Joshater: Toh.. I don't know.. But i believe if an individual wo is originally from Adamawa state and he/she has lived all of his/her life in Rivers state, if the individual applies for the NA with legit rivers state of origin certificate, it wouldn't be an issue... I could be wrong though.. so what happens is, they will call your next of kin, to meet up and take them to the palace of the king of where you claim you are from.. you’ll go to the palace and that’s where they’ll trace the family house or tree from or whatever. So it’s not enough having the document as it’s easy to collect.. so they know your family there.. if they don’t, at least ones next of kin should be able to point the family house to them and the residents confirm |

Shinfaks: Candidates I will advise you to get in shape before reporting for training, but your weight has little significance on your chances of enlistment!
There is always a bunch of overweight candidates that report for training, they will fish them out as training unfolds, they are tagged "FAT ALBANS".
The military will use the hard way to get them in shape before commisioning (and please don't ask me how, be patient in few months time you will see for your self) lol me I’ll tell them how the army will get them in shape... you’ll wear poncho!!! If you are fat, poncho is waiting for you in the academy.. |

MAy god help us all depends on then figure of your BMI before it can be overlooked...if your BMI is 30 and above, nothing wey you fit do except if you call person.. |

Blackyyy: Bros... How do you manage this? I'm overweight but planning to start gym on Monday. I also want to cut down on my food intake but I fear I may lose energy for gym.
Is there any strategy you're using cos me I'm always hungry. I need to shed weight seriously.
Any help on this pls?
Cc: sikowitz17, Ugo4u, mugiwa, Ramirez and others i was 83kg after the lockdown and I’m 73 now.. I eat once.. eat well and take fruits in the evening before I go to bed.. but I only eat by 1pm everyday, stopped late night feeding and run 4-5kms every morning.. it has really helped me... if you can’t visit the gym, plank for 3-5 minutes everyday.. do it for 2 weeks straight and you’ll see changes.. |
