lord knew my thoughts. He said, "Child, I called this woman at the age of thirty to preach My Word and to be a witness of the gospel. I call different ones for different purposes in My body. But if man or woman, boy or girl doesn't want My Spirit, I will depart.

"Yes, she did answer My call for many years, and she grew in the knowledge of the Lord. She learned My voice, and she did many good works for Me. She studied the Word of God. She prayed often, and she had many prayers answered. She taught many people the way of holiness. She was faithful in her house. "The years went by until one day she found out that her husband was having an affair with another woman. And even though he asked for forgiveness, she grew bitter and would not forgive him and try to save her marriage. True, her husband was wrong, and he did commit a very grave sin.

"But this woman knew My Word. She knew to forgive, and she knew that with every temptation there is a way of escape. Her husband asked her to forgive him. She would not. Instead, anger took root. Anger grew inside her. She would not turn it over to Me. She turned more bitter each day and said in her heart, 'Here I am serving God all the way, and my husband is running around with another woman! 'Do you think that is right?' She said to Me.

"I said, 'No, it is not right. But he came to you and repented and said he would never do that again. "I told her, 'Daughter, look inside yourself, and see that you have caused this yourself”
"'Not me, Lord,' she said, 'I am the holy one, and he is the sinful one.' She would not listen to Me.

"Time went on, and she wouldn't pray to Me or read the Bible. She became angry not only at her husband, but also at those around her. She quoted the Scriptures, but she would not forgive him. "She would not listen to Me. Her heart grew bitter, and great sin entered in. Murder grew in her heart where love had once been. And one day, in her anger, she killed her husband and the other woman. Satan then took her over completely, and she killed herself. "

I looked at that lost soul that had given up Christ and condemned her soul forever to the flames and the pain. I listened as she responded to Jesus. "I will forgive now, Lord,” she said. "Let me out. I will obey You now. See, Lord, I am preaching Your Word now. In an hour demons will come to take me to be tormented even worse. For hours they will torture me. Because I was preaching your Word, my torments are worse. Please, Lord, I beg You to let me out."

I cried with the woman in the pit and asked the Lord to please keep me from all bitterness of heart. "Don't let me allow hatred to come into my heart, Lord Jesus,” (Rev. Mary. K. Baxter)

Jesus preached about HELL the most. That is why I talk about HELL too. If you are not yet BORN AGAIN, I plead with you to PLEASE ACCEPT JESUS SACRIFICE FOR YOU. Jesus doesn’t want any body to go to HELL. That is Y died on a cross for you. Remember I warned you!
