Oh and just to chip this in... the medical officers have been screening tons of regular candidates for almost 1 month now.. after which we are expected to go there tooo.. there will be a lot of errors! A lot !
So know what you are doing and don’t give them any chances to make any errors.. if you move unnecessarily during ecg, during dental, if teeth Dey pain you and they hit it with the stick they use.. don’t flinch.. try to endure the pain.. eye check don’t press your palm against your second eye when they ask you to cover it.. you’ll lose sight in your first.. during color blindness check, if you can’t see the numbers clearly, call whatever numbers look like whatever you see..
During physical check, stand with your leg in V shape naked.. and when you are told to be down and open your ass.. cough well.. but abeg clean your asshole well...no be say shit go Dey middle of your yansh.. wear clean boxers for the checks.. use deodorant..

45 that I went, had no issues with bP.. 46 they issued it to me.. but even me I knew I was tense and all my hope was in the fact that they’d call me for review... I wasn’t called for bp review which means I was only checked once.. they checked some people 7 times ..

My bp rose up cos I was working a 9-5 that was stressing me daily... 24/7 air conditioning and all like shamack said...after bp dropped me, I’ve not taken any 9-5s and I’ve focused more on remote jobs and it pays me more.. I work on my bed or work station and I have time to exercise and run.. my bp is Normal now unless village people wan come again.

Please once shortlisted try to learn how to sundry yourself, that's one thing that affect ppl like me that seat almost everyday in full AC

I spoke to somebody about this... when they take us inside to be examined for physical check, they’ll take bP reading there.. then bP proper in another room.. there are very short windows where one can douse their head with cold water before proceeding inside...something as simple as pouting cold water on your head can help.

If anybody’s going to die in training, just make sure it’s not you.. it’s better to run away and be alive than die there.. for me I’d rather die there than run away..

I just ran 5kms in total.. 3 going, 2 coming back and I feel like shit!

It depends on the casualties of cadets, if cadets dey die anyhow they might carryout medicals on all cadets. The medical sikowitz is talking about is when one sustain injury (in the course of training) beyond healing before some duration he will be dismissed on medical ground that he/she is not fit

true.. 44 when 2 cadets died 2/3rd weeks after resumption they lined everybody up for fresh medicals

Id blow my brains out before I’m taken alive...when I went for screening last year, staying in the house of an ex course mate, I was told about one of our friends that was shot in the waist and there was heavy artilery fire against them.. he couldn’t be rescued and all he could do was pray.. the insurgents were already in sight and they were going to take him... he shot himself in the head and was done with it.. if you know what they do to captured officers ehn..
